I purchased these shoes one evening after looking all over everywhere for shoes for my daughter's wedding, to complement a lovely dress I purchased. I looked at all the usual stores and really got tired of running around. Also, I had gotten another pair from somewhere that looked okay at first, but when I got them home, they just didn't work. I went ahead and ordered these and hoped they would work. First of all, they arrived the very next morning! That was unbelievable! I couldn't get over the fact that I just ordered them the night before! That is outstanding service, which Zappos is the absolute best at achieving! When I opened them, they were just beautiful. The construction was such that there was no way they would be uncomfortable, plus the heel was the perfect height. I even danced at the reception in them, and received a number of compliments! Thanks so much Zappos!

I probably purchased and returned 15 pairs of shoes from Zappos to try on to wear with my diamond white wedding dress and these were the ones that worked for me. I thought that they were pretty, very true to size and as comfortable as this type of shoe can be. I admit that I took them off after about an hour of dancing, but I had been on my feet for about 5 hours. I guess I didn't expect them to be comfortable enough for me to dance for hours in so I was satisfied. If your foot is a little bit on the narrow side and you don't have a high arch, they will probably fit you well. I liked the fact that my foot didn't slide out the front with these.

These shoes are really beautiful and match my dress perfectly. However, they are not very comfortable. I wore them at home while I was ironing and my feet hurt afterwards, and I was standing for a good hour. Then I tried them on again for my dress fitting and I was happy to be taking them off after only 30 minutes. I think what is causing the discomfort is that there is no padding on the sole or on the inside. So it feels like you are standing on concrete. I am going to buy inserts and hope that it solves the problem.

I got these to wear for my wedding after ordering several pairs, different sizes, etc. I wear high heels every single day to work so heels are usually not a problem for me, but these were never comfortable. I had to change into flip flops half way through my reception because my feet were in such pain. They are beautiful shoes, but if you are looking for something remotely comfortable, look somewhere else.

I received so many comments on this classy shoe. It ran a bit small, so I had to exchange for a 1/2 larger, but that is always such an easy task with Zappos. The new pair arrived the next day in plenty in time for the wedding we were attending. I was surprised how comfortable these shoes are, and was able to dance the night away.

They are really pretty in person. I can't wait to wear them for my wedding. They seem comfy, too. The only complaint I have is that thy seem to run a bit big. I'm usually a 7 1/2 or 8, so I ordered both, sent back the 8, and maybe could wear a 7.

I recently needed perfect shoes for a very special occasion, my daughter's wedding. I googled shoes, Zappos appeared, and, wow, smooth sailing from that moment! I would never usually order shoes online (just not me), but found a pair through Zappos that appeared to be the 'perfect' color & style. I ordered them; the size didn't work out. I phoned Zappos; they sent me next size, as I was sending back first pair. But they were also overnighting the new pair I ordered. I was so impressed with the service, quality of shoe, and the congeniality of Zappos people I spoke with. A 10+ experience for me. I'd order from this company again in a nanosecond!

These shoes are beautiful, the shoe itself as well as the ivory fabric and the rhinestone buckle. The height was absolutely perfect for me; about 2 and 3/4". Note that certain shoe manufacturers measure the outside of the heel and others the inside: Caparros measures the outside of the heel. As much as I love these shoes, early into our reception I had to take them off as it felt that I had someone driving a nail into the side of my foot. I do not have bunions, but now I know what it would feel like if I did! I think it's because of how the shoe shapes inward that it puts pressure on the sides of your feet. Honestly, though, they got me through from pictures at 2 PM to nearly 8 PM, and then I put on my flats to dance! I'd buy them again in a heartbeat; the heel was so stable.

These shoes run small, making me look like I have children's feet. I ordered these to try on as potential wedding shoes. I ordered my size, 6½, and a ½ size smaller,6, after reading the previous reviews. The smaller ones fit, but my toes were very close to hanging off the edge of the footbed. Because the 6 just barely fit, and my feet are small to start with, I felt that these shoes made my feel look short and wide like children's feet and I am returning the shoes. They were quite comfortable though. If I had liked the way they looked on me better, I might have ended up wearing them instead of continuing the search.

These are the perfect wedding shoe; the only reason I'm considering returning them is that they may be too summery for our fall wedding. They fit beautifully, are true to size, and the ankle strap sits just right (without rubbing on that back tendon that always gets rubbed raw).

Very cute shoes. Great heel height. Fairly versatile too. I wore them with nice pants, and I will also wear them with a formal. They do run a bit small. I am going to keep the ones I got but 1/2 size bigger would have kept me from having a tiny bit of toe overhang. They are only so so on comfort, after standing in them for an evening.

Caparros Elvira are sexy, classy and cheap price wise. The heel makes for a long tall look to the leg, the strap helps and the sole is not too slippery. This shoe is just right and at a good price.

These are true to size and very comfortable. I felt marvelous in them and they are perfect for very dressy slacks or an evening dress. I had forgotten that I had the same ones in brown and I\'m very glad I have them now in black...a no brainer for a special evening.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my wedding and ended up picking these. They were beautiful and simple. I did have to change into flats after five hours, but they were comfortable until then. This was my first time ordering from zappos and I was very happy with everything.

The shoes look better in person; not that they don't look good online, but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. I haven't had the chance to wear them for an extended period of time, but when I did try them on they seemed tight in the toe area. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep these shoes because of it. Everywhere else fits like a glove though!

Flesh color is not quite as subtle as I had hoped. It is more like peach or plastic-doll-skin-orange. Not unbearable, but I was hoping for a pale, peachy pink to nude color that would almost disappear, lengthening the leg. They will have to go back as the oranginess is just too much. I do have to say that they are quite comfortable and this is coming from someone who prefers a wide shoe and usually doesn\'t wear shoes over 2.5" high. Platforms are great. When you take the 1" platform into consideration, the heel height is only ~3". I usually wear a 9.5 B width or 9 C width. I ordered the 9 B and they fit well.

This is a great looking shoe. They went perfectly with a bridesmaid dress. Not the most comfortable shoe, though. I definitely had to switch to flip flops before the night was over.
