FREE UPS Drop-Off With Shipping Box but No Label Needed (No Printer Needed)
We’ll email you a QR code, so The UPS Store associate can scan it on your mobile device. They’ll print and attach your FREE return label. More instructions below.
Prep Your Return & Pack Your Box
Place item(s) you’re returning back in their original packaging. Then, use any shipping box, remove pre-existing labels, and add the item(s) you’re returning to the box.
Seal Shipping Box & Take to UPS
Seal the shipping box completely, then take your return to an authorized UPS.
Drop Off at UPS & Have Them Scan QR Code
Have an associate scan your QR code on your mobile device at an authorized UPS location. They’ll print and attach a FREE label to your return. All done!
FREE UPS Drop-Off With Shipping Box and Printed Label
This option allows you to print your own label and drop off your return at an authorized UPS location. More instructions below.
Print Your Label & Prep Your Return
Use your printer to print your FREE return label. Place item(s) you’re returning back in their original packaging. Be sure to include everything the item came with.
Pack Your Shipping Box & Seal It
Use any shipping box, remove pre-existing labels, add item(s) you’re returning to the box, then seal the shipping box with packing tape.
Attach Return Label & Drop Off at a UPS Store
Attach your FREE return label to the shipping box, then take your return to an authorized UPS location.
