Great for hiking, exquisitely comfortable, and durable -- no sign of wear after 4 years of daily use! Best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

These are very pretty but there is something about the design where they do not stay on the foot. The straps were floppy on me, and the sole is heavy, so it felt like the sandals were falling off my feet. I had a friend try them who has thicker feet than I do and the straps fit but she still said the sandals felt like they were falling off. I do like the shape of the arch support and wish the sole were lighter and straps were adjustable and/or situated differently.

I already submitted a review for this sandal, but after wearing it for around 30 minutes I realized the straps that cup the feel do so very tightly and uncomfortably. I can see blisters in the immediate future! Sadly I can't return these because someone used the box to scoop up some dog poop! Aaaaargh!

I ordered the Dark Earth in a 6. The trick with chaco is to fit the arch to your own arch (I had originally thought to order the 7, until I remembered that). They are incredibly comfortable sandals, but I have very short pinkie toes and the cross-strap rubs both of them. I'm still in the breaking-in period, preparing for a trip abroad in early June. These shoes are very cute!! Of note: I have noticed the footbed lining start to pucker and wrinkle after 2 days wear. It doesn't "look" like the lining is stitched down, like my old Born sandals, so I"m hoping it doesn't come loose!

My immediate reaction? Wow, gorgeous! Enough room for my feet and toes, no squashing. Nice soft, lined leather, no rubbing. Great footbed, no hard raised edges to rub and irritate. There's some embroidery in the arch section, but it's fine enough and won't bother my foot. Lovely color, styling and design (I got the green ones). I may at last have found a replacement for my faithful Merrell Henna sandals, which I can easily wear all day in the hottest of weather and walk miles in on just about any terrain. Initially, these Chacos feel the same. I need to test 'em out now and put them through their paces!

If you have VERY high arches and are always wishing there was a sandal that would support you, this is it! You might love them. But I don't, and it feels like walking on a hard rubber ball. Ugh. They are going back. I liked the idea of the exchangeable straps, but what a hassle. And the material is very hard... not very soft or pliable. Basically. I really don't like this sandal.

Cute sandal (except for the wide heel) but I just couldn't the right fit. Probably need a half size in narrow width, although I don't have a problem with Yampa Chacos.

Not a Chaco winner. Might as well go barefoot or wear socks than put on this shoe. For those who wear Chaco shoes to align, support, relieve pain, or help balance of the spine, hips, legs, feet, not the right style. Phooey! Returned.

I bought these because my podiatrist recommended them for their arch support. I bought this pair and a pair of traditional flip flops from Chaco. The flip flops hurt my arch immediately, but these were wonderful. I walked 10 miles a day all long weekend on our anniversary trip in these new sandles and the only problems I had were more 'new shoe' skin rubbing than anything else. My arches felt fine. I do have edema in one foot and ankle and I was worried about the extra straps being too tight and while my foot did predictabliy swell, I didn't have any trouble with the traps being too tight.

The picture does not do justice! The shoes are just so pretty and can be worn casually or with nice casual. I am a size 7.5 and own a pair of Chaco flip flops in 8 that I ordered a few years ago, which fit perfectly. However, after reading customer reviews, I feared Chaco Dorra shoes in 8 might be too big despite that sandals in 8 usually is good for for my feet. I decided to risk and ordered both 7 and 8, and I am so glad I did! 8 is too big! 7 is just perfect, which is rare! I am returning size 8 and keeping my size 7 Chaco Dorra sandals!

Great shoes. They were comfortable and fit perfectly the first time I wore them. All you have to do is adjust the straps and go. Great for running errands and when it is raining. I wear a size 8 and the 8 was perfect.

I don't want to take them off! I have those odd size 10.5 feet and the 10 Yampas fit me perfectly. No need to fuss with the straps, they were my camping and hiking Cinderella shoes right out of the box. Love, love love!

I have lived in these sandals since they arrived 3 weeks ago! Solid comfort. I may try to have them tightened up a bit if they stretch, but the looseness hasn't held me back from choosing them daily!

I have many pairs of Chacos. Love the leopard print. I didn't think I would but was surprised to find it a funky neutral that goes with many colors.

I love the way these sandals look and the arch support they provide but I can't wear them without tremendous pain. These shoes have given me terrible pain in my knees and heels. I wish I could make them work but I also like a life pain free! I find I supinate and have flat feet so maybe that combo doesn't work well with chacos. I wish I could make these work but I'll be sending them back.

I'm using this sandal as an alternate to an orthotic shoe for a stress fracture in a couple of my toes. My PT approved the lack of flexibility in the sole. I wear a size 7 in dress shoes, boots and sandals and a 8 in running shoes, but required a 6 in the Chaco. I agree with other reviewers that it's annoying how much of the strap hangs off the side - they made them way too long. This style was the easiest of the Chaco styles to adjust the straps. I kept the shoe because it was the only unflexible summer shoe I could find with a strap around the back of the ankle, otherwise I think I would have returned them.

I thought this sandal would give a softer, more cushioned ride than the Unaweep or Yampa. I didn't find that to be the case at all. It's definitely thinner and lighter, but the footbed really doesn't have the extra "give" that Chaco says it does. Ended up returning them. I'll keep my Unaweeps.

These shoes are great! I wore them for a week of traveling around Asia. Typically shoes give me blisters and my feet end up hurting but not with these! The only downside is they smell.

So far I love these sandals. They're extremely comfortable and very cute. I got the Mecca color and it's not as reddish as it looks on the site, so I'm not really sure why they've got this and the other brown color, but I really like the Mecca. They are very low profile. I actually wish the sole were a tiny bit thicker, but it's no big deal. Moderate arch support; not as good as regular Chacos. After watching the video, I was worried that they would be loose in the back, but they really fit perfectly. I'm normally a solid size 6.5, but the 6 fits great, so if you're between sizes, I suggest going down.

I have such problems finding shoes with adequate arch support. These are great. They are so comfortable that I am ordering another pair. I hope Chaco keeps making the good supportive footbed. It is so difficult to find any more...

This is my first pair of Chacos. It's a very comfortable shoe, with a wide toebox which suits me fine, I have wide feet. If you have narrow feet it might be too wide. Nice footbed with moderate arch support, I have them on right now, straight out of the box they feel great, no need to break in. They are "barefoot inspired" which I missed in the description. What that means (to me anyway) is that the heel is lower than a normal active shoe. But not weirdly so. Very light in weight. Overall, I like it.
