First let me day I did make full use of zappos return policy. Before I was going into all different stores trying on shoe after shoe after shoe. I then found zappos! After ordering a couple other pairs of shoes, I just wasn't finding anything very comfortable for standing on my feet 8 hours every day, and then I tried these shoes! Absolutely the most comfortable inside and out, for standing on your feet all day! They look very nice as well, so no sacrificing style for comfort here! If you are looking for comfy, you came to the right shoe. Just a tip though order half a size down at least, they run a little large.

Great shoe. I bought these for the office but they could also be used with jeans or casual wear. They are a very light weight shoe and well constructed. And, as always you can't beat Zappos' great service!

These are good looking shoes that are passable for use with a sports coat as well as jeans. They definitely run a half size large. Very comfortable and well constructed. I purchased an inexpensive thin cushion insert which made up for the extra size. Whether or not they are worth the money is a personal choice.
Brands I'd also recommend: Bostonian or Rockport.

My husband has a terrible time finding shoes that are comfortable and wide enough. He had had luck with Clarks before so I ordered him Clarks Un.kenneth in 10 XW, and they fit perfectly, straight out of the box with no break-in time. He wore them for hours and hours and hours with zero problems. Zappos is the best in Customer Service. Had it not been for Zappos, I would have been hesitant to order shoes hoping they would fit.

These are great shoes. In fact this is my second pair. I need shoes that keep my feet from getting too hot. I have not found any dressy type shoes that are better than these. Stay away from most Rockports, as they heat up.
Brands I'd also recommend: Asics, NIke, Reebok, Jordan

Very soft leather, breaks in in one day. Not quite as much forefront cushioning as other Clarks unstructureds I've owned. But ultimately enough, a comfortable 15 hour a day shoe.
Brands I'd also recommend: any of the clark unstructured are very comfortable

I've got very difficult to fit feet & have had a fine experience with Clarks Shoes for many years. Bought both Black & Brown Kenneth to wear with suits & they look fantastic. Feel terrific right out of the box, quite light & super comfy. Found these to be 3/4 size larger, but Zappos exchanged with quick service & no hassle as per usual.

I bought these for work and they are stylish enough for a suit or business casual. Very comfortable for all day wear, which is important since I have wide feet. The 4E fits perfect also but they do run longer than average (1 full size). Regardless, I highly recommend.

Tried these out for my husband and as soon as they were on his feet, he fell in love. He said they felt more comfortable than his running shoes, he loves these shoes. He may become a shoe whore now, thanks to these shoes! Thank you Zappos for letting me appear to be superwife, my husband is actually grateful to me for making this choice! (He hates shopping and left this shoe decision up to me!)
