Overall:

These boots are the best leather over-the-knee boots I've seen, and are cheaper than most, too. I am 5'11'' with skinny calves and size 9.5 - 10 feet, and these boots fit well and look good. I got the size 10 and they fit perfectly. They are bigger than I need in the calf area, but not so much as to look silly. They don't quite reach over my knees, more like at my knee. But they still look taller than the average boot and the desert color is super classy. They slouch a bit (in a good way) and the back elastic is very comfortable (not a problem when sitting or bending at the knee). They do have very slippery soles, so I will be adjusting that somehow. Overall a great purchase!

These boots are an exceptional value for the price. The leather is so soft and supple and makes them appear to be far more expensive then the actual price. Unfortunately I have muscular calves and bought these boots to wear over skinny jeans, but the fit was a bit too snug so I opted to exchange them for the Dolce Vita Wendall boots and those worked out nicely!

Really love these boots. They are a little looser and scrunchier than how they appear on the picture. Since the boot is so loose, it's easy to tuck your jeans and it actually looks very flattering (makes your legs looks skinny!). Towards the bottom buckle, the shaft gets a little scrunched. If you are looking for a more structured boot, this isn't right for you. I like the fact that there is a 1 inch heel; it gives me a little extra lift without feeling like I am trying too hard or towering over people. The boots are not too "Cowboy", but are overall pretty casual/comfy looking. I'm very happy with them!

As far as I'm concerned, these boots are The Ones. They are simple, comfy, sexy, and made of soft nappa leather. They hit at a very flattering spot on my legs (I am 5'9"), and when OTK boots are no longer super popular, they will be great cuffed. Amazing! I would recommend getting a rubber half-sole put on at the shoe repair, however, since they can be a little slippery. Fit true to size and stay up fine on my average-sized calves.

Hmmm, they're okay. While they shaft height and style are cool, my skinny calves were just swimming in these. They didn't look so big in the picture. Guess I should have taken into account the ever-helpful calf circumference measurement. Whoops. But yeah, my legs were swimming in them, and as a result they slouched a few hours after I started wearing them. Going to take them to a repair shop to see what I can do, but I was kind of surprised the leather wasn't thicker and sturdier. I thought that boots of this price would hold their shape better. I don't think they're quite worth the money, you could definitely find boots of similar quality and comfort for a hundred bucks cheaper.

I'm a big fan of Dolce Vita (and by big I mean 13 pairs) so it's no surprise to me that I absolutely love this boot! I originally wanted to order the marrone color from endless.com, but i happened to be in Dillard's (department store) and I spotted the black pair on display from the other side of the store; they are just that stunning! And for the price, I would have been a fool to leave them there! I bought my usual size 6 and everything about them fits great. The platform does wonders to compensate for the height of the heel, although it's still pretty high so if you're not a 4"+ kind of girl you probably shouldn't bother. I wore them to a party and they were actually bearable for the entire night. The only thing nearly unbearable was how many times I got asked where I got them from. So be prepared for major oohs, ahhs, stares and questions. They are indeed a show stopper! Happy shopping!

I am typically a size 7 and have trouble finding boots large enough to fit my calf, let along squeeze a skinny jean or legging into them. When I put these boots on I nearly wept. They fit perfectly! I went up 1/2 a size for a little more room in the toes and to be able to get them on and off easier. The leather is a great quality, super soft and supple. And because they are of such good quality overall I can wear them for hours without any pain. A great find!!

I ordered the shoes for an upcoming wedding. Didn't like the toe cleavage on these, and they were not very comfortable. I decided on another style I ordered at the same time from Zappos. Can't praise you enough for the wonderful customer service! You are my "go-to" shoe people!

I love this boot i purchased this boot at Martin and Osa also on sale in the grey color. I have a wide calf and the boot fit perfectly up my leg still leaving room for me to pair it with jeans. I will be purchasing the black ones next. This boot is extremely comfortable and looks great!

These shoes are hot! I get so many compliments on them. The previous reviewer mentioned the similarity between the Bebe Jenna boot and these. While they do look alike, these are a much better quality, thus the price difference! They do hurt a little after while, and I love heels, the higher the better.

Wonderful! Fits true to size. I feel like I could walk a mile in these boots. Also, being a petite 5'1", the shaft height is perfect! I wish that Dolce Vita made a pair exactly like these with a heel. I'm considering buying a pair in black.

These boots are very cute and just the right height to be comfortable, but still look great. I wear an 8.5, but they were too small so I had to exchange them for a 9. I would recommend that you order a half size larger than you normally wear. My only complaint is that they don\'t have very much cushion in the sole so I think I\'ll get a gel insert for them. Overall, I\'m very happy with these and will consider buying them in black too! :)

For the true DIVA in you!Well I finally received my Dolce Vita in the black. I can now say that I am the proud owner of not one but two pair of these stylishly sexy and sassy boots. These boots are absolutely fabulous! The taupe color are a bit more casual while the black is just DANGEROUSLY SEXY. So for all the real diva's out there you must truly represent in true diva fashion and rock these must have boots.

