I just rec’d these boots and all I can say is WOW! They are so nice! I usually wear sz 9 in boots, so that is what I ordered and they fit great. My foot is a bit narrow, but not so narrow that I have to order a narrow. I always just put a pad in the bottom to fill in the space and make them a bit more comfy. The Bruno Magli sz 9 fits great! The leather is so nice- it just seemed to mold around my foot just from wearing them these last few hours around the house. They are ALL leather- inside lining, outside, and sole. The front sole has a rough surface so it will hopefully not slip on snow. Here it is June and I am already getting a nice pair of boots for Fall. I figure I can wear them with leggings, opaques, or skinny jeans. There is enough room around the top to tuck pants in, which is good. I can also wear boot cut pants over the boot. The toe is a nice classic round shape- not pointy or square. They are classic and will last for years if water-proofed and taken care of properly. I ordered black. There are no weird dye marks or flaws or anything. Beautiful quality. I live downtown Chicago and walk miles all over- rain, shine, snow- and these will be great. LOVE THEM!!!! Zappos ROCKS!!!! What can I say -- these are glorious shoes! After all, they are Bruno Maglis. They are beautiful, chic and incredibly comfortable, as most Brunos are. There's nothing quite like a truly finely made shoe. They are, of course, expensive; and I can't do this often. But it is so worth it when I can. I have only two Brunos at the moment, and I remember my first pair from 1986 (a pair of boots I wore often well over a decade). These are fairly casual but have gone to a few cocktail parties lately. They all fit like a glove, as they say. I say this infrequently about shoes. I have difficult feet, which hurt somewhere most of the time. I cannot wear high heels at all anymore. A wedge from Bruno is often a great solution for a touch of elegance. My feet are wide as well (I'm getting old and they're spreading with the rest of me, in addition to a significant bunion). I look frequently for a C for comfort, but can often fit into a B half a size bigger than my old size. But, if the Bruno style is right, a B (standard medium) will work very well for the slightly (OK - significantly) wider foot; they conform to your foot with their fine leather. Enjoy!

This is a wonderful shoe. Very comfortable and stylish. Do note that this shoe runs very large. I returned a size 10 and went with a 9 1/2 instead. With the 9 1/2, I wear a heavier cotton-weave sock. All of my other shoes are size 10. So if you are considering, I would recommend ordering a 1/2 below your norm. I did receive a compliment upon my first wear of this shoe.

Most comfortable shoe I own - This is hands down THE most comfortable dress shoe I've ever worn. The leather is so soft, and the interior feels like there isn't a single seam at all. Sure, the shoe is expensive, but the quality and comfort will last for years and years if taken care of properly. Like others have said, buy at least a size down from what you normally wear (I wear a 9 or 9.5 typically, and got these in an 8).

This is a beautiful shoe. I wear a 6, however, ordered the 6 1/2 and is comfortable. With the narrow front toe, a half size is wise to order. Will take a good week to break in for comfort.

Red shoes - Very cute, kind of retro and very comfortable. Love the combo of patent & regular leather. Heel is low enough that it feels very secure. (Necessary for someone who can't wear the 4 inchers) Don't usually spend this much for a shoe but I love this one!

Gorgeous, but mis-sized - These are beautiful shoes that I would wear all the time if they fit properly. Zappos Euro/US size conversion is off, since I'm a 10 US and 41 Euro, but this 10 was a 40 Euro and was entirely too small.

Beautiful, elegant shoe - The moment I put shoe on, I knew it would be a favorite. The heel is the perfect height for this type of shoe. Very comfortable and classically beautiful. I highly recommend this shoe. Just a note, I did order a half size larger than my regular shoe size.

CLASSY, ELEGANT and CASUAL - What a beautiful and comfortable shoe -- You know you can wear the cheapest clothes, but you must have a beautiful shoe, e.g., expensive clothes and cheap shoes do not work. This shoe is a beauty; just get a half size bigger than your standard shoe size. LOVE YOU, ZAPPOS!

Squish your toes - Not at all rounded, walking in them a bit of a trip-exhilarating if you succeed. You get red marks on your feet, if you want to show your toes these are definitely not for you. The quality is not great, it felt narrower than marked. I guess I expected better from such an expensive shoe... Zappos is # 1!

Gift for Hubby! I bought these shoes as a gift for my husband, and he absolutely LOVES them. He was able to put them on immediately and wear them all day long without any problems. He states, "They are the most comfortable shoes I own."

Great shoe! I bought these for my brother who only wears Bruno Magli shoes. He loves this particular shoe because they are so comfortable and easy to put on/off. Highly recommend them. You can't beat the price or the service here at Zappos.

Fashionable and comfy! Metallics are in, I decided to try this hi-heeled bruno magli shoe, it looks very dressy having patent leather, silver inserts makes it very dressy, but because it is matte leather can be worn in the day time for work, in fact I also bought beige sling baks and navy-blue shoes all of the same style, need I say more! In fact the bruno magli pep toe shoe with a wedge also are great and bought 3 pairs of the same style, but different colors!

Excellent Shoe - This is without a doubt great shoe. I've owned it for over a year and it still looks new. The sign of a great shoe is that you forget you have it on, and this shoe draws no attention with pressure points. Well worth the money.

Perfect Brown Shoe - I already purchased this shoe in black but I was looking for a brown shoe to go with an animal print dress. I was hesitant to buy the same style shoe again but it's very hard to find a brown shoe that is classic yet stylish. This shoe fits the bill.

Great shoe - This shoe is a wardrobe make - great with skirts and dress slacks - great arch support. You could dance in these. The right heel is a bit loose but the overall fit and look is perfect! Get a size larger!

Lovely shoes... Lovely Bruno Magli shoe, true-to-size. A very elegant shoe with the added feature of a wedge which provides support and comfort. Soles are rubber, which adds stability. I have this shoe in both black and gold and use it primarily for evening wear with silk trousers.

A great shoe! The Palio by Bruno Magli is one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. They look and feel fancy, but demand a casual sense of style. These shoes can go with almost any outfit, but due the color, they are best with jeans or light-weight pants. The rope around the sides will fray slightly, but not significantly enough to warrant the shoe as poorly designed. The leather is very soft and flexible so the shoe will quickly conform to the foot. My only complaint is the ends of the stitched threads are singed, so if I try to wear the shoes without socks, my foot feels like its getting poked with straw. The sizes are European, so if you wear a size 8 in US, order a size 7 for these.
