A great compromise between dress and casual - These are Clarks, which says most everything you need to know. Of all the shoes I tried, these were the most comfortable. The quality is excellent. Styling is fine, nothing exceptional. The composite sole can almost pass for leather, but it doesn't dance well (too grippy).

Simply amazing shoe! I purchased these shoes about a year ago to replace an older pair of dress shoes. After my previous experiences of hunting through stores and the agonizing periods of "break-ins" of new dress shoes that still left my feet in pain, these shoes were simply amazing! They had a broken in feel when they were brand new! They are more comfortable than my running shoes and just as classy looking as the best of my dress shoes. For my job I am on my feet a lot and these shoes have never let me down. Whether it was long walks in the city or just standing on concrete all day long, these shoes came through for me when no other shoe did.

Great shoes right out of the box. I bought the black 10W at La Cantera in San Antonio. I've never had a shoe fit and feel so great right away. I'm going to have to buy another pair for casual because I don't want to wear my other shoes. I am on my feet a lot for trade shows and presentations, what a difference! The fact that I even bothered to write a testimony says it all.

This is one of the only dress shoes that are wide enough. I appreciate the synthetic outer sole (rather than leather) because it is not slippery like leather. I also appreciate the leather inner sole, which prevents sweating. An excellent, comfortable shoe!

These are the best shoes ever. I have had several pairs of black shoes, even some from great quality companies but these are by far the best. They wear like a sneaker, they are light and comfortable. I hardly can believe that they are not sneakers when I wear them as you hardly notice them. Other nice shoes I've found are bulky, heavy, or too much heal, these are none of that.

Very comfortable shoe. Doesn't shine up like I would prefer but an extremely comfortable shoe for those of us with wide feet and narrow heels. I have a neuroma so I have to use Lyncos inserts for increased arch support and the tarsal pad support.

My husband has really wide feet, and he typically wears a 10 1/2, but the 10 1/2 were just too big so we had to send them back and get a 10 4E and they fit perfect! A little stiff at first, but very comfortable, esp for an oxford shoe, I am sure they will get even more comfortable with wear. Also, very light weight!

Excellent! I have to deal with sever Plantar fasciitis. I am on my feet all day this is a God send for me to use with my orthotics. I use to custom orthotics which do not fit most shoes or relieve my pain. I switched to inserts made by Soul which are inexpensive and are easily cut to fit my Uns. Un.ravel SKU: #7344114 is another excellent casual shoe for my needs.
