Good shoe - Good shoe, but not a great shoe when compared to my Johnston & Murphy dress shoe. Fits well, quiet heels, good appearance. A bit slippery on tile or vinyl floors.

So Nice, I Bought Them Twice! This model comes in a penny loafer and the model that you see here. I liked the tassel version so much that I bought the penny loafer too! I am hard to fit. The only shoes that seemed to fit me, and didn't look like I wore the boxes out of the store, were Bally 11EEE. Those are getting hard to find and very pricey. These are a very respectable substitute and an incredible value for the money! Buy them, you will be pleased!

Cole Haan's Pinch Tassel - Pretty much the only dress shoe I'll wear. The shoe wasn't in stock at the time of order so I filled out the contact information for when it became available and ordered a pair in Black and Burgundy once they became available.

Great Shoes...Great Service! These Cole Haan’s feel like a pair of old shoes right out of the box. This the third pair of this particular model that I've bought, but the first from Zappos. Same great shoes, but Zappos service can't be beaten. I ordered them one afternoon and they were waiting for at home the very next day, less than 24 hours! I'll be back, Zappos.

LOW quality! I purchased a pair in Nov 07 and by Jan the metal support within the heel/sole was making a clicking sound when walking. Absolutely the worst quality shoes I have ever purchased! I do not understand why everyone is rating them so high.

Great fit right out of the box - I ordered these shoes for my husband and he loves them! He wears a narrow and these fit like a dream, he says. They've "molded" to his foot. Highly recommend the shoe and as always, Zappos is A W E S O M E!!!

Toe scuff so bad that shoe is no longer wearable - Love the look of the shoe but the toe scuffed so badly that the shoe is wasted. Shoe is garbage ready way before its time.

Stretched - Within the first week the shoes had stretched to the point that in order for me to wear them, without them falling off, I had to wear 2 pair of socks.

Cole Haan Perfect Fit - I have narrow heel, but need the width in the front of my shoes. The Cole Haan in the 3x width is a perfect fit for me, while still maintaining the styling I desire.
