I am really pleased with these boots. The leather looks expensive and the design is classic and elegant. I have very large calves and they fit! I normally wear a 7.5 and I had to return my first order and get size 37, which is supposed to be a 6-6.5. But returns are always easy with Zappos!

Love the look but I tried on size 39 because I wear an 8 1/2 but they were too tight so I tried on size 40 but found them too big. I needed a size in between. By the way, for those with smaller or larger calves, Dillard's has a machine to punch additional holes in the buckle strap to accommodate those needs.

These are very cute boots and are comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the inside panel is actually two pieces of leather bonded together, which I think is very cheap for the price.

Without a doubt, these are the most comfortable boots that I have ever owned! The leather is soft, the style is trendy, and the shoe part feels great on my foot. They are perfect!

These boots fit beautifully. I do not have huge calves, but they are large enough not to be able to wear side zipper boots. The zipper on these is full length, the adjustable buckles fit the bill and on first time walking about the city, they were very, very comfortable. I now own a black and brown pair.I heartily recommend them!

Love this boot! A friend of mine has a pair and they look so good on her. She raved about the comfort, so I had to see for my self and ordered them. I order three different brands of boots as well to see which I would like the most, and yep, the ECCOs won hands down. I've worn them almost every single day since they arrived a week ago with not the slightest discomfort. Totally waterproof in the rain and the bottoms do not collect debris like the ones with the waffle sole. It's the kind of boot you actually forget you are wearing because they fit so perfectly. Also I am a very small boned person and have small calves but I am tall, so finding boots that have a tall enough shaft and yet stay close to my calves is nearly impossible. Because this boot has three functioning buckles on the side I was able to adjust them to my skinny calves without changing the look of the boot at all. Also I have a narrow foot and they fit perfectly, so this might not work so well for someone with a wide foot. Thanks again Zappos for making shoe shopping a simple joy!

I love this boot! Have long been looking for a riding boot that will work for me and finally the search is over. I need wide calf (17 inch) and these work well. A little snug but they stretch out a bit after the first few wears. I can even wear leggings, tights and skinny jeans with them. Highly recommend!

Simply put these boots thrill me. They look beautiful on. The leather is a fantastic deep rich brown, without being too dark. I am 5'7" and the boots hit a bit below my knee. The buckles adjust to make these the perfect boots if you have a larger calf and the perfect boot if you have an average calf. My only complaint is that they feel a bit stiff around the ankles, but I think that will shake itself out. And as always, Zappos' shipping was amazing.

Perfect in every way! I have searched and searched for a beautiful wide calf boot and finally found it in this Ecco boot. I have a 17 calf and this fit fine thanks to the adjustable buckles. Not only stylish, they are also extremely comfortable. I was able to wear them a full day and evening right out of the box. Do not hesitate due to the price because you will have them for years to come!

Excellent boot! It was hard to find a boot that went around my calf, but this was just the ticket. It expands on the sides great and by ordering my regular size, it had plenty of room for my orthotics, but can only wear knee-highs till it stretches out a little, but that is okay--these are great boots!

These boots are just amazing. I had a hard time finding cute boots that fit my calves, and these are perfect! I don't have enormous calves -- 15" -- but most riding boots I tried were pretty snug. These are great, though they do knock against the back of my knees sometimes (I'm 5'2") when I walk up stairs, which I'm hoping will fade over time. The leather is super soft and these felt like perfectly broken in boots after the first wearing! I get so many compliments on them. They are definitely timeless, and worth every penny. I usually wear a size 8, and have a slightly wider foot. I ordered the 39 and they fit perfectly.

A perfect pair of boots. I can't say enough about them! I have never been able to find a boot that fits my calf, I measure 17-18 inches. These do and after a couple of wearings they have stretched a little so that they are comfortably extended but not to the max. The foot bed is comfortable, I walk all over NYC and they cause me no pain, which is rare. No burning balls of feet with these. I love them. Good with dresses, good with pants and slightly dressy. Delighted I bought them.

How do I love these boots? Let me count the ways. You know you have a great pair of boots when, literally, everyone who sees them comments on them. I eyed these boots for a long time and hemmed and hawed over paying full price, hoping I could find them for less elsewhere (I couldn't. They were always sold out). So I finally took the plunge and splurged, with my eyes closed on a Thursday evening. And Zap, there they were on my doorstep the next afternoon! Very impressive! And the boots are perfect in every way, from the fit to the color to the size heel. I adore these boots!

These boots are wonderful! I was waiting for a cool day to wear them and yesterday provided it. I wore them all day (7 am until 10 pm) and my feet felt great (and I am on my feet a lot at work). I got lots of compliments on them too!

These are fab boots - I am 5'4" with 16 inch calves from biking and the clever design of these boots & gorgeous leather make them worth every penny. Love them!
