I love these shoes. They are so cute and stylish while being extremely comfortable to walk in. They are very current being the gladiator style that everyone is wearing and don't look 'orthopedic' at all. However, they do have a very supportive and comfortable feel and fit and I can walk in them all day with ease. I wish they were slip-on just because I'm lazy that way, but the velcro closure does allow them to be adjusted to fit your feet just right.

I love these sandals. In closed toed shoes I usually wear size 11, but the 10 in this style is excellent with no toe overhang. The style is very cute. They are well made and comfortable out of the box. Many sandals have a hard, unforgiving sole, but these are well cushioned, flexible, and are made for walking. The only thing that could be better is the price, but you get what you pay for here. Excellent quality, comfort, style.

ECCO Guang Zhou Peek Toe

Reviewer:Christina D. from Dallas, Texas

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

My regular size is 8.5M and I am of normal body weight. That said, my equivalent (European) size in this Ecco Guang Zhou shoe (39 -- for American size 8-8.5) was simply too big and too wide for me. In my opinion, if you wear a half size shoe, this particular shoe is not a good choice for you. The 39 would work best for a 9C foot (not 8-8.5, in other words) and C- and possibly D-width; that's how wide it is. This same logic would apply throughout all the sizes. If you wear a half size, I would go down one sizing group, but be prepared not to have to wear it all day in case it starts to feel too short. Other than that, there is virtually no arch support - I would buy an insert for this shoe -- that's how cute it is on!

I was looking for something trendy and good looking (not sporty or too casual) but at the same time very comfortable, something that'd keep me fresh this summer. And this pair of sandals is IT. I love them.

I originally purchased these in the ginger color and loved them so much I also purchased the same sandals in black. They are uber comfy right out of the box. Only one criticism is that the t-strap around the ankle in the black pair is difficult to fasten so I figured out a way to partially fasten them off the foot and then slip the foot into them before completing the fasten. Other than that, the sandals seem true to size - I'm a 7.5 medium and the arch hits in the right spot. They are stylish, even though a bit expensive, but I think you get style and comfort with these and they are probably worth the money.

ECCO New York Bicycle Toe Slip On

Great Shoe - This is my second pair of the NYBT slip on. I typically wear a 46 in Ecco but I went with the 45 and they fit great. They do run just a bit narrow but I am a D width and after a day or so, they fit fine. This is by far my favorite Ecco shoe of the six or so styles that I own. Zappos customer service is the best I have experienced.

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I have. I put them on and went shopping for the day. They need no break in time. Buy both colors as they are great.

I usually have great luck with ECCO. These are comfortable. I wanted a shoe that would be a quick put on and look a bit dressed up. I have bunion issues so a comfortable toe box is really important to me.

I bought this shoe in the cognac brown and straight out of the box, I fell in love with it. I have since worn it around, in both casual and slightly more formal settings, with both jeans and nicer pants. Never have I felt like I am wearing heels! My feet don’t get tired and the heel isn’t too high that I feel like I’m going to tip over. I tend to run right at a size 5, so the 36s are just slightly bigger than what I would generally like, but there are two adjustable buckles on the shoe, so that makes it a little easier to fit. I’m thinking about getting this shoe in black because I feel like it goes with so many summer outfits!

I already had a pair of these in brown so I knew what I was getting. These shoes are incredibly comfortable. There is no break in period; from the moment you first put them on, they just feel good on your feet. The fit is perfect and I can walk all day with them on. They are easy to care for and right for work or going out afterwards.

Reviewer:Anonymous from OK

Overall Rating: (4 stars)

No arch support - These are beautiful gladiators with a cushiony footbed, unlike most gladiators on the market that have none. The Ginger color is beautiful and goes with anything. As another reviewer said, the leather footbed does get sweaty and slippery in the heat and the leather on the heel slouches. They don't have much for adjustment, but despite all that, I would've kept them had they had more arch support.

