Love this bag. It is smaller than the bag I normally carry, but sometimes I need a lighter weight one. This color (Ocean Blue) is absolutely gorgeous! Would highly recommend! Of course, Zappos is number one for service.

This is a very large bag and I really like it. It is very pretty and it just looks like a summer bag.

I love the look of this crossbody bag - the leather is beautiful, and the bag is well-made. It is a little on the small side, but I am trying to get away from using large shoulder bags, so maybe it will just take some getting used to on my part. Overall, I am happy with this bag.

The Victoria Tote is the most perfect bag in every way! It is so practical, yet so classy! Love the size, love the navy with the hot pink lining, the black leather straps attached with brown leather square trim, perfect pockets in all the right places, the way it fits on the shoulder, the fact that it is light weight, the classy look, etc. Many more cheers for this bag! Love this purse. This is my 2nd D&B purse, can't beat them! This is a beautiful, classy style. Easy to get things in and out of with the outside pockets and organization on the inside. I will use it for years. It's expensive but well worth it!

I gave this bag to my sister for her 50th birthday a couple of years ago, and I've been coveting it every since. So, this year my husband gave me one for Mother's Day. It is fabulous, the leather is soft and substantial, it smells and feels wonderful, and it "slouches" beautifully to allow for plenty of shoulder strap drop space. The morrow brown color is a very rich dark chocolate brown color. I love that it has 2 large zippered pockets on the outside -- perfect for phone, keys, shopping list... all those things you don't want to have to dig through bag to find. I have 3 or 4 other Dooney bags (including one I've had for at least 15 years), and the quality is excellent. It's a large bag, but still feels and looks more like a shoulder bag or purse than like a tote bag, probably because of it's soft silhouette. As always, we LOVE Zappos for their service and selection.

I've had this bag now for a few weeks and I'm totally in love with it. It's the perfect size for me. I was concerned at first that the mini might be too small but when it arrived I saw it was just the right size. I have a full size wallet, eye glass case, mini leather journal, keys and change purse. All those items fit comfortably. I have the chestnut color and in person it's stunning. It's worth every penny.

D&B bags are my favorite annual Mother's Day gift! I love this bag. Great pockets. Zipper doesn't quite lay as flat as the pictures show so the straps are a little tight. I can't see a woman with larger arms trying to carry it comfortably. I have a small frame and my elbow rests on the leather snugly. Love the quality, it will last for years. I have several bags but D&B are my only bags that truley look better with age.

Beautiful bag! This bag is so cute! I get many compliments on it. It is very easy to carry cross-body. It is easy to get in to. It is structured and organized. I love it!

I lean to timeless styling in big ticket handbags and D&B's Charleston Shopper fills the bill there. The size is also perfect for me. Large enough to get everything I need to carry into it without overwhelming me. I am a smaller person at 5'4" and 108 pounds and some shopper totes were just too much bag for my size. Very practical design in the pebbly leather that helps hide wear. I love the caramel color accents on all the bags and the caramel bag which is self trimmed is very attractive too. I had a hard time choosing colors as they all looked great. I like the flat straps that help the bag stay put on my shoulders, unlike rounded straps in some other manufacturer's designs that seem to slide off for me. Like the zipper close top which I much prefer for keeping inside contents more secure over the snap close tops of some other shopper bags. Like the interior design with separate slip and zipper pockets for ease of organizing contents. Also the outside back zipper pocket comes in handy. Fabric used for interior lining seems durable. Only thing missing on my wish list is the little feet on the bottom, like those Hobo International uses on their bags. My drawback with the D&B Charleston Tote I have is one of the straps is maybe ¼" longer than the other but assuming that might happen with all their bags, I didn't exchange it for that small hiccup. One of the many advantages of buying through Zappos is how easy they make exchanges or returns if you need to do that.

Love this purse. The color is great even richer than in the photo. It's a little bigger than I thought but holds everything and all easy to get to.

