I didn't expect much considering the price but they are decent shoes. Comfortable right out of the box. Light weight and fits well. Not sure they will be durable over the long run but I am happy with them overall.

Usually I don't comment on sizing issues since the human foot is so unique that one shoe won't fit for everyone, but in my case it felt like it fitted really good until I took a step - This shoe produced major pain on my foot where it was creasing. Also I'm not sure how well the shoe will hold up on the soles. Just wearing it on carpet only it really scuffed up the leather sole. The leather is very very fabricy soft.

These arrived almost before the order was placed! They are lightweight and comfortable shoes. I have returned many pairs in the past.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes with similar styles and kept this pair and one other. It was by far the most comfortable of them all. The process was so easy I would do this again in a heartbeat.

These shoes are incredibly light - almost airy, but also are very comfortable. The laces are thick and should last for the life of the shoe and I am really glad I bought these because they fit so well. This was a good buy.

Overall great shoe. I ordered these in a double wide and they had plenty of room for my toes. They broke-in quickly, and seem to be made of quality materials. Held up well for the wedding I wore them to. The color was a little brighter in person than the picture portrayed, which was pleasantly surprising. It is an actual burgundy like the description says. :)

I am a big fan of Oxfords, but I must say, these Bostonian Alitos are superb. I cannot emphasize how stylish these are. I own 6 pairs of wingtip shoes, but this is definitely one of my favorites. The only flaw I could point out is it's comfort. They were on the edge of beginning to slip out of my shoe, but I usually wear size 10, these were 10.5's, just making sure it was a perfect fit. My favorite part about this shoe is it's design. It's perfect. Great for going to work, college, or just dressing formally. I highly recommend this shoe.

I give 5 stars on comfort and style. But after a year of wear, the bottom will loose grip and become super slippery. Very dangerous. Please make it non slippery bottom. That will make this product perfect.

Great shoes, comfortable and look well with casual as well as dressing outfits. You can wear these shoes all day and still your feet feel comfortable. I will recommend it.

Gimme a Wide Toe Box: I am Not a Genie! Short review: These are good shoes. Long version: My foot does not seat well in Aladdin-style shoes. I am referring to those that protrude two or three inches beyond the toes and permanently curl after a couple months wear. (Hang a bell on the end and you are there.) The alternative is the Pilgrim-style shoes. (Again long, but with square toes.) These are more comfortable, but still poke out an extra few inches and look nothing short of dorky. One can complete the look with a musket and Santa Clause belt. All I want is comfortable, professional looking dress shoes! I do not think that is asking too much! In my quest I tried lace-ups from the likes of Florsheim, Johnston Murphy, ECCO, and Cole Haan. From A-Es to Rockports. Wingtips. Cap toes. Bluchers. Oxfords. Priced from $400 to $100. My search led me through more in-depth dribble than I really cared to know on matters such as shoe lasts and sole stitching. All the contenders were too long (think cross country skis) and squashed my toes. What is crazy is that I actually measure a C width, but never tried anything narrower than D width. I was about to give up, but then I read a review noting that the Calhoun Limit had a wide toe box. So I ordered them skeptically thinking that a hundred dollar pair of shoes would look like a hundred dollar pair of shoes. Actually, they are not that bad; and the toe box IS wide. Or, at least by comparison it is wide. My toes can wiggle (if I so choose). These are comfortable and that is of paramount importance because when I am in black dress shoes it is a sure bet that I will be on my feet for hours. - These shoes look good. - They display professionally with dark suits. - They are comfortable. - They appear well built, but time will judge. Granted, they are not Allen-Edmonds. But for 400 bucks I can buy four pair, and that will last a while. And most will not know the difference from six feet above. After two months of search I finally have a pair of dress shoes that are comfortable and look professional. What a concept. Thanks Zappos! No one, nowhere, no-way matches the selection and service of Zappos.

A classic businessman's shoe with a classic fit. Standard for the financial district - not technoventureland.

The shoes felt tight and did not seem to give the way other shoes do, with wear. I don't know if something was wrong with the right shoe, but there was a significant issue with the arch support area. It caused significant discomfort in my right foot -- this issue also did not dissipate with wear.

I ordered these in 15 Medium, which is what I wear in a sneaker. Once they arrived, I was EXTREMELY pleased with their very stylish appearance and comfort. Unfortunately, I should have ordered a 14 Wide, which was out of stock. I ended up ordering a pair of Eccos in the same price point. I'll be watching to see if they come back in. I wholeheartedly recommend these!

I wanted to love this shoe, but couldn't find one that fit. I'm as average as they come; 10.5D-11D, and I fit in a 9.5D on this shoe, but the D width was still too wide. Had to send them back. Style in the cherry color was very nice.

Nice shoe, comfortable out of the box. Interesting in that it is a little dressier than a penny loafer yet still kind of casual. I think it is attractive. Am hoping to get long life out of the rubber sole and heel.

Wide forefoot. Relatively round/short toe-box. Slippery leather sole is probably good for dancing.

So far so good. Had them over a month now and they are very light weight. I do get a tiny pinch on the small toe - but they are stretching out now. They polish well and look great. Hopefully the sole holds up as well. I'd buy them again if I needed them.