ECCO Lite Mary Jane

Reviewer:Nancy D. from Virginia Beach, Virginia

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

I love these shoes! I recently toured China, and took only 2 pair of shoes...one pair of ECCO sandals, and the ECCO Lite Mary Janes. They are light, offer support, and can be used dressy or casual. I was on a tour, and had many inquiries about these shoes. They were always appropriate, and I had "happy feet!"

ECCO Gisborne T-Strap

Reviewer:Anonymous from NYC

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

I just got a black and chili red pair. I usually wear size 7.5 (38), but when I received them, they were a bit too big, which was strange because that NEVER happened to me before. So they run a little large. However, the QUALITY! The leather, the rubber soles, the cushioning...listen I wasn't happy paying the price either, but when it comes to work shoes being in work for 8 hours STRAIGHT with your whole body weight going straight to your poor feet, it's better to spend the money. Your feet will be thanking you at the end of the day. Anyways, I sent them back for a size 37 (6.5), and they fit great and look awesome with my dress pants! You'll be comfortable and look hot all at once, so yeah it doesn't hurt to pay the extra money. I'm glad I did. Despite the price, these shoes are selling very quickly so you better catch them while you can!

ECCO Groove Thong

Reviewer:Anonymous from Sacramento, CA

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

The first thing I noticed after slipping the Ecco Groove thong on my foot was the "cushy" feeling one usually only experiences with bedroom slippers. These sandals have to be the most comfortable pair of thongs I have ever worn -- and I have severe foot problems. I purchased the sandals in the black patent and found they are exactly as pictured on the Zappos site. My foot measures a 6.5 W but the 6.5 M worked perfectly for me without having to adjust the strap. I would absolutely recommend these sandals based on comfort alone but they do look nice on my feet as well. Zappos, as usual, provided superior service with incredible next-day delivery.

ECCO Driving Moc Slip On

2009-06-16 06:09:40

Reviewer:Anonymous from Washington DC

Overall Rating: (3 stars)

Decent shoe. The shoes fit well, but the padded inner sole, which most Ecco shoes include, moves around too much in the shoe and can become scrunched out of position. This was a particular problem when wearing the shoes without socks. I also found that the sole was not as comfortable to walk in as other driving mocs that I have had.

ECCO Seattle Plain Toe Tie

I LOVE THIS PAIR. I’ve had many, many pairs of shoes, but this one is my absolute favorite. Apply some sole dresser on, this pair can fly for any formal meeting to upscale parties. With some brown shoe polish & easy buffing, it shines attracting ladies’ attention. This pair is VERY comfortable, thanks to its moisture control and cushioned soles. I wore it on a 5 hour flight and I thought it felt more comfortable than my pair of Birkenstock because the bottom of my feet were dry.

ECCO Lite Skimmer

Reviewer:Anonymous from Princeton, NJ

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

These are great shoes. The first two pairs I tried were too small, but once I got the right fit, they were extremely comfortable. I've been going on 1-2 hours walks in them every other day, and I haven't had any problems with blisters. Also, there is enough cushioning to protect my feet and shins from the impact of the sidewalk. The imprint of the word "Ecco" on the side annoyed me at first, but when the shoes are on, it's hardly noticeable. All in all, a great purchase.

ECCO Groove Gladiator

I love this sandal -- I wear custom hard orthotics which need a back of some kind to keep them in. This is incredibly difficult to find in sandals - I'd say 90% of the sandals now are backless. These work for that and are very comfortable and stylish without being freakish. They work with pants, shorts, and skirts. The padding is great and the straps don't hurt. These are the first sandals in a long time that didn't need to be broken in. IMO, they could use a bit more arch support. I usually wear 7 and ordered a 38 which was too big. The 37's are fine, but my ankles must be thin, as I'm going to need a shoe shop to extend the velcro. Otherwise, they're wonderful.

