 |  | On Friday, I received a notice from UPS, telling that they attempted to deliver a package, could not find me at home, and left it at the front office. I thought this was an error, because I was not expecting any packages. When I went to the front office at my apartment complex to get the package, I was very surprised to see that it was the pair of shoes I ordered from Zappos just the previous night, around 8 PM! This is unbelievable guys...This is the second time I am buying something from Zappos…Maybe you spent a couple of bucks more for the uber-fast shipment…But this time you earned a customer for good. You definitely know how to make people happy. Kudos and thank you. I am speechless!
