Ben Sherman Reviews
After carrying this wallet around for a few weeks and using it everyday, I am definitely satisfied and would recommend it to anyone looking for something thinner to carry around some cash and a few cards. I have been carrying 6 ids/atm/credit cards and it has a middle pocket for cash and receipts, while still not noticing it in your pocket. It does need some breaking in as the leather is very stiff and it is usually tough to get the cards out quickly, but that sure beats them falling out.
I like the colors of this shirt because they step outside the typical colors people rely on (white, blue, black) yet the shirt is very "safe." It looks nice while avoiding "ordinary" and also avoiding "flashy". This shirt is exactly what I wanted: a nice shirt that doesn't scream 'I'm trying too hard.' There are three buttons on the collar, FYI. Two hold down the ends of the collar and the third is directly in the back of the neck preventing the collar from inadvertently flipping up.
The primary reason I bought this shoe was to find something a little nicer that still had a flat sole. I'm quite the dancer so there are certain things I look for. I tear my shoes up very quickly which is a good tell on how well made the shoes are. For starters I love the look, and would suggest it to anyone who likes the style and would wear it for common usage. I wore these first night out and could immediately tell that they will not last me long on the dance floor. As with many thin soles they for some reason aren't attached well to the rest of the shoe. The stitching on the side still holds but the glue is giving away from the leather which is quite noticeable (huge pet peeve). Other than that the shoe is remarkably thin all around and still seems solid. Again, I have only had these less than a week but being that I put tremendous pressure on my shoes I can usually tell what's to come of it from day one. While comfortable and stylish, with my active lifestyle I'm predicting these won't last me more than 1/1.5 years before they gotta go. P.S. I'm flat footed
I was looking for a slightly dressed up boat shoe. I don't like thick soles or significant heels. These fit the requirements. The looks are slightly odd though. The toe is narrower and longer than I would prefer but otherwise just what I wanted.
I got these shoes for my teenage son, and he loved them. However, they are completely trashed after a mere two months wear. The sole separated from the body of the shoe, and they just totally fell apart. Stylish, but no substance.
The shoe looks nice, but it is too narrow for my foot. Also, the inside is vinyl or something similar. My feet tend to perspire so this is not a good fit for me. The construction of the shoe looks solid, so if you have a narrow foot and your feet don't perspire a lot I think you might like this shoe.

In 1963, Ben Sherman came back from America with the idea of making a button-down shirt. Having noticed the style adopted by polo players of the time who used the button-downs to keep their shirt collars where they should be while riding, he set about creating his own. Taking inspiration from his father’s work as a tailor, he created an icon and this practical, yet stylish garment was soon adopted by a set of style leaders back in England.
