This bag is sharp! The color (Signature) is gorgeous and goes with many different looks. The style is beautiful and the size is perfect! Not too big, not too small with pockets galore! I love this bag and have received many compliments!

Love this handbag! I got it in the natural color and I wish I could afford the black. I would be set for years. It is the perfect size. I can fit all of the things I need when I am out for a day of business or shopping. The straps are the most comfortable ever.

I ordered this bag in maple, and it is absolutely beautiful. The organizational aspects are great; I loved the compartments. The size was perfect, very roomy but not too big. Why did I return it then, in favor of a bag that I didn\'t like nearly as well? It was very open at the top, and things would have been falling out all the time. I prefer bags with a secure opening, but decided to take a chance on this one, hoping that it would be OK. It is more open than it seems in the photos. If you don\'t mind this, then snap it up.

I made the mistake of wearing these perfect shoes to work and then theatre of an evening and got a huge blister! I have since worn them (now that they\'re broken in) many times over and love them! The heel is a perfect height to be both dressy and comfy and the leather is soft enough to give and yet provide adequate support. And Zappos, thanks for your telephone service when I howled about my blister. You simply get better and better.

Gorgeous, but tight. These boots are beautiful: understated, classy, and a great shade (cognac), but they are quite tight around my reasonably slim calves. Fitting a pair of jeans inside is difficult. The foot bed isn't very cushioned, either, but since they run about a half size large, an insert would work perfectly. I'm very sad to be returning these boots.

Poor Zappos! Six pair of black boots ordered and returned before I found this perfect pair! Clarks Cardy are gorgeous, but a little too narrow in the toes where I have arthritis pain. I originally ordered this pair in 8 1/2, but they were a little large, so I ordered an 8, which is perfect. These boots are a gorgeous, sleek leather that fit nicely around my calves with little gap. The tabs at the heel and back of calf, and the beautiful engraving on the outside of the upper calf give the boot extra class. Thank you, Zappos, for your quality (and patience!) in service and products. I am a loyal customer!

Zappos stayed with me as I ordered two other pair of boots that just didn\'t fit right. These are a hit! My foot is narrow in the heel and wide in the front. I have an average leg size. These are perfect and can be worn all day. I measure a 10.5, but this size 10 fits well, so I\'d order a half size smaller.

I needed a black flat that I could wear to some trade shows and on errands, so something super-comfy that wasn\'t a ballet flat. I\'ve owned other Etienne loafers before and they\'ve always been super-comfy and a bit preppy. These loafers are no exception. \r\n\r\nThe Helinas fit true to size and are a great running around flat with a non-skid sole. Because of the patent though, they did take a few days with socks to break in, but now feel great. I can slip them on without thinking about them. The padding in the insole is awesome, though there\'s not a ton of arch support.

I just received these boots today. They are absolutely beautiful; soft leather, sturdy sole. The entire inside is lined with suede. The only problem: I can only zip them half way up my calf! I have never had a problem with knee-high boots before and I have owned several pair in the past, including a pair of Calvin Klein's at the moment, which I can tuck jeans into. These are very narrow, and I think I'm going to have to send them back. I'm so disappointed. The hunt for the perfect brown boot continues; these almost made it! If you have super skinny calves, this boot is for you.

I have ordered a number of pairs of shoes over the last two years from Zappos. I have been absolutely amazed as the expediency with which each order is handled. The follow up by Zappos with shipping information, etc. has been outstanding I wish Customer Service of this type were more prevalent in American companies. Keep up the great work!

I love this pruse! This is the first Etienne Aigner I have owned. The feel of the leather is soft, and color is a pumpkin color. It looks small but seems to hold more then it look, it also stays on your shoulder. I am looking to buy one for my mom as well.

Very stylish boot and seemed to fit true to size. Very nice, soft leather, and the arch support was good, not great. However, the shaft was way too tight. I am short and have pretty muscular calves, so it may not be an issue for taller people.

I just got these in dark brown and they are fabulous. They were a little snug at the calf at first (I have normal sized legs) but loosened up within an hour. I can wear them for 14+ hours and I am on my feet all the time. I think they look cute with a dress, jeans, anything. They are dressy enough for work. I have gotten a lot of compliments, too!

I love these shoes! I have them on right now! They look professional and are so comfortable (true to size/width). There was no break-in time required; you can buy them, take them out of the box, and wear them 10 hours straight the first day.

I purchased this bag for the summertime. It is one of my all time favorite bags. It is the perfect size. Has plenty of pockets with a space for everything. I love the secure zippers and heavy duty magnets. It’s large enough to hold everything you could possibly need, but not so large it’s overwhelming. It’s an attractive bag both inside and out. I worried that it might show dirt because of the light color, but it hasn’t gotten a single stain. It still looks brand new. The light colored interior allows you to see everything so things don’t get lost in the bottom. All of the pockets are well placed and large enough to hold whatever you need. I had concerns about it being a straw bag, but I couldn’t be more pleased and have nothing but good things to say about this purse.

I had to return this shoe because I bought the last one in a size some reviewers recommended (half size smaller than my usual size) but it was entirely too small. I would not buy this shoe in anything other than your regular size (and definitely no wider than B-width) and if you\'re in between sizes, say, a 7.5, consider buying 8. The heel looked kind of blocky online but on the foot looks great. This is an awesome shoe. Yes, it\'s stiff, but to me that shows the leather is very high quality, like men regularly find in their dress shoes. If you tend to be a more sporty dresser, don\'t hesitate! I couldn\'t rate the comfort because I couldn\'t walk in it.

Confession: I am boot obsessed. My quest: meshing high fashion with supreme comfort. Since I have the feet of a true Princess & the discerning taste of a true fashionista, I had my work cut out for me. In any case, you may reap the benefits because these boots are it. Firstly, they are excellent quality & look like a true riding boot. Most all black, leather boots, to my eye, tend to appear a bit "weathery", i.e.rubber, but since this has the suede upper, it gives a much more elegant appearance. Plus they are actually comfortable. I wore them for about two hours each day in the house just to be certain that they would make the grade. Also I got them one half size larger & added an inner sole for extra cushion. A good solid gorgeous boot! Go for it!

Great shoes. A classic style that feels a little updated. I got the cognac color and it's beautiful. Fits a little big; I normally take an 8.5 and I got an 8 in these. Also, leather is a little stiff; it will take more than a couple wearings to break these in. But though my toe knuckles hurt a little after wearing all day, still no blisters. I think these are great for a professional look.

Beautiful shoe but not so comfortable. This is a pretty shoe for work. The leather is hard and there is little cushioning in the ball of the foot area. The lining is slippery so my foot pushed to the front. I have fairly slender feet and I could tell that with extended wear this shoe would cut at the widest boney part of my foot.

I'm a first-time customer. I did a lot of research checking out many products at Zappos before I decided on this Etienne Aigner "Vira" boot! It is of excellent leather quality. Great color: "cognac". It is true to size. "It fits me like a glove", no need to break-in. Easy on and off with full-size zipper. Shipping: my boots arrived faster than expected, and the package was well wrapped to protect the product. Yes, I can recommend this 'Etienne Aigner' product! This shoe is very cute with pants and skirts, and would seem to be a comfortable style, but it is not. The buckle attachment sites create pressure points that form painful blisters, and the padded insert at the heel rubbed raw spots. If you don't walk very much at work, these are great. But if you are a big-city dweller with metro walking as part of your daily commute, don't go for these shoes.

Cute, but stiff - I found this shoe to be too stiff to keep. And the brown is a light brown, not a dark chocolate like I expected.
