Great shoe, good looking, sized well. I am returning only b/c the toe is just slightly too tapered for me. I had surgery on left foot and am reluctant to go at all tapered In summation, shoe is just as company stated, my foot is not. Another satisfied customer

Not much to look at but boy they are comfortable right out of the box. Pretty good support too. I'm surprised. I didn't think I would like them at first sight but the fit made the difference. I'll check out more Clarks the next time I shop.

Have bad feet, needed really comfortable but not boring shoes. The colors are rich, pretty. The shoe is very comfortable. The wide allows room for bunions, feels slightly loose initially but as foot 'heats up' the fit is very comfortable. Wouldn't run in the shoe but could wear all day for sightseeing.

It is hard to find size 7-1/2 E (WW) in a stylish and comfortable shoe. They either look matronly or boring. Usually, I have to go up half a size and down to a W and give up comfort. I love the fit of this shoe, the finish, and the comfort. I find them great with pants, but wouldn't wear them with a dress or skirt; although, I see others do. This is the best buy I've had all year when it comes to shoes. I'm going get these again and in other colors.

These shoes were much cuter than they appeared in print, and fit well. I would have kept them, but the stitching was coming undone on the upper shoe. Surprising of both Clarke's and Zappos!

Love these shoes! I purchased the grey Croc in a Clarks store. I'm recovering from knee surgery so comfort is must,style is plus. These get an A+. Now that I know the fit is pure heaven my next pair via Zappos will be the brown. Wish the brown came in Croc too!

This is a good looking and comfortable shoe overall. However, I had purchased it to be my "flat" shoe for an upcoming trip to Europe, but it doesn't make the cut because it rubs at the back on the achilles tendon area. It is nicely cushioned there, but if you want a shoe where you don't have to wear a full sock, it comes up high enough to rub on that area. I had to wear a bandaid by the end of the day. I wanted to have a shoe I could wear with or without a full sock. I'm keeping it because it is comfortable otherwise, and I have received compliments.

I love these shoes! They were extremely comfortable right out of the box. They are very high quality. They have comfortable insoles and surprisingly flexible soles. They feature an interesting combination of croc printed patent leather. The color is beautiful, charcoal with a slight metallic shimmer. They look great with slacks or jeans! I was afraid that they might look a little frumpy, but they are actually very cool looking. My only complaint is that they come up a little higher than usual on the heel. The right one rubs a bit, but that could just be the way my foot is made and not necessarily the shoe. The left one does not bother me at all. That should be an easy fix, though. I highly recommend them!

These are wonderful shoes. Finally a pair of flats that look and feel good for work and casual. I am working on getting them in all colors! Additionally Zappos provided excellent service. They provided the fastest ever free delivery.

I have been looking for flat pumps for jean skirts and and more dressy outfits. I have a bad knee and bunions. Most pumps just do not fit. I put on the Timeless and they felt as though they had been made for me. Soft and cushiony under the feet, snug but not tight, high enough over the toe area to cover bunion. Black croc smart enough to dress down or up. Good heel height - in other words the best shoe for me. My feet are fussy - so you can be sure these are a good shoe! Thanks Zappos for being so patient with me, as I return shoe after shoe!
