I normally wear a 12, but I had to go down to an 11 with these. If you haven't worn Chucks before you'll find that they are all about the style. Don't expect arch support or cushioning. Just pick your favorite color :)

I'm a chuck taylor converse lover, i had already a 40 pairs on my collection. But I don't like when converse made shoes with death face, why they do that. It's like they are the devil and I'm not happy with that. Can they make something different? Please nobody buy this can shoes. If they make shoes with that can a faces please make some with JESUS faces too. Thank you

The ONLY request for Christmas from my husband was a pair of low cut red Converse shoes-- just like he had as a .... young teen. He even told me to go to Zappos, and after checking out other sites - guess what! Duh..Zappos delivered with the shoes at the best price at the right time and effortless! Zappos has been an on-line and phone-connect source with integrity and true customer service like the old 'days' that my husband and I both respect. Long live Zappos! Great shoe I've been wearing my chucks along side my vans for almost 15yrs now. The shoe clearly isn't made for high action sports, but are perfect for your down tome.. hitting up the beach or the town.. great shoe.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes. I plan on getting a refill of these once these start looking old. I also want to get a pair for my son. I see lots of "Converse Heads" looking down at my shoes when i wear them too. Pretty cool!

Smaller than other (canvas) Converse?I've been wearing the regular canvas black monochrome Converse for many years in a Mens size 7, but when I ordered the same size in the leather version, it felt about half a size too big! Put the new shoes next to my old ones, and sure enough, they were definitely longer. Other reviewers said that they fit the same as regular Chucks, but that wasn't the case for me. Otherwise, they look great. As always, Zappos customer service was awesome!

Just as pictured. Do order a full size down (I wear 7 1/2 and ordered 6 1/2). Fits just right and I have extremely narrow feet.

My husband loves his new Converse leather hi-tops. They look great and are really comfortable. Although some of the reviews mentioned that they don’t run quite true to size, he ordered his regular size and they fit perfectly. Zappos has an amazing selection of Converse and we’re on the way to trying out all the styles and fabrics. And Zappos? I placed my order at 2:00 am and received it the next day. How do they do that? I wish I could buy everything from Zappos.

The size, very roomy inside. The length was good. I had to put another inner sole in the shoes...the shoes are very stiff they do not feel like real leather, the good is I stand all day and feet do not hurt. Would I buy them again? Probably not.

I just ordered these in charcoal gray and Zappos' speedy delivery got them here in less than 24 hrs! I absolutely love the color, but they're too big. I wear a women's size 10 in 98% of shoes. My other 2 pairs of Converse are 9.5 and fit perfectly. I wish they still offered these in half sizes. I just ordered a 9 to try and I really hope they fit because I love these shoes.

Fairly comfortable, but lacking in arch support (I am an over-pronator.) Style is rather plain, but acceptable. After several days, pieces of tread began coming off the toe of one of the boots. After about a week there was a large area of tread missing from that boot. Excellent customer service from Zappos (as always!) made return easy. I won’t be buying Converse boots again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these shoes! I am a Converse maniac so I may be biased, but I love these shoes. I have about 8 pairs of Chucks. However, I didn’t have a pair of the Hi-tops. I wasn’t sure they would be as comfortable. Boy was I wrong! I have to say that these are just as comfortable as the low tops (maybe even more so). And they are super sharp looking. I get constant compliments. I wear a size 9 (Women’s) and these felt a little big on me. So if you are on the border of a half size and a full size, you may want to order the smaller size. Other than that, these shoes can’t be beat and I couldn’t be happier. I received them in the morning after ordering them the previous night (which always amazes me)! Zappos is the only place I buy shoes from simply because their service cannot be beat!

This is an awesome shoe! It looks great! I would definitely order a 1/2 size smaller than what you would wear in regular style Converse Chucks. Shoe definitely needs to be broken in before walking a long time in them. Other than that it is great!!! This is also a very hard to find shoe! Thankfully Zappos has them! Plus, their customer service is the best out there! Thanks!

Surprisingly comfortable but if you lace them all the way up make sure you tie the laces tight or else the tongue will slide to the side. Needs a finger pull to help to get them on.

These cute Converse are NOT SLIP-ON style. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Because the photo had no laces shown, I thought it was a slip-on. They are lace-ups and super cute, but not what I wanted.

I like these a lot, they\'re light weight and comfortable. However, I had them for a month, and the zipper broke. It's made of cheap pot metal. The same boot without a zipper would probably be better.

Before buying these shoes, I was agonizing over what size to buy. Normally for my Chuck Taylor Converse All Stars I buy a half size smaller, so that instead of a 10, I’d go for 9.5. I read reviews here that stated that they either bought a half size smaller or just bought their normal size, so wasn’t sure what to choose at first. In the end, I went with my normal size, and couldn’t be happier. It fits perfectly. I love the leather aspect of it because it makes it better to walk around in, especially when it’s raining. The soles are 10x more comfortable than my Chuck Taylors. There’s actually a sense of cushioning. Overall, love these shoes. They are simple, but chic.

I like this pair of oldschool Converse that they let you feel closer and more connected to the ground because the soles are thin and flexible. Don’t get fooled by Zappos claiming they just are 1/2 size bigger. There’s no question that the shoe is one full size bigger.
