The shoe was to wide, causing slippage. The leather of the shoe was hard and painful for my feet. The footbed was stiff, not comfortable

Ecco brand change the size in this particulary model. I used to wear the 42 but it is too big. And this one ( 41) feels half size small. Plus the sole is not as comfy as the old Soft models. It is a shame because the style is very modern.

These are really nice shoes and felt good from the moment I put them on. Since I have a wider foot, I did have to loosen the laces. They feel a lot more comfortable than several other shoes I’ve purchased in the past several months. The navy blue is a nice color and I prefer the suede-like texture to the smoother leather for a more subtle appearance.

I bought these for my husband who is hard to please. He was okay with their looks but it’s a light weight and comfortable shoe. So much like a slipper! I couldn’t believe the price and had to give them a chance. I have had ECCOs for myself and know what wonderful shoes they are. Yes, I highly recommend!

Love these sneakers. Very versatile

I measured my foot and bought the size 40; I am a 9 -9.5 so that tracks. I wear size 41 in the soft 7 series, so I was a bit worried these would be too small. They fit perfectly! I love how supportive they feel and so comfy! Slightly heavy but not so much my legs would be fatigued after long use.

My feet love ECCOs, but not this one. Cute shoe. Nice looking. I usually wear a 39 or 8 1/2. This is a half size too small. It’s also very stiff. Maybe it would feel better in the right size.

Just not what I expected

The leather is soft & supple, very nice look. I did need to switch to my dress socks as normal socks are too tight with these. They look great and feel great. The heel gives a nice lift while still feeling stable.

Felt more snug in toe box and calf than other Ecco styles

Very nice flat. The leather is very soft and of a good quality. I would have given 5 stars, but there is absolutely no arch support which is disappointing for Ecco.

I wear men's 11.5 US in running shoes and the EU 44 fit me perfectly. FYI. Great shoes and very comfortable. Plenty of room in toe box.

Good and classy.

I was very disappointed in this style. The shoe opening and tongue are so long you can barely get your foot into the shoe. The shoe itself was so narrow that I struggled to get it on my foot. I wear a regular medium shoe and this style is very narrow. I’m very disappointed in the Ecco brand. I own a pair of Ecco hybrid golf shoes that are so soft and comfortable. Please make your regular sneakers the same! Returning!

Like other reviewers, I loved my Helsinki 1's and had several pairs. But the Helsinki 2's are "cheap". Much less attention to detail - for example, the originals had stitching on the soles, but the new ones are just molded plastic. The uppers had way more features, stitching, and 3-D effects. It's really too bad, and they aren't worth the price any more. It's a "fine" shoe, but nothing special. Now I have to go shoe shopping to find something I like again.

My foot went right through the upper part.

I usually take a 8.5 or 9. I ordered 9-9.5 and this was too long. The style is lovely and the leather is so nice. Must be returned.

It was very uncomfortable around the toe box where the stitching is.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip. It's still a few weeks before my trip but I've been breaking them in. These shoes are extremely comfortable. My feet don't ache after walking around town, which is nice since I have plantar fascitis. I have high hopes that these will be great for my trip.

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I'm so pleased and look forward to taking them on an upcoming trip.