I debated about spending so much for a nylon bag, but finally decided to splurge as it is a Dooney & Bourke. As expected, Zappos sent this bag to me the next day after I ordered it online. Zappos continues to be awesome in speed of delivery, returns and customer service. However, once I opened the bag I was not "wowed" like I thought I would be. The bag has a very strong plasticy odor, which will hopefully go away after use. Also, I noticed the leather at the corners is suede, which I think kind of cheapens the overall look. I thought that it was trimmed in smooth leather. I wish the shoulder strap was an inch or two longer because, even though the strap appears to be adjustable, it is more decorative and I could not move the leather strap over the brads to lengthen it. The internal zippered compartment is not very deep, and my checkbook sized wallet barely fits. As others have stated, a zippered outside pocket would be useful, and my new iPhone does not fit in the internal slip pocket intended for a phone. That being said, I think the bag is the perfect size for everyday use and it is not heavy at all. The hot pink lining on the navy bag makes it easy to find items inside. I like that there are pen holder slots built inside, and an attached key fob too!

I received the Navy from my favorite place (Zappos). I love this bag! It's really roomy. I was waiting for months before I ordered this bag because I wanted Black, Zappos never received it so I ordered this in Navy because I just had to have this bag. I read the review on here and saw the previous person said she ordered from a store called Belk, so I ordered the Black one from there. I'm waiting for Zappos to order the Bone color since it's available now from the Dooney website. I hate shopping anywhere else, so I have to try and wait on Zappos to receive this color...anyway thanks Zappos for the Navy. Love it!

I bought this satchel in the teal ostrich leather from the Dooney website. This bag is so perfect! Love the color, love the size and the feel of the leather. All my other bags are put away. Can't go wrong with this bag. I was concerned that the zipper out would be an issue, I just pushed it down, so it doesn't show but is easy to open.

Fits wallet,keys and iPhone. Perfect for hands-free errands. Very happy with purchase. Also small enough to fit inside a larger purse/tote, so very convenient.

So soft and comfortable to carry. This is my go to bag because when I go shopping or to a friend's house I can always fit anything in this bag I may need. Love to carry my comfortable slippers and a toothbrush. And plenty room for a snack, a book, or my Kindle. All in all, the best bang for the buck and it comes in plenty of colors. Love it!

First of all, this is a truly gorgeous bag, and the ivy color is subtle and beautiful. Ivy is sort of a cross between dark green, teal blue, and grey. Could go with any outfit and scream sophistication. But... several "but's" for me. First, it really is heavy, even without anything in it. You'd better be pretty sturdy with no shoulder, neck, or back issues if you intend to carry it everywhere. Actually, it could be used as a briefcase or a plane carry-on very nicely. But for everyday carrying to the grocery store, work, etc., it gets heavier by the minute. So that's one "but." Next is the fact that it doesn't have any kind of outside pocket, which means you can't put your keys in it (a key keeper inside is way too much trouble) or even a movie ticket in case you want to go for popcorn. I HATE digging in my purse for keys while bystanders wonder why I'm so inept. Third, the strap options are carry it with your hand, wear it cross-body, or have it hanging very low, even with the adjustable shoulder strap at its smallest setting. I prefer carrying a bag over my shoulder and securely under my arm where it is safe. I tried putting this bag over my shoulder, but I couldn't get my arm through the straps... and my arms are probably a lot smaller than most. There, those are the three reasons why I am going to send this beautiful bag back. If those reasons are not factors for you, then by all means, this is a super D&B bag with fabulous leather and color: spacious, easy to get into, light pink interior so you can see what's in there, and lots of pockets inside for organization. Don't let my objections discourage you if you've considered all the above and still think it's the bag for you.

Fell in love with this simple little bag right after received it in package! It is so light and functional, definitely a great everyday bag for grocery and errands. Zappos shipping is super fast too.

Love Zappos! My D&B is great & much cheaper than ordering from QVC (no S&H). I was missing a dust bag and customer service gave me a nice "bonus" because of that. Will order again. This is a great size D&B. Room for glasses, wallet, make-up, cigs (I know, I know). Love the brown color also.
