These shoes, though moderately cute, were tight (both in length and width) on a 12B foot. Also, they had a very strong, unpleasant chemical smell.

Starlite Star Bright - I have needed a traditional black leather pump with a moderate heel and a tapered toe for quite some time. The shoe I used to buy (which I have in many colors) was discontinued in leather and is now offered in manmade materials. I was pleased with the Starlite - it is the overall package. Good looks, comfort, and not too high a heel.

Comfortable! These shoes look and feel good. I work in a school and have to walk a lot. These shoes did pinch some in the toes, but this was only felt at the end of the day. I would buy another pair like this in a different color. I bought the Pewter color and they go great with my black and grey pants. My heel does not slip out and they are a great pair of shoes!

Fabulous shoe - Classy and comfortable. I ordered a 7.5 EE and this one slipped on my heel a bit, until I added heel grips.

Starlight - It's wonderful to find shoes in my size. Size and width were great. Heel height and style were just right for work. Shoe is constructed "softly" so not quite as much heal support as I like, thus my "4" rating for comfort, but I did spend a long day in them at work, and I had no foot complaints that night.

Comfort - The problem may be the little toe on my left foot because it hurts when I wear the shoes. I am hoping that the shoe will "give" eventually. Also, I am a senior citizen, and I can remember when "leather" was not man-made; hence, I am somewhat disappointed. The style is great for me. In spite of my comments, what I found at Zappos comes closest to what I have been looking for, and I plan to shop with you again.

All Sizes Available - While shopping with Zappos.com, I discovered that because I can get the right width shoe, I actually need a 1/2 size smaller than I normally was wearing. I get a better fit and that's wonderful! I am very impressed with the shipping. I am not quite sure about the returns I sent back.

Not comfortable at all - Please do not waste your money on this one. It looks and feels very cheap. The leather feels like plastic, and there is no arch support. Very poorly built! I just got them yesterday, and didn't even wear it outside yet, and it's falling apart! I'm returning these.

They're really different & sharp - I read that several people thought the shoe was not true to size, but I thought it fit perfectly on my 10N. In fact, I wore it out for several hours and without any discomfort. The shoe does need arch support, but even that didn't bother me at my outing. I think the shoe is sharp. I wish for more with a moderate heel height.

I am really happy with these shoes. I bought the antique pewter. When my husband saw them he told me there was a flaw on the toe. I had to explain they were meant to look that way. I am waiting for them to go "on sale" so I can order more colors. I wear a 4 and have trouble finding heels. Love to dance and the sole on these don't stick at all. They are really comfy.

Balanced, cushioned footing makes long walks easy. I'm so happy with these heels. I hate most high-heels but these balance my ankle so I don't wobble. And the leather interior is cushioned in the toe area so my toes don't get cramped or achy. Finally - heels as comfortable as flats!

Love it, Love it! My foot is very, very short and very, very wide. Usually shoes of this type are unavailable to fit me. This shoe in a 7ww not only fit, but I was able to get a 6 1/2 ww which is much closer to my real size. (I usually have to get a 7 to make it fit.) I love it for dressy and it looks great.

Thank You Zappos!! I normally wear a 7-1/2 W, but after reading some of the reviews I went with the extra wide. Oh my goodness, I'm in love. These are the most comfortable heels I've ever owned! They arrived yesterday and I wore them dancing tonight, free of any pain!

Close to the perfect pump - I was surprised that I could find a pump that was so comfortable since my feet are kind of wide and I usually hobble. After I broke these in for a day, they were comfortable all day. The perfect office shoe.