Glam Rock Chic! I love, love, love these boots! I purchased mine in taupe and it was love at first sight. These boots make you feel like a true rock star. I love all the straps and buckles it really gives it an edgy look and feel. It's amazing how these look extremely identical to the Jenna boot that Bebe was selling. They stopped producing the boot so thankfully Dolce Vita is still making this boot for the public. The platform heel really makes your foot look small even if you have a big foot. I wear an 8 and it makes me look like I wear a size 5! I love that. I just ordered the black pair which are much sexier than the taupe which is more casual. I can't wait to get my order.

So, I tried on these shoes at the Dolce Vita store in Manhattan and they are amazing, way more refined than comes across in photos. They have a soft suede underneath all the straps that adds a ladylike, glam feel. They also look fabulous over jeans. My main, if only, gripe is the platform, which while making you fiercely tall, does add a bit of a bondage edge. Still, they're awesome enough that I bought them on Zappos today. Double bonus: They're a knockoff of much more expensive shoes that were featured in runway collections for this fall.

Would be perfect if heel caps didn't come off so easy. I have these in biscuit and brown. They are both so hot and pretty comfortable given the height. The only problem is that the heel caps fall off my biscuit pair so easy. I've had the brown way longer than biscuit and the heel caps stay on fine. I had to return my first pair of biscuit Madisons because the heel caps came off after about 4 hours of wear. Luckily Zappos was really cool about it. Now my second pair has lost the heel caps after about 2 days of wear. I love the shoes so I will just have the caps replaced, but I'll probably never buy another pair of Dolce Vita shoes.

These shoes are absolutely stunning, and once you put them on everyone will be saying the same about your gams! The lines on this shoe are about as close as you can get to Louboutins or Casadei platform heels, minus the hefty price tag. Well made, with beautiful, subtle detailing (e.g. the leather upper covers the platform; and rounded point, almond shaped toe). They do fit true to size, but you may find that the toe area feels a little snug, at first, but that's what you should find in a good leather shoe, as they will give with time. I don't find that there's much heel "slippage" for me, personally, but everyone's feet are different. I'm probably going to put some "shoe buds" in for extra cushioning underneath the balls of my feet. In all truthfulness, I can't tell you that these are the most comfortable shoes ever, but I don't know how many of us, gals, wouldn't endure a modest amount of discomfort to achieve the sexiest, leggiest look possible. Overall, a great value with a classic, chic style (think timeless, pin-up girl coquettish-ness), that you can dress up or down, and will likely remain a fabulous "go to" staple in your shoe wardrobe for years to come...

Size 11 is a true 11! You have no idea how hard it is for us big-footed girls to find comfortable fashionable pumps and boots. I'm a true size 11, and lately it seems to be the style for companies to pass off size 41's instead of 42 as a US-11. Since 11 is usually the biggest you can find (if you're lucky!), you rarely have the option of going a half or full size up, so you're simply out of luck if a shoe runs small. I've been on the hunt for a good pair of sexy pumps for months now. First off, Zappos upgraded my order free of charge, and they arrived only 2 days after I placed the order! Then, upon trying them out, I was so happy to see that they fit like a true 11! They're beautiful, comfortable and make my legs look sexy as hell. I am now officially ready for Fall fashion! If only they could make this in the beautiful blue similar to Aldo's Burcin shoe, I would be one very ecstatic fashionista!

Versatile Boots - I have these boots in black size ten. The leather is thick, but soft allowing you the versatility of wearing them a few different ways. These boots are very wide around the calf so they automatically slouch. In fact, I push mine down to look like a bootie sometimes. I also love to wear my jeans tucked in them pulled up to just below the knee. The grey color is amazing, too. It’s kind of taupe. I like the lower 3 inch heel for comfort.

I ordered these boots yesterday and received them today! They are even cuter in person and are going to be so great for the fall and winter. \r\nThey fit true to size and I can tell they are going to be really comfortable. I bought them in black and they will go great with skinny jeans and even under regular boot cut jeans. The heel is the perfect height, so walking won\'t be a problem. \r\nAnd as always, exceptional customer service from Zappos!

I agree with the first reviewer; they were a little loose around the ankle, although they were a little tight around the widest part of the foot. I was able to wear my regular size, though, as suede stretches. That said, the ankle issue has turned the tide towards returning them, which is what I'll be doing. They are gorgeous; however, and I'd keep them if it weren't for this.

These are the cutest shoes, a true must have. I generally can't walk in 4 inch heels, but these don't feel that high and they are so comfortable. The leather feels already broken in that you don't think you're wearing a brand new pair of shoes. I wear an 8 1/2, but I purchased an 8 which fits perfect. This brand generally runs a 1/2 size big.

Great style. Very comfy, but I agree with other reviewers that the fit runs a little wide. If you have very narrow ankles, these might not work for you. I usually wear a size 7, but ordered down 1/2 a size. Hope this helps.

I wore this shoe to a wedding last week and got so many compliments on them! They are surprisingly comfortable for a 4" heel, but I do think they will be more comfortable with an arch support insert. Also, the top part of the zipper on the back does rub against your ankle, so wear a cushioned band aid to prevent breaking any blisters or breaking of the skin. Overall, a high end looking shoe at a fantastic price! I recommend ordering true to size.
