Don't buy this boot. The heel is made of very hard plastic. Instead, look for a boot with a soft, flexible heel and sole.

I bought these boots for my daughter to go with her Cowgirl costume for Halloween; she insisted that she cannot be a cowgirl without cowgirl boots. She loves them! Didn't complain about them hurting her feet not once while trick-or-treating.
