Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked Shoe Arch: No arch support Shoe Width: Felt true to widthThis was my first purchase through Zappos so I was a little apprehensive about the condition of the shoes upon arrival. However, the shoes arrived in perfect condition, just as if I had bought them in a retail store. I have petite, narrow feet so I don't like wearing sneakers that are bulky or make my feet look wider than they are. These Converse All Stars are a great width though I was surprised to find that they are slightly bigger than my normal size (I normally wear a 5.5 in most shoes and the 5.5 Converse are a little long on me). I would recommend sizing down a half size for a more snug fit. I also don't think these shoes have very much arch support because after a day of walking around an amusement park in them, I noticed my feet were a little sore. Nonetheless, they are very stylish and were a great purchase.

I love these shoes. This is my second pair. They are so comfortable and I can basically wear them with anything.

If you haven't worn Chucks before you'll find that they are all about the style. Don't expect arch support or cushioning. Just pick your favorite color :)

The ONLY request for Christmas from my husband was a pair of low cut red Converse shoes-- just like he had as a .... young teen. He even told me to go to Zappos, and after checking out other sites - guess what! Duh..Zappos delivered with the shoes at the best price at the right time and effortless! Zappos has been an on-line and phone-connect source with integrity and true customer service like the old 'days' that my husband and I both respect. Long live Zappos! It is way above the norm. I wish every seller lived up to Zappos standards. The Converse tennis shoes were for my teenage son. He loves them! They are comfortable and very cool looking. This is the second pair he has. Zappos customer service was awesome, helpful and very much customer oriented. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked Shoe Arch: No arch support Shoe Width: Felt narrower than markedI'm not sure what I expected with these shoes, but I can say one thing: I've never felt that my foot was too wide for a shoe. For a guy, I have narrow feet, but these shoes still feel very cramped for me. I feel it both at my heel and at the outside at the end of my foot. The top reviews I've seen for these are all women. Maybe that's the difference I'm experiencing. Everyone seems to love them, but while I never write comments, I felt I had to speak up for any guys looking into these. If I find them cramped with my feet, I can't imagine them for a guy with a more averaged width foot. Oh, and I did get the half-size smaller in length. My toe is about 1" from the end of the shoe. Maybe I should have risked tripping over my feet and going for something exactly my size or larger.

I have purchased from Zappos twice, both were presents for my very particular daughter, she loved both purchases. It\'s easy to order and the shoes arrived in record time. Zappos is a great source and I recommend them to all my friends!

We love these sneakers. Between my two daughters and myself we have close to 10 different colors. They are great sneakers for any outfit. They are just not for exercising! We also like the slip on style for warmer weather as they are easy to slide on and off without socks.

When I was in junior high, I was always jealous of the boys who got to wear canvas sneakers. It wasn't acceptable for girls back then (I am 55). I always wanted some Converse All Stars, so I was thrilled to have received them as a Christmas gift. They have not disappointed me. They are so lightweight and comfortable. I have the navy ones, so I can wear them almost everyday because they go with anything. The size runs true. I love my All Stars and I am making up for lost time!

I bought the Converse All Star Monochrome Black sneakers for my 13 year old son. He is very selective about what he wears. My son loves his sneakers. The look, the feel, the fit are all perfect.

My daughter loves the Converse All Star shoes. It is very difficult to find her shoe size in the stores. However, I have never had a problem ordering them through Zappos. Each time that I've ordered shoes, they arrived within 24hrs of placing the order. Zappos products are the real thing and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend them both.
