Birkenstock Reviews
I love Bekkie slip-ons. My last pair lasted 15 years because I kept them out of the rain. The narrows in these also fit regular width feet.

I went to the local Soft-Moc shop and I purchased Birko-Natural because I was having lower back problem and my current orthotic was worn out. After three days of extensive usage (2 hour walking per day), I notice my back pain almost gone. Birko-Natural is a great product.
These are fantastic, however, I would take the time and use the size chart carefully. Measure your foot, takes 2 min. Even though returning things is super easy, to get it right the first time is better! Buy these shoes!
This is my third pair of the Birkenstock Giza sandals. They are so comfortable and the colors are true to the picture as far as the ones I've bought. One thing to keep in mind with all Birkenstocks is to never leave them next to anything hot or in a hot car (etc) because the black bottom will shrink and pull away from the cork bed. Just something to keep in mind if you live in a very warm climate, otherwise I love these sandals and they are cute and comfortable for walking long distances.
The Birkenstock Granada is a wonderful shoe. It looks just as it does in the picture. The shoe is made extremely well. I have been wearing it for about a month and have no complaints. I wear Birkenstock shoes traditionally and ordered the size I normally wear in them- size was perfect. I take long walks in these shoes and for me they are just as comfortable as my sneakers.
I already have two pairs of these but I love them. This stone color will go with everything. Extremely comfortable. I wear an 11 but I find that the 10 fits better in this particular shoe.

Excellent once again! These are a little stiffer than some of the Birkenstock sandals I have purchased, but I am breaking them in by wearing for 2 hour periods and they are now starting to form to my feet.

My feet are in love! I wear them to work and everywhere else. I get a lot of compliments on bright blue color.
I usually take a size 5, so I ordered the 36. My feet are smallish (obviously) with a wide bridge, short toes of about equal length, a high arch, and a very narrow heel. This shoe in 36 felt, to me, a full size larger than other size 5 shoes. Plus there were ridges in the footbed that I guess were supposed to be supportive but dug into the bottom of my foot in all the wrong places. I liked the color and style, but had to return.

The Cairo has great comfort and support and is cuter on than most Birks; however, the fit is large. I usually wear size 8 1/2 - 9 so I ordered size 39, but they were much too long. The thong piece was at least 1/2 inch past where it should hit on my foot. The Titanium color was also a disappointment - it has a definite greenish cast. I would recommend ordering a size down. The width, however, was perfect for my narrow foot, so I will probably try a smaller size in a different color.

I have planters fasciitis in both feet and tendinitis in my right foot. I've been going to physical therapy which has helped me these Birkenstock supports have helped tremendously. I started wearing them in my tennis shoes only and now wear them all day in work shoes too. They were a little hard to get used too but once I got used to them I cannot go without. These insoles are worth every penny and I need to invest in a 2nd pair. Thanks Zappos!

I LOVE Birkenstocks but I didn't love the plastic thong/toe post in this pair. I was determined to accomodate my feet to the shoes. So, after a couple weeks of wearing them - my feet are totally fine and back to loving my shoes. So, I still give these shoes a very high rating, just taking off a star for comfort purposes.
This is my first pair and I have friends who swear by this brand! The toe post is very rigid and thick, it cut into my foot, still on the fence for a true rating. I am taking them to be altered a bit.
I've worn Kairos for almost 6 years and love them. As long as it isn't raining they're on. I did streamline the thong part though. I took a pair of sharp scissors and trimmed both sides of the leather tab that would normally cover the gap between my big and second toe. The trim matched the V shape of the plastic thong with the Birkenstock logo button. A much cleaner look and you don't have your toes rubbing the under side of that tab as you walk.
I had to return these shoes because the straps that went around the ankle were insanely too long. The holes to do the buckle ended about 1.5" from where I would actually need to fasten the strap. I do have enormous feet, so maybe the designers expected long feet=thick leg? If you have size 10 feet and thin/normal legs, you may have the same problem. Too bad because the style was really cute!
These sandals are great! I love Birkenstock for the support they give and the fit. I have wide feet and even the "normal" width fits. I wear this 12 months of the year and still get 2-3 years worth of wear from them. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the look. However, the between the toes divider is made of plastic and thick...probably cheap plastic. I needed to take these shoes to my shoe repair store and spend some money to have them replace the toe divider with a leather and very comfortable toe divider. So I would not suggest purchasing these until you are able to actually try them on and feel comfortable.
This is my first pair of Birkenstock shoes and I really like them! I have been wearing them around the house to "break them in." They get more comfortable the more that I wear them. I have bunions and they do not bother them at all. The color is more of a raspberry than red, but they are really cute.
