These are terrible quality, do not waste your money. I was very exited about these boots and even ordered them in two colors. The boots were cute and comfortable enough when I got them, but after just one wearing for a couple of hours, they showed a lot of wear so I returned the other pair. Today I was cleaning up all my leather boots and realized that after maybe eight times of wearing these, they are ready for the trash. The leather is discolored all over in really weird ways (not normal leather wear) and where one of the buckles attaches there is a gaping hole. I have been very gentle with these boots and they look horrible.

These are super comfortable sandals, right out of the box. They felt as though I had been wearing them forever.

The only reason these shoes get any stars overall is that they are just the cutest style ever. That said, they are mass-produced, poorly designed garbage: 1) The heel does not sit flat on the floor when the soles of the shoes are flat on the floor. Other reviewers have speculated that the heal feel unstable because it's narrow, but it's really not that narrow. It's just poorly designed - instead of the heel piece being longer at the back to account for the fact that the foot bed is higher up at that point, it's the same height all around which means that the back of the heel piece is on an angle to the sole, rather than being a continuation of the same line. Because my apartment is carpeted, I didn't realize this until I was out walking to work - too late to return them. They're awkward for both walking and sitting. 2) The dye job is uneven - there are several noticeably darker spots on the leather that look like the dye dripped or oil got on them. The first 2 pairs I ordered had this problem too, not sure why I didn't return pair #3 as well. 2) The lining on the inside of the left shoe is scratchy and has destroyed is all the tights I've worn with it. It's as if whatever makes the material feel like buttery soft leather got burned away in the gluing process. These shoes were a splurge for me and for the price I expected quality, not ruined tights and basic design flaws that make them unduly hard to walk in. It's like Eric Michaels aspires to quality shoes, but settles for inattentive production and sloppy design.

I'm very happy I ordered these, they are a little more dressy than most of the sandals I've seen, the comfortable ones that is and these are comfortable! They are not at all clunky and will look well with a dress as well as pants. I will not be able to wear them for an extended period however as there is no arch support.

The most comfortable boot from the very beginning -- no breaking in time. Love the style and get many compliments. I am very pleased with this boot!

These are great short boots. The leather is very soft and the lining is cushy and soft. The arch support is pretty good. I think the problem with the heel is it's hard plastic and slick. I had mine replaced with rubber and they are fantastic - no problems at all.

I loved the height and style of these shoes -- the tied off bow detail is very feminine in a cool and casual way. These would be my ideal shoe were they not so heavy. The heel is rubber and compared to the many cork heeled wedges out there this season, these sandals felt like ski boots. Too bad.

My shoes arrived today and I love them! They are a bit narrow, but my feet are wider than average. I can tell once I "break them in", they will be my favorites. This is definitely a "wear all the time" boot.

A very cute, comfortable boot. I prefer boots that are more snug or fit to my calf and these are perfect. I have received many compliments on them.

The sandal is very comfortable for such a tall platform and the leather soft and supple. The platform height is just too high personally for me. If you can wear the height I would recommend this sandal.

A very cute sandal that runs a full size smaller than listed. I ordered both the natural, and black in this item, and the black does have more give in width than the natural still, I worry that my foot will feel pinched in no time. The price of the shoe is a little high to be undecided on comfort.

Love this boot! As stylish on as it is in the picture. Very comfortable. I have a fairly slim foot so it might be a little narrow for those on the wider side of medium. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase and, as usual, the service from Zappos is the best to be found online!

These are super cute but seem to run small. I normally wear a 8.5 so I ordered the 39 but they are very narrow. I am going to order the 40 and hope they aren't too big.

I found these boots to be painfully uncomfortable. No arch support. Also, once I got them, they weren't quite as feminine as I'd like.

The boots are very beautiful, which is why I don't regret that I bought them. They do run short though. But the biggest problem is that the heel wears out really fast and now the leather on the heal peals, and looks ugly. Low quality of workmanship.

I love these shoes. Order up in size; I am an 8 1/2 to a 9 normally. I ordered the 9 1/2 to 10 because they didn't have the 8.5-9... glad I did because they must run a little small. They have a soft, comfortable leather upper. It's not too high of a wedge like many other cute shoes. I have a 4 month old that I feel I can comfortably hold and not topple over on these shoes. It's a must have for vacation or upcoming warm weather!
