Amazing polish! I do my own gelish gel nails. Put on the gel base up to the top coat to finish. Then I polish the DL sprinkles (very silvery with an ever so slight tinge of blue). On the tips to the middle of my nail bed like a french style. The glitter chunks are easy to use because they load on the brush really consistently and go on exactly where you want them to. Once that is good and dry, I put on another gel top coat and under the light I go. This mani lasted 3 weeks through Christmas on the beach in HI. It is worth every penny! I have a feeling this is not a bottle that will go to my polish collection and sit there for 10 years.
Brands I'd also recommend: OPI Divine Swine is the magenta version of this one. It is also fabulous and easy to control for glitter placement.

I absolutely love Some Enchanted Evening! It looks awesome by itself or over different base colors! I love that the glitter is different, fun sizes to give a kind of optical illusion. It stays on great too! I am ordering Ruby Red Slippers, Bad Romance and Today Was a Fairy Tale!

Love Deborah Lippmann polish. The Glitter is beautiful. I have lots of compliments. You can wear it alone or put gold or silver base and then the glitter polish. One hint...you have to kind of dab it on instead of long strokes like regular polish. Very easy to do.
Brands I'd also recommend: All the glitters are wonderful. Lots great colors!

This polish is beautiful! The glitter is large and makes a real statement. I used a silver basecoat underneath, so I needed less coats. I also purchased Across the Universe and have received many compliments. These products were well worth the money.

Across the Universe = unique beauty. I always get compliments on it from random people. It's gorgeous! I've never spent so much on a nail polish...never spent more than around 8 bucks on an OPI nail polish. I saw it and knew I had to have it though. It arrived quickly too. It's very long lasting, and began to chip after about a week. No biggie, I'm painting them again tonight! Yay.

Expensive for nail polish, but worth the price in terms of uniqueness and quality. Happy Birthday is super cute and looks good on its own or over a color. I especially liked it over a midnight blue I already had. As previous reviewers said, best to dab it on if you want a dense uniformly glittered look. Also really cute to just put glitter details here and there on a painted base if you're into asymmetry, which I happen to be. My manicure lasted forever with a base and top coat. Takes a while to get it off, but I'm not complaining, since it means days and days of chip-free, sparkly awesomeness. Definitely a favorite.

The best nail polish ever, I've been wearing this on my toes for 3 weeks now and it still look like I just apply it. I bought Across Universe, Happy birthday and several others. If you buy the sparkle one and apply it on any regular nail polish, it will last just like DL regular colors. Love it. Great buy.

This is the all time most expensive nail polish I have ever bought...and worth the money! I got Across the Universe and it is stunning. I put it on as topcoat over a bright purple polish and it is so pretty and I got tons of compliments. I can't say I would spend that much on another polish anytime soon but if I had a do-over I would definitely buy this one again.

Across the Universe is a lovely navy jelly base with white, blue, and green hex glitters in two sizes. It's much darker than I expected on the nail but catches almost any direct light very well! It reminds me of seeing the answer in a Magic 8 ball, except with way more glitter pieces! With this size glitter, removing it will be tedious unless you use the cotton ball and foil method.

The key to using these is not to apply layer after layer to achieve an opaque effect. You should either apply one or two coats over another solid polish...or, if you want to wear the glitter on its own, dab it on thickly, rather than swiping on thin coats as you would a regular polish. If you use the dabbing method, even one coat is enough. Wait for it to dry, then top with a topcoat like Seche Vite.

Perfect. This nail polish is exactly what I love in nail polish, but find very hard to locate. Absolutely clear base with suspended glitter. But in this case it is really funky color irregularly sized circular glitter!

This works so well as an amazing, dynamic topcoat. I haven't used it on it's own, but it wears well. Chip free for a good 6 day. Smooth to the touch, as well.

'Happy Birthday' is a clear base with an insane (in a good way) amount of multi-colored glitter. The glitter pieces are different sizes. Wearing it alone you need 3 coats and it really does look amazing. I'd say it has a gold/silver undertone although there are reds blues, and greens in this mix. This polish looks great over other colors. I wore it over a metallic gold and it was fantastic as well. I think it literally would look good layered over any color polish and it's very versatile. Also with this you should definitely use a top coat.

Awesome! I never buy such expensive polish, but the colors looked great. And they are! One coat gives just enough shine, where 2 coats could be enough if you're looking for super sparkle. Highly recommend!

Happy Birthday is such a fun color. The large flecks of glitter are unique. I call it "Party on My Hands" and get lots of compliments on it. I put two coats on top of clear nail polish, but it would be pretty on colored nail polish, too. It's durable, too. It stayed on for more than a week, with just a little wear at the tip - way better than normal polish. Yes, it takes a while to remove. Get some acetone nail polish remover and a bunch of cotton balls. Turn on some trashy TV. Really soak the cotton ball and let it sit on your nail for 2-3 minutes, and it will wipe right off. You will be done by the end of your TV show. Try this! You will like it.

I got Across the Universe and I love it! I've received a lot of compliments on it. I usually go with OPI but I am checking on Deborah Lippmann from now on. It's a jelly-based color so you need 3 to 4 coats depending on your personal preference. I have to admit that it takes some effort to lay out the glitters well, but it is worth the time. Nail polish arrived real fast.

A fantastic glitter polish! At first I was skeptical and I put a base layer and the first layer of this polish and it did not look very glittery, dark mostly. When I put the second layer, it was something to behold! I got compliments every single day and with a topcoat on, it lasted a full week and a half before I had any chips (and the chips were minimal at best!).
