Extremely comfortable! However, they run a little big (and I think tend to stretch after a few wearings). Also, the finish on the copper has scraped off after several wearings. I wear these mostly for commuting, so they do get a good workout walking up and down escalators to the train, but I think the finish came off a little too quickly. But if you're looking for comfy, this is your shoe! Also, I've been stopped several times on the street by women complimenting them, and asking where I got them!

I really want to like these shoes; they are adorable! But the lack of comfort has made me oh so sad. There is a lot of cushioning in the sole, and when you first put them on you think, "Wow! These are amazingly comfortable!" Then you wear them out in the real world. Toes are pinched. Heels are rubbed raw. They are just really uncomfortable. Like a pair of awkward fitting heels. I first ordered a size 9, which is what I normally wear in flats. They felt like they fit, but while wearing them around the house, I noticed my toes were getting pinched every time I took a step. I thought surely half a size up would help, and I exchanged them for a 9½. Boy was I wrong. The 9½ is actually too big, and my heels will not stay in, even when wearing socks. I developed blisters on my heels, even after putting heel pads in. And the worst part, my toes were Still pinched with each step in the larger size. I do not know if my feet are weird, like really wide in the toe and really narrow in the ankle? I have never had problems before. Just beware that these may feel great the first time you slip them on, but not so great after a day out and about. Test them thoroughly at home! And return to the lovely Zappos if not satisfied.

This shoe strikes me as one that you should wear barefoot; however, since my feet run narrow (I guess?) the heel slipped in the 6 1/2 but the 6 was too short but otherwise perfect. I have another pair of Dr. Scholl's flats from a year or two ago and I love them. These are a bit of a less "dressy" style and maybe the design of them is to blame. I am still not sure if I'll keep them or not...they're really cute and super comfy! The insole is ultra padded and they have an interesting "rocking motion" when you walk. I am a teacher and I think if I can get the heel to stop slipping they'll become quickly a favorite!

These are definitely the most comfortable flats that I have ever had the pleasure to wear. I would recommend these to anyone, but especially to those who are on their feet all day and have to look nice.

I felt like I was walking on a cloud! Much better than my Aerosoles! They were a little too big for me, but I love them so much, I'm not going to exchange it.

They definitely run a half-size big. I usually wear a 9 but had to exchange for an 8.5. I bought these for an upcoming trip to Walt Disney World and am hoping that they will stand up to all the walking. So far they feel very comfortable. The backs do not rub my heels, and the foot bed is extremely cushiony. The only reason I took stars off is because they are kind of weird-looking. The toes lift off the ground or something. But other than that, I love them and they are exactly what I was looking for, a ballet flat with enough support for walking.
