Like the free shipping both ways. If you don't know the size, order 2 and send back the one that doesn't fit. I don't like the unisex size on the Converse. Target has the better Converse but could only get the style and color that I wanted at Zappos

I'm surprised it came with static shock protection? and had a steel toe in the front. While I do enjoy shocking people; I guess my children will enjoy that feature. My foot seems to rub a bit where the steel toe ends, but after a few weeks of breaking it in, it's barely noticeable anymore. The shoe looks great and doesn't smell like dead fish like my old ones!

Shoe runs a bit large. I had to reorder smaller size for my son. So far, all I hear from him is good news. He wears them to strength training class.

Love them, fit great. I went one size bigger because they do not come in extra wide (what I wear) and it worked.

These are very cool shoes. I normally wear a 14, ordered 13 - it fits fine. Will order the charcoal next.

Holes along the seam after only a few wears is so sad but true! I have worn Chucks my whole life and this has never happened to me before! This was one of my favorite Christmas presents and I was so sad to have to send them back only to find out they no longer have my size! I guess I don't need them if this is how poorly Converse makes their shoes now.

Ordered turquoise. Love how they look. I ordered my size and while the width is good, the length is not. A tad too long. And the shoe doesn't come in half sizes. So back to Zappos they go. Boo hoo.

I wear 13s, but I bought 12s based on the reviews. Great fit. Looks just like the photo.

Classic Converse. Order one size smaller than usual, I wear a 14 normally and a 13 in Converse. Zappos is always great to buy from.

Wow, Zappos! You are incredible! I mean it. I ordered a 10 1/2 but that seemed a little large. Returned after three weeks (indoor wear) and within a week they fully credited my account with a refund in which I purchased a 1/2 size smaller. I received my shoes the next day and they fit perfectly.. And mind you, this was during the week when the infamous hacker compromised 24 million accounts. All I can say is thank you Zappos for an amazing service and awesome shipping policy... Can't ask for anything better.

I really like these shoes. They are very comfortable and good casual shoes to wear around town. They are great for having that look where you are not coming from the gym or a 5K run. Too many shoes look overly athletic these days. They fit well, too. People are surprised that these are Converse. They are not those old school Chuck Taylors. They are a really nice change of pace. Grab your own pair soon!

Waited too close to Christmas to find these shoes in a store in the size I needed but Zappos had them and I received them in just a couple of days...and same total cost as I would've paid in the store. Thanks Zappos for your helpful customer service over the phone that made the whole process simple!

These shoes are not black! They look like a black that may have been washed 1000 times and ended up purple.

I've had these shoes for about 6 weeks and the sole is falling off! I had a pair of Puma's I've worn over 2 years and they are still in decent shape. Don't buy these unless you are prepared to throw them out 6 weeks in.

A casual-wear classic day-in and day-out. For anyone who hasn't had Chucks before, they tend to be narrow, and they aren't exactly built for comfort (think a canvas sock with a rubber sole). Also, despite their origins, I highly recommend you do no form of exercise in them.

I just got these, my first pair of Converse, in the mail. I've been wearing them around the house for about an hour now, and I'm impressed. They are a little heavier than I expected (they are leather, after all), but they are comfy and fit my feet the way I expected. Looking down at them, they remind me of Sperry's Top-Siders, but without the fratboy swag. I keep thinking these are the shoe-equivalent of a tuxedo shirt, screaming "I like to party, but I'm classy too!" - invoke frat reference again! They look great with jeans or khakis. I bet I am going to get a lot of compliments on these.

Great shoes, true to size and in half sizes too! No arch support and they never dip in price, but these are a classic.

Nice construction, but seem to be cut a little bit. I wear a size 9 across the board & usually a 9 wide. These were extremely wide (which I was fine with), but they also seemed to fit as a size 10.

I purchased this boot for my 17 year old daughter. She has worn them every day since she opened the box. She loves the comfort and the velcro in place of a zipper. I would recommend this boot very highly!
