When I first tried on the shoes, they felt terrific. However, as I walked around in them a few more minutes they became instruments of torture. The opening at the top opf the foot rubbed terribly. I will be returning them.

these shoes are awesome. Im 5'9 and love heals but Im afraid of being too tall. the heels are less than two inches but i still feel sexy in them and not huge. its hard to find a short heel that does not look dorky. these shoes are great.

Great Flip Flops!!!!I love the Roxanna flip flops! I needed a good arch support and could not find ANY until I found these. I was so excited, I bought a black and brown pair. I wear them all of the time and can even stand for an extended period without my feet hurting. I am pretty hard on shoes and these still look almost brand new after 1 year! Please do not ever discontinue this style!!

I absolutely love these shoes! I get lots of compliments and they fit like a glove. They have enough support and feel like you are walking on air.

These are really nice boots - perfect for the not-so-extreme cool weather in the southeast. Nice height, easy to walk in, and look great. I don't normally wear a lot of closed toe shoes, but these are quite comfortable.Toes are slightly narrow, but not uncomfortable.

These shoes fit like a glove...a very comfortable glove! I wear them almost every day. They are easy-on, easy-off which is very convenient when I'm chasing my two toddlers around. I've had them about 6 weeks now and after wearing them daily they still look new!

These WERE NOT like Danskos. Not even close. I ordered these because Zappos did not have the Dansko style I wanted and I thought they were cute and might fit on my very picky and busy feet. I could tell from the second I slipped them on that they were going back. The arch is in the wrong place and they are actually kind of heavy. Of course I love you Zappos! I promise the next time I need (or want) a pair of shoes I'll be back.

I like the style and comfort but the color is not a nice tan. I haven't worn them much as the color just doesn't go with very much. I should have sent them back but I do like the shoes for the style and comfort.

I thought these were a little ugly in the picture, but I needed comfy black boots in a wide, so I ordered them anyway. So glad I did! While the boot isn't my favorite style overall, they look *really* nice under pants - the square toe is very neat and professional, and stylish enough to wear casually, too. They could use a little more padding on the ball of the foot, so I wouldn't recommend them for a long day of walking, but I've been wearing them almost every day since I got them.

These mary janes are super cute and comfortable!! I love the heel height, yet they still are very comfortable. Excellent quality. I highly recommend these. The fit is absolutely perfect!

I love these boots! They are a good heel height - not too high to be uncomfortable, but high enough for style. I ordered 1/2 size larger that the Clark's sandles I bought this summer because the sandles felt a little snug, but actually what I needed more of in these boots was width. Unfortunately they were not available in a wider width.

These shoes are everything you want and more. From the picture that you see they look plain and simple, but when you actually get them, your going to be like, these shoes are sharp. The leather feels superb and very comfortable and they feel like they are already broke in when you first put them on. The walnut color is perfect, it matches any color pair of jeans or pants. I suggest getting some kind of leather or boot protection because you are not going to want them to get scratched or wet.

I purchased these for my college-aged son who needed a pair of sturdier shoes to walk outside in this winter. He will not wear boots. He loves them. They run a bit big to size, but are fine with bulky socks. Now his dad wants a pair.

Comfortable boot for walking and nice enough to wear with pants to work. The only complaint is the one of the 'teeth' at the top of the zipper was broken and rubs against my skin. I wear a narrow width and these boots are the best fitting narrow boot I could find; no slippage in the heel.

Wow!! These shoes are incredible comfortable. I have awful bunions and wide feet. Finding shoes that are comfortable is almost impossible. These shoes fit the bill.

Love the Clark Timeless shoes I recently purchased through Zappos. Because I liked the first pair so much, I decided to order another pair in a different color. This is probably the 5th or 6th pair of Clark shoes I've purchased. The fit is always great and the quality is excellent. Never have I had a company pay for both the shipping AND return shipping fees, either. I also got the shoes the next day! The customer service rep was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I will not hesitate to take the opportunity to order from Zappos again.

I have wide feet and high instep. It is difficult to find good comfortable shoes to fit my feet. These shoes are very comfortable. They fit my feet perfectly and don't need breaking in.

I bought 2 pairs from another site in dark brown and tan. These are my favorite shoes! I can wear them all year round with trouser socks in the winter and sockless in the summer. The platform makes it not feel so high. They're true to size and were comfortable the first time I put them on! They're very stylish! Love them!

This is a cute shoe. I LOVE Clarks Artisan line. It's my go to shoe brand. I have several pair and can either fit in 9 or 9.5. This was a last minute order, so to be safe, I ordered a 9 and 9.5. Both ran big; sloppy big. Even tho there's an adjustable strap, the three inner straps were loose. The heel also felt uncomfortable, like walking on the edge of a block of wood. First time I was disappointed with this brand.

Ordered last night. Came home from school today and they were in my home waiting for me!!! Sharp looking, quality feel, comfortable, and straight out pimpin' with anything in your wardrobe!! I am a regular 10.5 men's size and these shoes are true to size and width. Zappos also has the best customer service and shipping as always!!! Loyal customer for life. Thanks to all at zappos!!!!!

Great work shoe!!I just bought these at a Clarks store (on great sale!!) and I absolutely love how comfortable they are. I tried them on with 3 other pairs of flat loafers, and THESE were the most comfortable. The soft suede, and especially the butter soft insole make these feel more like slippers than heels. The stretchy strap (which does not look cheap as I feared) and the great heel height combine to make these one of the most comfortable pair of work shoes I own. They do run a bit large--I went down a half size.
