Bag is really nice quality, I'm sending back due to size. Would work for a minimal trip of 2 or 3 nights but not longer than that. The handles that stow in the bottom when not pulled out are pretty large and square and would make shoes/boots difficult to pack well around clothes. Too bad!
This case is pretty large, although I'd love it if it were even bigger! I move far distances every few years and I rely on what's in my luggage to carry me on until my full load of household items arrive at my new location. This bag has stylish looks with awesome compartments and sturdy skater wheels and has made me a fan of its collection. So much so that I also bought the carry-on version! I think I'll just have to buy another one of these too! Bye bye Samsonite - Burton has seriously won me over!
I love the look of this piece! It looks like a traveling trunk but it's definitely as easily carted as a carry-on! The handle is sturdy and not wobbly (like many handles). The wheels are skate board wheels - that tells me they will last a long time and are easy to roll (not like hard rolling standard wheels). Because of their softer rubber, they also easily glide around even though they don't spin. There's handles on all sides which make it a dream to pick up at any awkward stage either in the car or the plane. The bottom section/main compartment is shallow which was a slight shock - BUT, on this particular case, the top section is actually just as deep. It simply allows for better separation of items, i.e., pants/bottoms on one side/section and tops on the other. It works quite nicely! I ended up loving this little weekender so much, I bought the huge Double Wheelie and now I want two of those too! It was the reviews that made me trust this purchase and I'm so happy with it!
I ordered this bag and the North Face women's jester and decided to keep this one - I am using it in place of a diaper bag and am 1 week in and loving it. The bag is lightweight, holds a lot, seems well made (and has a lifetime warranty) and is very comfortable to wear. I love all the internal compartments, easy to keep track of and separate all the diapers, wipes, changing mat, extra clothes, burp cloth, blanket, nursing cover, my wallet, and small compartments for things like hand sanitizer, lotion, pepper spray, snacks, etc. I keep 2 sippy cups in the outer mesh pockets, and 1 more inside propped up in the back flap by other items (I have 4 kids 4 and under!). I also love that it has a small zippered pocket on the very top of the bag that I keep my phone and keys in. The only thing that I could find that I don't live is that the zipper on the large compartment is not super easy to zip and unzip because of the flap that hides the zipper, so I just folded the flap back so the zipper is exposed and that problem was solved. The zipper isn't sticky it's just easier with the flap out of the way. If I wasn't a mom with 4 kids, I probably wouldn't have minded it at all.
This little bag is ideal for my everyday items. After some neck/shoulder issues, I needed a replacement for my cross-body purse. My wallet fits in the main compartment and the top zippered pockets will be perfect for the odds and ends that seem to collect. The pocket in the photo that does not have a zipper is fleece-lined on one side, so perfect for sunglasses! I also love that there is a hidden zippered pocket on the outside of the bag, so while wearing the pack I can reach my right hand around and access the pocket (which is just perfect for my phone!) One of the most unique things about this pack (and the selling feature for me) is that the backpack straps thread through and are actually connected as the top of the pack. The straps are used to cinch the top of the bag closed. The bag can't really be opened while wearing it (I like this). The only concern that maybe should have been planned around is that, because they are actually one long strap, the straps can easily become uneven. This is a super easy fix; I made sure that the straps were even and pinned a little button in the center of the strap to the bag. Alternatively, you could easily make a quick stitch there or simply check your strap lengths more often. Great product. If I have to wear a backpack purse, this is the one.
This is a great little backpack for toddlers! It is well made. I love the padded shoulder straps and the sternum strap is awesome. I can't understand why the majority of kid backpacks don't have a sternum strap. I bought it for my son who just turned 3 to use for preschool in the fall. It is a bit big for him, but smaller toddler backpacks don't have the size to be able to carry lunch and a few other items. The strap across the sternum works great to keep it comfortable on his frame. He will definitely be able to use it next year at preschool, too, and I think the size will be ideal for him next year. The only thing I am not crazy about are the two small zippered pockets on the front of the pack. I don't see them as big enough to be useful. It should have just one larger zippered pocket instead. Overall, I am very happy!! It is so difficult to find packs that are big enough (but not too big) for this age.
This is a wonderful messenger bag. It is strong and sturdy but offers a splash of turquoise color. I am pleased with it's beauty and function. It is very well-made.
Seems really good quality for the price. This is also the perfect size for weekend traveling! I am able to fit my deodorant, toothbrush, cologne and hair products. This way they aren't all loose in my bag.
This is so cool, I bring 5 beers to kickball, everyone is jealous of my sweet carrier...get it!
I couldn't be happier with this suitcase. I just returned from our maiden voyage--a three-day, two-night business trip, and I'm a believer! Not only did the bag fit everything I needed, including clothes, laptop, toiletries, reading material, an extra pair of shoes, plane snacks, etc., it also fits under the seat! I highly recommend this bag and I'm definitely purchasing the larger one.
