Poorly designed, cheap leather. The shoes were uncomfortable as soon as I stood up, because all of a sudden, all of my weight was pushed onto the balls of my feet. They are a little narrow.

Sexy shoes, but they do hurt my little pinky. Buckle sits right there on my pinky & it hurts like crazy, but I love them. I sure don't want to get rid of them.

Beautiful boots! I just got those boots today and absolutely am in love with them! I accidentally ordered them in 6,5 even though I'm 7 and they fit perfectly; I even have a little room so I'd have to say they run half a size larger. I'm 5'2'' and they make my legs look very long and they also fit perfectly on my calves and it's very hard for me to find calf-fitted boots. They do look a little bulky, but that's the rock-chic style. The leather does feel a little stiff, but I think it'll soften up with time. They do feel comfy, but I still haven't worn them outside. When people say they look cheap, well, they are cheap, but still good-looking and comfortable shoes. For this money you get what you pay for. So don't expect nothing extraordinary. If you want amazing looking shoes you have to be ready to spend at least $800. I am not ready to do that this year, so I am sticking with cheaper that are still good boots.

I received these and they were gorgeous! Looked great with the dress I wore for a wedding reception. They were a little loose, the straps don\'t secure your foot down in the shoe very well. I got some clear gel heel backs and that helped a bit. Overall they looked very sexy and I will be wearing them out again!

Buy these boots! They are as comfortable as heels can be, very well made and look great! I love the light color, as it's almost impossible to find shoes to go with winter white. Best shoe buy in a long time!

These shoes are fabulous and comfortable, I am well into my 50\'s and I wear these everyday with jeans and have no complaints at the end of the day about tired or hurting feet, highly recommend, the soles have a rubber coating which makes them slip resistant and although the heel is quite high, it is very comfy for long periods of time I have them in every color made ! AND you can\'t beat the price

Definitely Banging! Oh my gosh! These are the best in high heels. They look great with super skinny black pants and are unbelievably comfortable for as high a heel as they are. Carlos, you play a mean guitar and design a great shoe!

These boots deserve way more than 1 star! I am a petite woman who has been hunting for platform, knee high boots for years. All the other boots I ordered were way too wide in the ankle and calf area. They all looked messy and sloppy. These fit nicely and I still have room to tuck in jeans. The leather on the footbed of the boot is of decent quality. The leather on the shaft is a bit thin and stiff; however, it makes for a sleeker fit and look. They appear to be well made and are very comfortable. I will say they seem to run 1/2 a size larger. I had to re-order in a 1/2 smaller (sorry ladies, I got the last 6.5 in stock), but am so excited to have found the perfect platform boot after years of searching and returning all the others. I have a pair of Stuart Weitzman boots and I have to say, these are just as comfy, if not more so. Great buy for the fashionista with a smaller frame!

Just too big. This was my 2nd time ordering these. I got a pair of Carlos Santana shoes at a retail store before and had to get a 1/2 size bigger. So that's what I did this time. After ordering a 10 they were too big so I got a 9. Still too big. I would try an 8.5, but I don't want to go through the disappointment again. They're padded so they will be comfy, plus the platform is about an inch so they really aren't as high as they look. The part behind the toe that hides your toe cleavage is kind of pinchy, but it will probably loosen up as you wear them.

Comfortable high heels. Yes, I know it's unbelievable, because these babies have a 4" heel. I always have ball of foot pain from wearing high heels. I have very high arches and high insteps and most strappy shoes will not cross over my high insteps, but these are a perfect fit. They're also wide enough not to pinch your toes. I normally wear a 9.5 C width, and these fit perfectly. I would think they wouldn't work for a narrow foot. I'll be buying these in another color, just can't decide which. I haven't been able to wear heels in forever until these came along. Love them. Not like. Love.

Looks very cheap - I love Carlos Santana shoes and I was surprised at the poor quality of this boot, the leather is very stiff and cheap looking. And while I love a platform shoe, 1 inch looks a bit Frankensteinish! As for Zappos, i loved the free return but it has been over a week since my return was received and they still havent credited my card!

These shoes are hot and they are very comfortable for the height. The multi straps are cute and add extra adjustable comfort. They are sturdy yet lightweight and after an hour or so you forget you are wearing them. I\'ve never worn heels this comfortable before.

I love these boots! These boots feel great, look great, and were reasonably priced! I love the zippers as they go with the motorcycle fall trend. Unfortunately, they are about an inch short of being able to zip all the way because they are too narrow around my calves and I'm petite size 2-4.

Ordered these in Gold Snakeprint. I was looking for gold heels for a wedding and had no time to shop, so I ordered three different shoes from Zappos. One of them was Believe 2 in the Gold Snakeprint. When I got them I was immediately disappointed with the look of the fake print but decided to try them on anyway. I was shocked at how stable and comfortable they felt for such a high heel! I ended up keeping a different pair because I really thought the material of these cheapened the look of the shoe, but I loved the fit so much, I returned the gold and am ordering it in Black Patent. The style actually makes my fat ankles look slimmer and I can honestly walk in them without feeling like I am balancing on a wire! I hope I like the look of the black. Thank you Zappos! I got these in gold, and my goodness I love them! Pros: Higher than I usually get, but very comfortable. Great arch support, and I have slightly higher arches than most. No "ball of foot" pain, which is rare in such high heels. Very sexy. Stable. Proceeds help families build homes in impoverished areas. Cons: Slippery on smooth tile. After a few hours of dancing the edge of the strap pinches on the big toe. The fake snake pattern is obviously fake, and cheapens the look of the material a bit on the gold, but I would buy these again.

Quick way to fix the short strap at back. I bought these for my sisters wedding. read the reviews that the ankle strap was short but LOVE the fit and when I found the strap was short for me too, I buckled the strap underneath the heel. Even my fashion concious sisters did not notice and the shoes are great even without the strap around the back.

Have to give 5 stars not only on the boots (ordered both colors!), but also on the outstanding customer service I received! I needed a different size, customer service did an immediate exchange, fast shipping. Love the boots and I really wish that other retailers online or otherwise would conduct business the same way Zappos treats its customers.
