Let me start by saying Zappos customer service is #1! The speed at which things are shipped and arrive is amazing. The boots are great, they do run large so don\'t be tempted to size up, fashionable without being too trendy. Great buy.

My wife and I have bought about 5 pairs of shoes from these folks over the last 6 months and each time they were super. The few times the shoes weren't what we expected which was not their fault, just hard to tell over the internet. They made refunding a breeze. This is a good company

Love my new boots, they are everything I was hoping for and more, from comfort to totally posh! If you are looking for a boot to pair with jeans, skirts, leggings these are the ones. The "de-stressed" look of the leather makes the outfit pop with style! May I add, the customer service team unbelievable. I ordered these boots needed them in two days for a trip. When I asked if it was possible I was told "We will get these to you overnight." Now that's customer service, first class!

These boots are awesome. The leather is very soft and the fit is great. There's some looseness, but it feels like the right kind of looseness. I liked the simplicity of the boot, very basic without all the frills and scalloped edges, but also sleek and nice. Go for it!

I love my Durango boots. I was tired of wearing high heeled boots and these are a great alternative. The bonus is they are very warm. You do need to order half a size smaller. They come with great instructions on how to care for your boots which I thought was worth the read. I will never again be without this type of boot, fabulous, and they came very quickly after I ordered them. Get 'em, enjoy 'em, wear 'em! You don't have to be a country girl to wear them, and like them (but it doesn't hurt).

I wanted to be a cowboy for Halloween but never thought I could get my wide feet in a pair of cowboy boots. But these fit as advertised and have a great look. Originally the right was slightly tighter than the left, which fit perfectly, so I give comfort 4/5 stars, but after a few days of wearing them, it is not as noticeable. I will definitely be wearing these for more than just Halloween.

I love these shoes! I wanted shoes that followed the "western" trend and these definitely fit the bill. They look super cute with jeans. I love these ankle boots. I've been looking for them for the last two years since my original ones that lasted over 15 years (4 resoles and at least 6 heel replacements), finally gave out on me. I just wish they had them in brown or light tan. They are great since I have a very narrow heel and these boots truly hold my heel. I actually wear size 10 1/2 and these are a little snug, but they are very comfortable and my feet don't hurt the next day like when I have to wear athletic/tennis shoes.

Durango Crush Shoe Boot - great shoes! Bought 1/2 size smaller after reading the reviews and they worked. Usually wear 6.5-7 and bought the 7\'s (have size 7 Dingos); had to send back for the 6.5\'s.

These boots are great! I love them to death. They look great with jeans or cords and once they\'ve been broken in (it took a day or two) they are quite comfortable. As far as fit goes, I usually wear an 8 1/2 - 9 and the first pair I purchased were in that size, however they were incredibly tight, hard to get on and hurt the top of my feet. I exchanged them for a size 9 and the larger size fit much better. There is very little cushioning, but that can be added with little difficulty. All in all I love these boots and Zappos customer service. It\'s the best!

Was contemplating these vs similar looking Frye vs an Ariat boot. Frye was totally uncomfortable and not worth the price. Ariat was comparable to the Durango in comfort, but a bit of a tight fit for me (and I have narrow feet). The Durango fits like a glove (I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 shoe, but I got a 7 in this boot). It has great arch support. The toe box is a bit narrower than expected. I wore them all day on day one and had no blisters. The boots seem to be forming to my foot shape already. Love 'em and am considering the black pair as well.

I love my Durango Harness boots!!! I ordered the Frye variety as well and the Durangos are more comfortable by far. And $100 cheaper to boot-ha! I wear an 8.5, ordered an 8.5 and they are perfect. No break in to speak of. Off I go on a trip in my new boots feeling and looking Good!

My daughter needed western boots for a school program. This was a basic boot that wasn\'t too expensive. It is a good-looking, well-made boot that fits very well. She has a narrow foot, and the medium width fit her very well with a sock on. I would say it runs a bit narrow, but true to size. This is a great boot, and I would highly recommend it.

This being my first pair of Durangos I was quite impressed with the quality and feel of the shoe. Prior to purchasing I was torn between the Frye belted harness boots that are almost identical to the Durango and not knowing how they would fit I tried on a pair of Fryes at my local Bloomingdales and was sold on the look and feel, just not the price. I opted to go with Durango due to the price and once on my feet I knew I made the right choice. This boot can be worn all day and feel as comfortable as the next shoe and with its distinct heel and toe is a head turner. I love the feel of the leather and fact that its held up under intense conditions and still looks brand new.

Great boots for a great price. They run a little big. I normally wear a 10 and I ordered a 9 1/2 and they are still a little big; I think I could have worn a 9. But I'll just wear thicker socks. They are comfortable as far as boots go, and easy to get on and off. They are a great style too, western, but not so much that you feel like you just got back from the cattle drive.

I first bought a 7.5 which are a bit too big so I ordered a 7. Much better fit so I'd say runs at least 1/2 size small. Very comfortable, even with pointed toe.No real breaking period. The finish is buttery, between leather and suede. I really am happy with these boots.

This boot is awesome. It fits true to size, and even though it has a stylish pointy toe, it's wide enough that my bunions aren't screaming. It didn't even need any breaking it, I wore them all day the first day I had them, and my feet felt great! Excellent!

These are really cute boots. I bought a pair for myself and when my daughter saw them, she loved them too. I ended up buying a second pair for her. The color is great and they look much more expensive than they are. They are very comfortable. I usually buy a larger size in boots, but bought the same size I wear in shoes, and they fit fine. A fantastic pair of boots for the money!

I wanted to love these! I had a pair very similar back in the 90s - remember when they were all the rage for a while? Anyway, those were really comfortable and I wore them out. I was hopeful that these would be the updated version, but sadly, they feel awful on my feet. They come up just a little bit too high on the ankle to be comfortable, feel too tight on the front side of my ankle and rub something awful on the back/heel side. I could tell that I\'d have terrible blisters if I even bothered trying to break them in. It made me very sad, but these will be going back. Too bad, because they do seem well made and they are very good looking.

Love these boots! They run a bit large; I usually wear a 8.5-9M. And I have had to start putting in some special insoles in my boots. I got 8.5 M and they are tall enough in the foot area for my insoles. I had a girlfriend try them on and they are comfortable enough for "regular" feet to go all day in!\\r\\n\\r\\nThe nubuck leather is nice and substantial and it seems that they will hold up well. I have gotten many compliments on these. Hint: I did put spray protectant on them as these will be my Houston Rodeo "work" boots!
