I was so disappointed when these arrived. They are a gorgeous color, the leather is very soft and lovely, and the soles feel wonderful, but the criss-cross straps are way too wide across the ball of the foot and the shoes are very short--my toes looked like they were about to fall off the end of the shoe. I don't think there would be any way to adjust the shoes to tighten the fit, and I could not have ordered a smaller size. Very disappointing, especially since I have owned a pair of Cordani (the Linea Blue line) for a few years, which I absolutely adore. Oh well.

I, too, ordered the beige and the liner is gold, not bronze as pictured and the elastic is a little lighter than shown. Very comfy and cute; I am becoming a hard-core Cordani wearer. Shoes are a little expensive but I find I end up rotating colors of the same pair all season long as my primary shoes!

Fantastic shoes. They are super comfortable and cute. Have height, but you don't notice it due to the well designed platform. They are stable with none of the ankle rolling some platforms cause. They are well padded and have more arch support than most non comfort shoes (not tons, but adequate and I am picky about this). Order up a size as they run short. I had to have an extra hole punched in the strap because they are also a bit wide, but that was an easy fix.

Great shoes for someone who wears whole sizes. They are as beautiful in person as they look in the pictures. They felt quite secure on the foot for those of us who walk at good clip. Zappos suggestion to purchase a whole size larger than your usual size is right on. I wear a 6-6.5 and bought the size 7. My heels were in the right place, but my toes still hung off the front end. I know a size 8 would be too big, and I'm not going to purchase shoes that don't fit...

In a word: Sensational - I was in need of a walking shoe with arch support, breathability, and visual appeal (not listed in order of importance). This shoe serves all of these necessary purposes! It is lovely on the foot and hints subtly at the gladiator shoe movement the U.S. is experiencing at present. Extremely comfortable and handles well on long walks in urban terrain. A great option for a summer walking shoe en lieu of a sneaker or any other foot smothering number. Buy this shoe! That is all.

The style of this shoe is fabulous. Like the other reviewer said, the sizing is strange. I generally wear a 39 Euro (8.5 US). These run almost a size short and the toe is almost too pointed, but ordering up a size could be a problem with the straps being too loose. The ankle strap seems flimsy and does need a couple more holes punched in order to secure it on the foot. After doing that I think they will be alright. Very expensive--and not made in Italy, for such a price. I'm keeping them because I think they will be versatile with pants and skirts. Nice thick platform, not as heavy as a wedge, and with a bit more style.

I just love this shoe. It is very comfortable, dressy, but still casual. Good with pants or dresses. I have problem feet and work all day everyday on them (my feet). These shoes were comfortable all day from the very first day. In fact, I haven’t worn any others since buying them. A bargain for the $ I’d say.

These shoes have been wonderful! While I’m only 30 years old, I have bunions and narrow flat feet. Finding attractive shoes that fit has rarely been an option for me. These shoes not only feel great, they look good on the foot, provide support, and are actually fashionable. I have worn them frequently for two years (in season), and they still look new. I have had good experiences with Cordani in the past, and these are no exception!

Loved these shoes, they are great looking, BUT they are made for the smallest narrowest foot. I wear an 8 and had to order an 11, which fit in the length, but it was still way too narrow. Would have loved to have them in my collection. The designer should check the sizing. I have other Cordani shoes which do fit and although they may run a little smaller than usual, these were really not for the normal foot. Sooooo disappointed!

My favorite pair of Spring/Summer shoes!! They are so comfortable, no break-in period needed, the platform heel is very stable, and you don't feel like you're going to fall over. I got them in Black, they run true to size. The thing that convinced me to buy these shoes was reading all of the great Customer reviews. I figured all of these people couldn't be wrong, and they weren't. Awesome shoes, very well made, extremely comfortable, and Zappos shipped them to me within a few days of my placing the order. Would definitely recommend these shoes & Zappos!

I love these shoes. I've been wearing nothing but Kork-Ease for a couple of years, and I still love them, too, but these wedges are not quite as high and therefore feel more secure, but still stylish. They are extremely comfortable from the first moment. Cordani quality is excellent.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. I may even buy an additional pair, or similar style, because they are one of those that you will always want to have and may not be able to find when you finally wear them through. DO BUY A SIZE UP! I am always a 7 1/2 or 8 US size, and the 38 did not work. I had to exchange them for the 39, which fit wonderfully.

These shoes are amazing, I can usually only wear Merrell shoes and flip flops but these are so well balanced they are incredibly comfortable and I can wear them all day. The sizing is a little strange, they did not have an 8 1/2 so I got a 9 which is fine...but I need to make an extra hole for the strap so my feet will stay in place. I recommend this brand of shoes for anyone with foot problems.

Great retro-style summer sandal - The style of these is a blast from the past and fit well with my summer wardrobe -- both for work and play. I got them in green to add a shot of color. They fit perfectly, are comfortable to walk around town during my lunch hour -- all in all, a great pair of sandals for the summer. And, since I live in Hawaii, I think I'll be wearing these for a long time to come.

Awwww, what comfort! I got the natural color and must note that the lining is not bronze leather as pictured, but gold leather. I don't care though. It is such a comfortable wedge that it makes me forget the astronomical price! Very happy.

Heaven, I'm in heaven - I was in a store today wearing my new Birkenstocks that I bought as comfortable shoes for traveling when I saw these shoes. I tried them on and I have to say that I instantly wanted to pitch every single other pair of shoes that I own and buy every style of Cordani shoes, particularly the ones that have the molded footbed...If they were only cheaper! The footbed is very supportive, but unlike the Birkenstocks, they have a cushiony bouncy feel to them. Needless to say, THESE are the shoes that will be traveling with me! I usually wear a size 9 1/2 and the 40 fit me perfectly. These do not run large.

Cordani's made another great summer sandal - Cordani made another summer sandal that will endure. I have bunions so I always look for shoes with hard, durable, stable soles. I walk all day at the office and downtown and my feet don't even notice it! It supports, fits true to size.

Comfortable and sleek - These are extremely comfortable. The footbed is very soft and spongy. The orange is almost a pale sherbert and that is what I was going for so I was very pleased.
