I love them. These are my first pair of Dan Post boots and they are great: soft, comfortable, sexy and well-made. The service from Zappos.com is great, too. I am very satisfied.

These are some pretty awesome boots. They seem to run a little smaller than some of the other styles Dan Post offers. They are super comfortable with lots of support. I like that their are no extra bells and whistles, just a good solid well made work boot that has nice lines, is easy on the eyes, and has good padding. My only complaint would be that they are a little heavy on my feet but I guess these are really made more as a good pair of kick butt kind of boots not really meant so much to be a gardening boot for women.

I really like this boot a lot. Well made with very rugged good looks; definitely a boot that's made to last and take quite a beating along the way. I just wish Dan Post would make their boots in smaller sizes so women with wide feet could enjoy them. I can't buy womens boots as they are all so very narrow, so I have to go with a 7 1/2 EE in mens. I think maybe I could wear this boot with huge socks and an insert. I just can't get comfortable with the extra couple of inches in length without tripping. Sigh!

Good sturdy boot. I've never looked at Dan Post boots before until just recently. I was really surprised; I am impressed by the inner workings of this boot. It seems Dan Post works a little harder on the finished products inside as well as out. I just wish I could get it one size smaller. These boots have rugged good looks and I think they'll last as long as you take care of them.

I ordered these for my husband in October as an early Christmas present. He was going to wear them to a specific event and them give them to me to wrap up. He won't give them to me. He loves them. They are more distressed looking than in the picture, with white scuffs on the toes and heels. This was unexpected, but the husband loves it because it doesn't matter if he scuffs them up.

These boots are absolutely great. I have been looking for a pair of western boots that would be stylish yet understated. These are it. Also very comfortable. Look good with pants and skirts. As always, Zappos delivered perfectly.

I'm a 62 year old grandmother; bought my first pair of your boots while on vacation in Nashville. I have had bunion problems for years and never felt I could wear boots, but was I wrong. I love everything about them, especially the way they look with jeans and a long skirt. The first time in years I've had footwear that feels comfortable. Thank you Dan Post.

Gorgeous boots that I get a lot of compliments on. Size is actually quite generous; I initially went with a 9.5 as a 9 can be a close fit for me and with boot socks, etc. It turned out the 9.5 were too large and I had to return for the 9s, which are perfect. And quite comfortable. A very happy purchase! And Zappos' service was amazing throughout.

I have been looking for a few months for the perfect pair of cowboy boots. I wanted something that had a higher heel that 1.5in and these are it. They aren't too 'western-ie' so I know that I will be able to wear these for a long, long time.

So beautiful you won't believe it. I got these boots in black and they are the softest, sleekest, most gorgeous boots. Only one problem for me: Dan Post isn't particularly consistent with their sizing. In other Dan Post boots (like the lovely, "Fancy Black Suede") I've needed the 9, but in these I'll need to go down half a size. That said, I still give these boots 5 stars on beauty and quality. Silly to say, but I feel pretty in these boots!

These are extremely well made boots. The stitching is good. I found two minor flaws in the decorative stitching that you can't see from more than a few inches away, and the leather is of good quality. The "worn" finish is perfect. The heel isn't too high, and these are comfortable for a full day of wearing.

I got these boots for my husband. They are true to size and we liked the taller shaft. Not too high of a heel. It is much lighter in person than in the picture. Very distressed and looks worn in already, which is nice because you don\'t want to be wearing an obviously new boot the first time if you\'re a guy. My husband has only had the opportunity to wear them once, but they were comfortable and his feet felt fine.

These boots are the bomb! All my friends love them. They are true to size, a good fit in spite of the fact they only had size 8 & 9. I bought the 8 & wear them with cozy socks. Perfect! Gorgeous pink color & the gold highlights are great. Love them! I would buy another pair if I could! Also Kudos to Robin in customer service. She got me changed from just a regular refund on some other boots to exchange for these boots & did it all in approximately 5-7 minutes. Great job, Robin! Mahalo nui loa Zappos!

I was looking for a black boot with a pointed toe that didn't have too much embellishment on it. I found it in this boot, it's a western style, but the stitching is also black. It's a very clean-looking boot. The fit is true, and it's extremely comfortable, perfect heel height. I'm so glad I found this boot, and of course, Zappos delivers unbelievably fast. I don't know how they do it, but they are absolutely hands down the best at what they do.

These boots are beautiful! I've worn them four or five times now and OUCH! I bought some inserts for them, but there are still places that rub. It feels like there is a staple or nail in the toe of the left boot that really hurts. Maybe with time they will break in.

Extremely pleased!I ordered these boots for my dad on Tuesday, and he tried them on Wednesday! Zappos is the best. We both liked them even more once we actually saw them- they are exactly what my Dad was looking for- something flashy to wear when he rides his motorcycle. Thanks for your excellent service. Like most Dan Post boots, they were tight to put on the first time, but the soft leather molds easily once you start to walk in them.

I bought the distressed black color in the El Paso boots. Please do not underestimate the distressed appearance of these boots. The website picture doesn't capture the worn look suitably. That's not to say that I don't like the boots -- I love them. They are understated, and the distressed finish lends a real-cowboy aura. These boots look aggressive and sexy with boot cut jeans while remaining comfortable. Very satisfied customer!

Love these boots. I got the tan/brown. I have a very high arch and have a problem with getting boots on, and then having the arch be too tight. These were hard to get on at first and tight at the arch, but just after an hour they were much better. They break in very fast. These are my most comfortable boots. Beautiful, unique and I love the higher heel! I wish they made more styles with the higher heel. I wear a 7 in shoes, but usually wear a 7.5 in cowboy boots. I got the 7.5 and they fit perfect.

I saw these in a magazine and thought they were so cute. I'm 47 and love to keep up with the trends, but am conscious about "dressing my age". I fell in love with these boots - I bought them in the creamy color. They are a little stiff so will take a bit of wearing to break them in, but they're very comfortable, and very well made. The initial stiffness is why I gave them 4 starts for comfort. I'm sure they'll soften up. They're adorable with a little cotton summer dress, or worn under jeans. Really worth the price if you're looking for boots. I wear a 7.5 and they fit just perfect. If you want boots, you can't go wrong with these. Really great.

Great boot - I was a lil hesitant to buy my first pair of cowboy boots on line, so many to choose from. Dan Post looked to be a great brand so I took the bait. I am very happy with these boots, they fit just as they should. I wore them all weekend without any problems at all. The quality is great, the look is great. I am now looking for my next Dan Post boot. Last, but not least, my shipping was upgraded to next day air for free. You can't beat that! Go Zappos!

Dan Post off white boots - I am planning to wear these boots on my wedding day in July! (Under a traditional long white dress, not cowboy style...) They are beautiful! Cream, beige, off-white, a little distressed looking. I will need to break them in a little between now and July as they are a little stiff and the heel is a little higher than any of my other boots. They are very unique looking, priced a little higher than I usually would pay for boots, but since they're one of a kind, I decided to splurge a little! I love them!

My new favorite boots - These boots are just as great as they looked in the picture. Really well made, gorgeous leather tooling with a beautiful finish. There's padding inside the footbed that makes these the most comfortable boots I own.
