LOVE this shoe!!!!!! I have semi-wide feet and slight bunions, so I need comfy shoes that can stay on my feet all day long. This does the job!!! I didn't even need to add inserts or anything at all, just wore them straight out of the box. My feet feel GREAT and I can't wait to buy more pairs of Blochs!!!! Remember to buy 1/2 size up, since they do tend to run a teeny bit small.

After a long search for a perfect ballet flat, I finally found it! This shoe has great style at a reasonable price. They were comfortable from the start and did not even need to be worn in. I've recommended these shoes to a number of friends already and am extremely happy with my purchase. I am either a 8 or 8.5 and the 8.5 size I ordered was a perfect fit. I will definitely order this Bloch again!

These shoes are the greatest! This is my second pair of Bloch. They are so Comfortable. I wear a 10.5 (possibly the hardest size to find since almost no shoemakers make it!) and the size 41 fits perfectly. My only complaint is there is no support and the soles are fairly Thin. I may have my local cobbler add a rubber patch on the bottom to make them a little more durable for city walking. I will definitely be loyal to this brand!

Beautiful ballet flat. I wear a size 9 typically, and the 40 would have been best. I ordered the 40 in other Bloch ballet flat styles, and they fit well. They do stretch a bit and mold to the foot. I have a narrow foot and this shoe works, I just pulled the string as tight as it would go and cut off the excess. Footbed padding is great.

Wow, are these comfortable! There's a cushy little bit in the inside heel that makes them especially boingy. The flexible sole and ample patent leather upper make these flats feel like I'm wearing slippers. I do wish that the ribbon bow was a bit nicer, but for this level of comfort, I'm willing to sacrifice on the bow. They're pricier than I would've liked, too. I'm a wide 8.5, and the 39 felt better to me than the 38.5.

This shoe is one of my favorites! It is made well, with high quality leather and the details are just so delicate. The shoe is also versatile and comfortable! Though a little pricey, it is highly wearable. The only drawbacks are the less durable finish of the patent leather (it scratches) and the lack of shape and structure in the toe bed. However, I suppose that is characteristic of a ballet flat.

Something weird was up with the pair of shoes I received. The inner sole was bumpy and very uncomfortable. Also, as the owner of multiple pairs of Bloch ballerinas, I expected them to be softer and not as stiff. Still would have kept though if not for the sole.

The perfect ballet flat -- beautifully made out of very soft patent leather with a pale pink suede lining. They don't offer any real support or shock absorption, but they also don't need "breaking in", they're extremely comfortable from the start. Expensive, but a luxury worth paying for.

Love these shoes! I have a pair in black patent, as well. They are comfortable immediately, no breaking in. I usually wear 8½ or 9, in these I wear a 39½. The red is not as bright as the picture, but a rich nice red. These shoes are pricey, but if they wear well, they're worth it!

Fabulous ballet flat, the most comfortable of ANY I have had. These really feel like a slipper. I have shopped for hours wearing these and no pain on my bunions! Such pretty little shoes. The red patent is a bright 1950's Technicolor dream. So soft, so shiny! The inside has a nice thick padding. I ordered a half size up based on other reviews. The width of the shoe was perfect, but the heel slipped when I walked. I also ordered the "Rosalie" in the same size, and it fit perfectly, so I'm keeping them, and sending "Ballerina" back.

These are so cute! And comfortable. The patent is beautiful! Pretty true to size, I get the same size I wear in a heel. No toe cleavage either! A well proportioned flat!

This adorable ballet slipper shoe fit perfectly (a size 7m - my usual size), is soft and comfortable and just too too cute! They come in a very expensive-looking box, are wrapped and packed in a pink net bag tied with satin ribbon! I have tried on many brands of "flats" but could not keep them on my feet. These have a light elastic all around and fit snugly. Love them with fun colored socks.

Best purchase ever. I love these flats. I am a true 6.5 but always with European shoes I get a 37 and it's always the right fit. I have about 4 pairs of Blochs and the size does not vary. I feel like a little ballerina with any of the Bloch flats. Yes, they are not cheap, but they are worth the price when you wear them daily. Be aware that Zappos has by far the best selection of them.

Really cute shoes but I believe that the sizing listed is off in this brand - they are consistently either a half or full size smaller than marked. Had to return my pair and then this was out of stock in the color I wanted. I gave them a lower comfort mark based only upon the sizing issue.
