Cute and fun readers. I get so tired of having to need readers in the first place, so I've decided that at least they are going to cheer me up when I use them. These do the job!
These are really cute glasses, and the half frame works well if you're reading but also looking up at something else, say, the TV set. The plastic frame is solid and looks heavy, although they really are comfortable. The lenses (+2.00) appear to be really thick, which is okay, but it contributes to the "heavy" feel. I have to emphasize the convenience of truly being able to look up and see, as well as look down and see. When readers are just like regular glasses, you end up having to take them completely off or else push them way down on your nose, where they look stupid and just may fall off.
I have tossed out all my other readers in favor of these - extremely stylish & they fit well on my wider face. They are high quality frames & worth the money as cheap readers look like they are just that - cheap.

Very pretty and stylish; however, the material is heavy which led to the glasses slipping from my nose. I took them to an optical store for an adjustment on the arms and they now stay on.
These readers are awesome. I have tons of readers and I'm constantly adding to my collection of unique and fashionable specs. these are at the top of the list. I'm planning to purchase the red pair also. You won't be disappointed.
I loved the look of these glasses and the story behind the eyebobs' owner, but I'm returning them because they slide off when I put them up on my head.
I just ordered my new eyebobs. I have several pairs and I love them. They make great readers . . . I'm so excited to get another pair of the Velvet Readers!!!! I'm so glad I can now buy them on Zappos.
Currently vogue even though very heavy looking. Dominates the face.
I did not realize they would be bifocals. It should be stated. I thought they would just be readers. I own and like their regular readers. This was a disappointment.
