Someone else wrote about the skidding on the heels. That happened to be right away when I was walking on a tiled floor in my office. The heel is plastic, so if you happen to step on the heel on even a slight angle, there's no traction, so you skid. It's happened several times already. And once it happened in front of a group of people and I almost did a split! But I think that can be remedied if I take the shoes to a repair shop and get little rubber pads to stick on the heel and give them some traction. Also, the left shoe fit fine, but the right shoe felt really loose. I think if I put a cushioning pad in the shoe, that will help. It doesn't slip off or anything, but it's a weird, unstable, loose sort of feeling. The shoes are cute, though, and I couldn't find anything like them in the dark antique chocolate brown color I got so I'm keeping them though they are not perfect and a little cheaply made (plastic heel, loose fit) for the price. But they're not bad.

Man, oh man, do I love these shoes! I'm wearing them right now. They are comfortable, adorable, and work with any outfit. I love them with jeans, with skirts and dresses, in tights or without. love love love!!!

Very comfortable. Look great with khaki pants and winter white. I bought these booties half size larger than my size and it worked for me. I would like it better if they had more support on the front, but otherwise not bad, especially considering the price.

These boots are my first pair of "booties" and I absolutely adore them. I wasn't sure at first, what to wear them with, but now I can't find an outfit NOT to wear them with. I love the Blowfish brand in general - I have several pairs of blowfish boots and shoes. The only thing I've experienced that is slightly discouraging is the stability of these boots. Sometimes if I'm walking really fast on hard slick floors, I slip on the heel and almost roll my ankle or worse, do the splits! I do feel that it's the shape of the heel and not so much the shoe causing this, however, it's worth noting.

These shoes fit me true to size (I wear a size 6), and were neither too wide nor too narrow. They make my feet look very cute and small, and the rounded toe is comfortable to walk in. There is a definitive "boot" sound when you walk on wood or tile. The loose ankle makes it easy to tuck leggings in, but it also looks good under jeans. I found the arch support to be good, but I am not someone who needs a lot of arch support, so I am not sure if it is more supportive than other shoes. The dark brown leather is soft. They are easy to put on. The only negative is that my foot sits farther back on the heel than in other shoes I own. But I got used to it quickly. I really like these shoes!

Love the boots. They are comfy from day one, and perfect heel height. I am going to be them in a second color!

I absolutely love my Blowfish shoe booties! I debated between my usual size and a 1/2 size larger. I went with the 1/2 size larger and probably could have stuck with my usual size! They are very comfortable. The first time I wore them I had them on all day and did a lot of walking! The service from Zappos is fabulous! My son and I are huge fans!

These boots are awesome. Totally cute and fun to wear, yet comfortable for all day on your feet. I love them and would definitely consider a pair in another color! Zappos rocks!

Great ankle boot. Fit is true to size. Very comfortable and insole is soft and well cushioned. Arch support is moderate, and I like a shoe with significant arch support, so for many people arch support would likely be considered very good. So cute. Scrunchy antiqued leather looks great with tights. The sole is rather thin, but this has not presented any problems. Very pleased with this purchase in color "Whiskey".
