Dunham

I recently received a pair o boat shoes for a Christmas gift however, they were the wrong size. I thought that it was going to be a big hassle to exchange them but to my surprise it was a wonderful experience and I received my replacement within 24 hours. What great service! As to my NB Dunham Captain shoe they fir perfectly and I have a great deal of trouble finding my narrow size. I always purchased Sebago boat shoes but now I have changed brands because of the fit.

Great shoes, very wide. The 2E are larger than the 4E on some other shoes. Wish they had a brown version.

A very well made shoe, sturdy construction very comfortable and extremely light. My only criticism is the shoe size and width are smaller than you expect.

Bought these for my 84 yr old dad with neuropathy who can't manage laces well anymore. He has a narrow foot and narrow men's shoes are hard to find! With a shoe horn, he can get these on and off, plus they are snug enough around his heel so they stay on his feet. True to size and they grip the floor.

I am very hard to fit. With these shoes, I now walk in comfort. They're a perfect fit. Thanks Zappos oh and Dunham Annison too!

Overall, I really like these shoes. They are comfortable, roomy, and can be worn all day long without issue. My problems are with the ventilation and the exterior durability. The shoes are essentially airtight, so the only thing keeping my feet cool is the extra air (I ordered a little too big). Also, the leather went through a certain process (cannot remember the name) that left it attractive but very easily scuffed. Overall, solid shoe. Comfy, essentially durable, and attractive. They do zap me something terrible when I open the door at work though.

Perhaps this is a 4E in some locale where the residents have tiny feet. Not here. It's very surprising to find a New Balance product that skimps on width.

When you are a size 15 ee choices in shoes are limited. This shoe is comfortable and true to size and width. My brother is a field technician and really puts them to rough wear and they have held up beautifully.

Nice, comfortable shoe. I dig the threading...kind of looks a bit like a retro bowling shoe crossed with a casual black "go with anything" shoe.

Very supportive, excellent quality. I use a 4E and this fits perfect...and with my orthotics too!

Great boots. I have a very hard to fit foot. I read in a review that these boots use the same last as New Balance and it certainly feels true. They're robust, not too heavy and very comfortable.

Got these and they look good; however, and I think it is from the Gore-Tex lining that they felt tight. But no problem from Zappos, a free return and credit back to my ccard.

About Dunham: My first experience with Dunham dress shoes was 2003. I bought a pair (I cannot remember the name) just like this, and they were very comfortable casual/dress shoes. Considering I have awkwardly large feet (Size 14, 4E wide), those shoes fit fantastic. They were worn a lot throughout the year. I just threw them out September 2011. That's 8 years those shoes lasted! As far as this pair: I ordered them on Tuesday, got them Thursday night, and I am wearing them now. They are extremely comfortable, moreso than my sneakers. They are surprisingly light for a casual/dress shoe. The only downside is arch support, which can be easily corrected with an insole.

These were really comfortable, right out of the box. There's more support and cushioning than Sperry. It's a soft, more casual type shoe.

Absolutely love these shoes. Feel like slippers, soft, light, yet Gore-Tex waterproofing and tough. They are roomy so ideal for my orthotics. Easily my favorite shoes.

I have been wearing Dunham fisherman sandals for three years. They protect my toes when cycling; they are comfortable and durable. As a year round sandal aficionado I let no other sandal caress my duck like feet.

Nice boot! Lightweight and comfortable fit. Will buy Dunham shoes again in the future.

I have been a RN,BSN for 25 years...worn every type of shoes out there...regardless of price. Then I slid my foot into this shoe...aching tired crampy feet are essentially over. The shoe looks smart/professional. Very light, but the insole is pure heaven. Never has any shoe in my career ever made my feet, legs and back feel this good...and totally inexpensive. I want my home, car, clothing all made from this same comfortable material...it is certainly excellent!

This is a very nice shoe. They are surprisingly lightweight. They seem very well built and the leather is heavy with quality stitching. They have a lot of support and I am very happy with the purchase. I knew nothing about the Dunham name but when I saw they were made by New Balance, I knew that they would be orthopedically correct. Perfect for everyday wear. My foot is not that wide but I tried on a 4E and, with my pro step insert, they are perfect. I believe that they must run narrower than normal because I have never even worn anything beyond an E.

Great fit. Generous for my wide feet. The vents keep my feet cool. Soft and comfortable. Appear to be well made.
