I ordered this bag a few weeks ago and really like it! It is BIG and holds a lot. I take it to work, traveling, etc. but I put an organizer wallet in it that I can take out to just run in for a quick stop when I don't need the bigger bag. It will hold papers for work, a book for traveling -- even my mini laptop if I want to carry it with me. I love all the pockets. I like the dressier style of the handle but a wider handle would have been a little more comfortable when it is loaded.

This is a great bag that is truly appropriate for four seasons. The pewter metallic is very subtle and very neutral. I love the numerous pockets on the outside, the strong magnetic closure, and the one-strap styling (with two straps, one ends up falling off my shoulder all the time). My only critique is that the bag is pretty much shapeless. I solved that by using my purse organizer. Now, it's pretty much a perfect bag. As usual, Zappos had it to me within two days of my order.
