I loved these shoes, but I had to return them. I have a very narrow foot and the toe box just was a bit too wide. I have several other Born shoes and I am sure I will buy others. I wish they made an 8.5 because I think the leap between the 8 and the 9 can be a problem for those of us caught in the half size world.
Brands I'd also recommend: frye

This shoe is so darling - I love the fun print on the wedge heel, and have never seen anything like it. But it runs really wide. I normally wear a medium width, but my foot was swimming in this width-wise and it doesn't seem to have alternate widths available. If you normally wear a wide, this may work for you.
