I loved this shoe and have it in red and black. Fits perfectly and has terrific cushioning and solid support all around. I even like to walk around the house in them since they are so comfortable. I\'m a great fan of Clarks in general but this one is particularly a winner.
This is a cute shoe, but it runs narrow. I ordered an 8 wide, as I have similar Clarks sandals in that size that are great -- but not this shoe. I'm waiting for my return label to print as I write this.
Sweet shoes. Tall toe box and wide enough for my foot's bony outcroppings. Moderate heel for me. I usually alternate two days of flat shoes with one day of these. The buckles both work, and so the fit doesn't have to be tight, since the straps hold the shoes in place. They look really nice, too, with either skirts and pants.
These are like slipping your feet into gloves. The soft leather lining is superb, and there is a surprising amount of arch support with this shoe. A winner!
Best comfort ever, may not last long, though. This is probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I didn't have to break it in at all, and the heel height is just perfect. However, the rice-husk sole has already worn through in the heels and I've only had them a few months. Very disappointed about that.
Looks good and feels wonderful! Have arthritis in my right foot in arch area and wore these for Scotland trip with no pain! Narrow in heel, so not sloppy.
Very comfortable shoe. Nice design, but I wish it wasn't quite so clunky. Would have liked it not to give the impression of a heavy shoe (which it certainly was not). Still a great shoe for winter to wear with slacks.
True to size and comfortable, but has a high arch support. Good if you need that, but can get a little uncomfortable on long days. Overall, great look and great comfort.
Very good looking on. True to size, comfortable and no break in period. Am thinking about getting a pair in brown.
This shoe is a keeper! I bought these shoes on vacation and have worn them almost every day for 4 months. I was so thrilled to find a size 12 that has the support my flat feet need.
Pretty shoe, attracted to the swirls. Comfortable except for heel. The label under the heel irritated the skin. It may have smoothed out, but did not want to take a chance. I had another pair of Clarks that did the same thing even after putting moleskin over it. I am 80 years old and have always had very sensitive skin and feet. Zappos is a life saver. Being able to walk around my home on my rugs before deciding to keep them or not is great and being able to return free! The "Rejoice Spin" was a bit wide for my narrow foot, and it was AA, which is another plus for Zappos, narrow sizes...so hard to find. Was astounded to find the last several orders delivered the next day. Best service is right as their ads say. I can't shop as I used to when I was younger so I really love Zappos.
I've had these shoes for about a month, & refuse to come out of them. They're comfortable. I noticed a shift in my gait when I'm wearing them and it feels better. I wear them in the house, out of the house, even when getting up in the night, they're on my feet. And did I say, I love these shoes! I shall return.
I think I've found the perfect flat. It's comfortable and it's stylish. Doesn't look like a "comfort shoe". I bought the red and the pewter. Zappos please get more 10W/ and 11 sizes in in this style.
These are super cute shoes. Much nicer on than in the pictures. I haven't worn them much yet but the leather is soft and the shoes are really comfy. I love red shoes and they are not always easy to find. Give them a try; you won't be disappointed. If you are not pleased with your purchase, Zappos has exceptional customer service and returns are so easy. Zappos should hold seminars for other businesses - they are the gold standard.
Love them! I got the first pair at the beginning of the summer and loved them so much that I ordered a second pair. I've got the black and the brick red ones, and may even consider a third.
I am going to have to return these, because despite being roomy overall, they are narrow right where my bunion is - where the tip of the stretchy gusset is sewn into the uppers.
I'm very disappointed, because the leather in these shoes is soft and lovely, and I wish they fit. Despite being wide and soft, though, they do not accommodate my bunion. They are quite low-cut, so the edge of the top opening leaves the side of the widest part of my foot just hanging out. (Sorry to be explicit, but this might help others with bunions.) Also, even though the shoe as a whole is quite low cut, the back of the heel is higher than it looks in the pictures and it cuts into my Achilles' tendon.
I have these in black and love them. I have never put a shoe on my foot that is instantly comfortable like this one was. I wore it from the very first wear in total comfort. There was a teensy bit of breaking in, but overall I couldn't be happier. One complaint, I wore the black ones with white pants and some of the black color got on the inside of the hem of my pants, but it did wash right out. I don't think it felt larger, I think it is true to size as a shoe should be. I think too many shoes today are narrow when they should be marked or marketed as Narrow, not narrow as the norm.
Okay folks, #1. If you have a wide foot these are not the boot for you. I would look into the Desert Trek for those with wide feet. #2. 1/2 size down. I see complaint after complaint ad infinitum about this whereas I also see just as many people saying to order 1/2 a size down. I've been wearing Clatrks for 20 years. That's all I wear...every day. I have about 13 pairs of desert boots and one pair of Desert Mali (a higher top version of the desert boot, and I pray Zappos starts to carry them this fall). I had to get those from England. I tried the Desert Trek and (having a narrow foot) they were too wide for me. Comfortable boot, stylish, and can fit any situation. I have them in leather as well and they do look good with a slim fit suit. I would suggest these to anyone, but once again, if your foot measures 8 inches side to side, then just look at the pics and ask yourself "would they stretch that much?" No. They look narrow and are, for the most part. They do give, but when people complain about the seam splitting it makes me wonder (considering that in 20 years I've never had that problem).
