These ran about a half size too big, and are a bit narrow. They are taking a few wearings to break in, but are so worth it.

Awesome shoes, awesome service. First, Zappos has done it again. They are awesome. Such quick service. The Converse shoes are so comfortable. I wore them all day yesterday and feet were never tired. I did put a arch support in them. I am going to order some for my daughter and some more colors for me.

Super cute. Just got these shoes in gray, love 'em. I haven't had a pair of Converse in years. I forgot how comfy they are and how well they fit my feet, I have long & narrow feet. Definitely order a full size smaller if you're a woman. I practically live in sandals & hate sneakers, so I love the fact that these slip on & have no laces. Zappos is great, I ordered these & they arrived the very next day.

Love these shoes, however, they run extremely large and I wouldn't necessarily go with the recommendations listed. I wear a women's 7 sometimes 7.5 in sneakers and ordered a men's 5 (as suggested) but they were HUGE on me. I returned them for a Men's 4 (women's 6) and they are perfect.

These shoes are very cute. The background color is more of a silver than appears in the picture and has a satiny finish. These were for my 10 year old daughter; she loves them and says they are very comfortable. She's not had them long yet, but has already worn them in the rain a couple times and they seem to be holding up well after getting damp.

I got the monochrome black Chucks for a Halloween costume, but have ended up wearing them a lot more than expected because they're pretty awesome kicks. I really like the all black ones because they go well with jeans or cords and are a perfect colorway for the fall and winter. I've always liked Chucks because they're classics and look great, not to mention they are very moderately priced. If you need a good pair on concert-goin' kicks, I highly recommend these.

I have always loved Chucks and these ones are no exception. Zappos was the only company that had the unique Port Royal color which I have gotten many compliments on. Zappos also got them to me very quickly.

These are your typical Converse: high on style, low on comfort/construction. The Star Players are basically the same shoe as Chucks, but in leather and, of course, with a different logo design. They don't offer any support at all, and take a while to wear in before they become comfortable. I got a blister on the top of my foot when I first wore these because the right shoe had a poorly cut tongue (and, if you've ever worn Chucks, you know how important it is to get the tongue right while you're breaking them in). Also, being leather, they're pretty insulating, and there is no ventilation on these shoes. Those complaints aside, they're super cute. I really like the black stripe on the toe, the extra-hi top, and the silver grommets. Like other Converse I've had, they do wear in eventually; after 2 weeks or so, they feel pretty good, and I wear them often, as long as I'm not doing a ton of walking. Basically, the Star Players are kind of expensive since they are shoddily made, but for me, they're balanced out by their unique style.

The black-on-black Cons are great - I've always liked All-Stars, and these somehow make your feet look tiny (not the sort of duck-foot you sometimes get with the white toed variety). They run big - I usually wear a W9 and the 5 1/2's I ordered fit fine. Zappos has to be hands-down the best customer service of any online business - I've been buying from them for 6 years and never ANY problems with returns, etc.

These shoes are cool-looking, very understated. They go great with slim fitting jeans and are a welcome change from the typical Chucks. The "smile" cut-out on the toe cap adds a hint of quirkiness or whimsy, which is fun. While these shoes look cool, mine wore out very quickly. The Purcell tag on the back fell off, the glue holding the sole and toe cap together dried out, the soles wore super thin. All of that in maybe 4 months of daily wear with moderate walking.

Love the Converse slip ons, they're comfortable when I walk miles and miles around Manhattan, but they're also impossible to find in the stores here. Zappos always has them in my size and in the colors I like. I don't know how they do it, but they always get the shoes to me a couple of days after I order them, and that's with free shipping!

This is a great pair of shoes! Very comfortable. They run big. I am a size 7 1/2 in womens and I had to buy a mens 5. The colors are very vibrant and great for a Steelers fan! Go Steelers and Zappos!

I've had many pairs of Jack Purcells, but these fell to pieces almost instantly. The outer rubber around the soles de-laminated and the tags fell off the back in the first month.

I bought these size 18 Chuck Taylors for a pair of clown shoes. They are huge, which is what I wanted. I love the color. It\'s a dark red color. Unfortunately there were some blemishes on the white part of the sneaker at the toe. For the price I expected them to be perfect.

I've been looking for Converse in 'perfect' purple (my favorite shade, not too dark or light) and when I saw these seasonal Converse in Aster Purple I had to get them. I love these shoes. I find it difficult to find shoes that fit due to having small feet with a high arch. Converse are always comfortable to wear, straight out of the box. I am a big fan of these shoes. I even wore a pair of Converse (black sequined!) on my wedding day. One last thing, I've noticed some reviewers are saying that you should go between a half and a full size down from your normal size. If you have a wider foot, I find that your actual shoe size is perfect. I'm a US women's size 7, and I find the size 7 is perfect on me. I ordered these shoes on a Thursday night and I got them Saturday morning when shipping on my order was upgraded at no charge! Sensational customer service & shipping from Zappos means that when I'm looking for more Converse to add to my ever-growing collection that I'll be back here to buy the next pair. Thanks, Zappos!