Most comfortable heels ever! I own these in both the black and bison (maybe the olive soon) and I wear them most days of the week. I am on my feet the majority of the day, walking mostly, and these shoes are amazing. They are dressy enough to wear with slacks, skirts etc., but casual enough to look super cute with jeans and capris as well. I have very narrow feet, but despite these running medium to wide, they are still a perfect fit.

These sandals are very comfortable, seem sturdy and have a trendy look. The only thing I do not like is the inside sole gets sticky when your feet get hot. (It does not breathe much but it does wipe clean easily.) A few times the velcro strap has unhooked and I hope this does not get worse over time. I have been wearing them for about 2 weeks now.

ECCO Calcutta Ankle Strap

Reviewer:Hilary R from near Washington DC

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

I thought these shoes were adorable, with a very retro, Andrews Sisters kind of vibe, but I hesitated to buy a pair. I also have very tricky feet, wide at the ball with one unrepaired bunion and recurrent plantar fasciitis, and shoe-shopping can be very frustrating. I read the alert about width on these with dismay, but decided to try a pair anyway, and to my delight, they’re incredibly comfortable! The leather is very, very soft, and the toe part avoids the painful area of my bunion. The other straps seem engineered for greatest stability, so even though I seldom wear heels of any height, I felt very secure and confident. I bought a pair of Ecco Ibizas and twisted my ankle painfully on first wearing, but these feel like an extension of my foot. Yay for pert, cherry-colored shoes!

ECCO Identity Sandal

Overall Rating: (5 stars)

Putting on these sandals was like putting on a pair of fine leather gloves. They fit perfectly, especially because they are fully adjustable. I wore these walking all over Egypt and Jordan. They are very comfortable. They look as nice with a long skirt as they do with shorts or pants.

ECCO Coto Ballerina

Overall Rating: (4 stars)

Finally a ballet flat that is very comfortable, doesn't make my (size 8.5/39, on the wide side) foot look like a boat, or show cleavage. I did not want to spend $130, but the fit and the super soft leather sold me. The leather is so soft, and I am so hard on shoes, that I thought they would probably stretch out fairly fast (they did), so I tried on one size down. The smaller size was comfortable, but I wanted the room in the toe box so I kept the larger size. I wore them almost every day for a year before I needed to replace them. The leather on the new pair is still soft, but they are a bit tighter than my first pair. It almost seems like they are constructed a bit differently. Not quite as comfy, but they still look great (get many compliments) and it feels like they're not going to stretch out as fast or easily. I wasn't sure if I liked the elastic on the back at first, but it helps greatly with keeping the shoe from slipping, and it does not cut into the heel like some shoes do. The little keyhole/bow is a nice dressy, feminine touch without being too cutesy or fussy.

Praise for Zappos - Great to work with, good phone service, quick response time, and friendly return policy. Praise for ECCO Berlin Plain Toe: I wear a size 15. I am glad to have a shoe that fits and looks good. I am happy with how this shoe looks, the quality is great, the fit is also very good - maybe a tad big, but I am not having any problem with it being too loose.

About ECCO

ECCO ECCO began as a response to uncompromising footwear. More than 40 years ago in the small southern Jutland town of Bredebro, Denmark, Karl Toosbuy pioneered a revolution in footwear, choosing comfort over conformity. Tired of having his feet mold to his shoes, he charged that the foot should lead the shoe. A new type of footwear was born in ECCO shoes, crafted both by hand and "by heart".

ECCO doesn't compromise. Comfort, flexibility, Scandinavian design, and thriving innovation lead the way, shaping how ECCO builds men's shoes, women's shoes, and childrens' shoes.

Quality and craftsmanship make ECCO shoes famous and create loyal fans who prize their comfort and value. Choose ECCO shoes, sandals, and boots, like many, you may never choose to wear any other footwear. Comfort, without compromising trends or the times, makes ECCO shoes the right choice.
