These shoes are pretty comfortable with the small exception that they come a little high on the heel and gave me a small blister. With socks they are great!

I've got these for both of my teenage kids. One, whose foot is regular width is trilled with them and kept them, my wider footed kid returned them saying that they were not comfortable after just trying them on.

I love Chucks, it's all I wear but I am so hard on them I go through a pair in about 6 months, so I was looking for my go to traditional Chuck when I ran across this version, I wear my Chucks a couple sizes big because my feet are wide so naturally I ordered this version in the same size and after waiting a week for them to come in the mail (I'm in Iraq so it takes a while for stuff to get here) I was excited to try them on but when I opened the box they looked way small. After forcing the shoe on my foot and having it on for about 10 minutes I knew there was no way it was gonna work, so sad.

I usually wear a ten and bought a ten, but these are a little loose to be wearing without socks, but they'er exactly what I wanted in summer time kicks.

Great stripped down shoes. You can wear them without socks. I ordered a whole size smaller than my normal size and once I'd run them in I can now wear them without socks for a day of light walking (less than 5 miles). I also have a pair to wear with socks that I got in a half size smaller than my regular size. Both sizes seem slightly narrow at first but they do give a little once they are worn in. If you want stripped down with more comfort, I recommend the mesh version, which I also have.

Very cute, lightweight! They were ever so slightly too long, causing the stiff edge to rub my heel, so I got some heel liners, and they're clear so you can't see them through the mesh! Totally satisfied!

Great shoes - they do run big though! I wear a size 8 or 8 1/2 and most tennis shoes (Ed Hardy) are either too big or way to small - and they do not come in half sizes either. But comfortable and cool!

These shoes are so comfortable and lovable I almost want to keep it a secret! Incredibly light weight and literally super cool with the mesh fabric that's so fine it's nearly imperceptible. Great style that always gets compliments too (if you're into that!). I followed the advice of others that Converse fit a size smaller (as is true with a pair of high tops I have), but had to exchange them for my usual size - so get your normal size. Haven't we had enough downsizing and cutbacks?!

Bought them for my husband and he loves them. Read that they run a half size large so I order a half size smaller than he normally wears and they were perfect. Very light-weight and breathable making them great for summer.

This shoe was lighter than your typical Chuck Taylor slip-on. They\'re the perfect summer shoe for going to the pool or to cruise around on a hot day. They\'re semi-loose fitting so I wouldn\'t wear these while doing any recreational or work activities that require lots of walking or running.
