I really, really wanted to love these shoes. I have a fairly wide foot, over-pronate, and high arches. This combo just didn't work with the shoes. They felt awesome when I ran--like I had springs on my feet, but it's almost as if they got tighter and tighter around my forefoot over the month that I had them. I need room for my toes. I hated that I couldn't wear them. I won't give them less than five stars--I'm sure for the right foot these are excellent running shoes.

Why shop in a store when there is Zappos! I buy all my shoes from here as its so simple, free shipping and so fast! The Ravenna 2 are good. I have 4 pairs of the Adrenaline GTS and actually tried the Ravenna 2 b/c of the color. I wish Brooks got a bit more exciting with the colors. I run 50+ miles a week and these pass the test. So far so good.

Love this shoe. Cushy ride - but not too heavy. Normally wear a 9 but have started ordering half size up for running shoes. Also normally order a wide shoe - but there is plenty of width in this shoe. Have recommended this to friends already and would recommend it to strangers as well.

After ordering and returning at least 4 pairs, these are the winner. I am suffering from ball of the foot pain related to a new exercise plan. These shoes finally solved my problem. Hector at zappos.com was very helpful to me in finding shoes. Returns are always a breeze at Zappos.

I'm so glad I tried this brand. I normally buy Asics but saw that these were highly rated and loved the color. These are equally comfortable and supportive. I'd recommend these to anyone needing extra support when walking or running.

I used to wear nothing but Nike's but years ago I got my first pair of Brooks, and have never again purchased a pair of Nike. Since I only wear this brand of tennis shoes, this shoe fits true to size in regards to other Brooks. This brand fits my narrow ankle securely. Comfort is %100! This particular style is comfortable like all the other kinds I have owned and loved. This blue is a little different but I love it! The colorful shoe strings make them extra cute! Great brand if you have tiny ankles like me. Other shoes slip up & down but Brooks fit nicely.

These shoes were the best I have ever bought for out of the box comfort. They are true to size and wonderful. They are worth every dime I spent on them. They just seem to hug your foot so no gap in the heel area and I have a wide front and narrow heels which would always cause blisters with other brands. I have had every brand you can think of and by far these are the best.

When I first tried these for running, they were awesome. They were a little uncomfortable for walking in but after about 3 times wearing them, that discomfort ended. I absolutely love these shoes and will probably order another pair half a size larger in the future. These fit good at first but towards the end of my runs they are a little tight around my toes. Overall, these shoes offer great support. I used to get cramps in my foot as well as joint pain in my ankles and knees. Since switching to these, I haven't had any cramps and haven't had nearly as much joint pain. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love these shoes. I'm new to running, so keep that in mind, but I feel like they give amazing support and cushion while still being lightweight. The arch area hugs without feeling tight, and there is plenty of room in the toes. I have slightly wider feet than average, and after my first week my pinky toes started to sting just a little. However, I kept going and a month later I have no pain, calluses or blisters. I think it may have been just adjusting to jogging vs walking. Love the shoes and will definitely them buy again once I hit the 500mi mark. As always, Zappos is amazing and delivered them the day after I ordered!

These are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever worn. They have moderate arch support and a lot of cushioning. I am just getting into running and feel like they gave me more spring in my step. I also ordered the Brooks Trance 9 and Adrenaline GTS 11 for comparison. The Trance had too much arch support for me. I liked the GTS but the Ravenna was just a little more comfortable. I wear an 8 in regular shoes and always go up a size in athletic shoes. I ordered a 9 and these fit perfectly. Love these shoes and Zappos! Great customer service!
