I experienced the best customer care at Zappos than at any other store, freestanding or online. The merchandise is always a advertised. I ordered the wrong size and my return was handled quickly. I actually received the new boots the day after speaking with the pleasant, helpful folks in customer care. I have since recommended Zappos to everyone I know.

I have a very wide foot, this boot was true to size and very comfortable. Wore it hunting in South Africa. There was a lot of walking and tracking. This boot never let me down.

I needed a good Paof boots for the winter. I am a 9 1/2 4E. These boots fit perfectly. They are very comfortable. I wear them almost everyday and am very satisfied with the product. I highly recommend Chippewa products.

I can't really say much about how these hold up - they did not fit, so I had to send them back. The EEE width was still too narrow at the arch and the boot was too long.

I ordered these boots for my husband who has wide feet (Fred Flintstone feet) is what I call them! It's very difficult to find anything to fit them. Zappos always comes through for us. Ordered them Sat. evening and received them Mon. Cannot ask for any better. He loves them, best fitting boot he has ever had,and wants a back up pair, but out of his size at the moment. Hopefully will get more in. I myself am a shoe diva, and have been ordering from Zappos for quite awhile now and will continue to do so. Now not only do I love Zappos, but my husband does also. Great job guys!

I bought a pair of these because they were the only ones in a 5E width. After two years of daily wear and tear in a welding, pipefitting, dirt digging, extreme heat environment with about ten changes of shoelaces, the boots are still holding togehter. The soles are still soft and comfortable, but they have thinned due to constant abrasion from walking in sand on concrete, and that is the only reason I need to get another pair within the next six months or so. I recommend these boots.
