This is a well constructed dress shoe with a modest heel. I would have liked a more muted shade of bronze, but still the shoe is attractive.
I have these boots in 6WWand they are verycomfortable. The heel height and the platformare a great look with leggings or tights with askirt or dress. The heightis good-a little higher than most ankle boots. Thematerial is quality leatherand they go on very easily.
Okay, let me start by saying I am not a heel person. My feet are wide and heels usually kill my feet. I was not in love with the look of these shoes but I kept them because they are so comfortable. (Let's face it; I could have returned them for free.) They look better with pants than with a dress. But I can wear them with zero pain and that says a lot!
I love these shoes! They are so comfy and the only heels I can wear due to foot injury.
This is a cute shoe and I was hopeful that the narrow would work for me so I ordered both the 9 and the 9 1/2. Lengthwise the 9 1/2 worked better but both sizes were too wide. I have found that Bella-Vita narrows just aren't very narrow. I tried adding inserts but it would have taken more than one and that just isn't a good look.
This is a gorgeous shoe, and a perfect fit. I love Zappos because I have a narrow foot and I can always fine the perfect footwear there, and you can't beat free shipping. Zappos gets five thumbs up.
This was my first purchase from Zappos and I have been completely delighted. They arrived promptly and were exactly what I was looking for in a shoe to wear to a wedding. I had searched retail for weeks before trying out Zappos. I'm glad I did!
I wanted to like these but it seems like they do not work for normal feet. I kept slipping out as the instep is extremely wide and large and there is nothing to keep your feet down so your heel moves quite a lot while walking. Also; the flap on the front makes them look a little silly; but that is a matter of taste and opinion.
Absolutely perfect. Fit as advertised, just the right heel size, a little give in the shoe so broke in quickly, super cute.
Beautiful shoe. Wish I could have kept them. I ordered a 6.5 WW and they were not wide enough for my feet. If you truly have wide feet, these fit about a D width, no larger.

They are pretty comfortable shoes I wore them to a concert and managed to make it through the whole night. The style was more old style but for me it was the bottom of the shoes that sold it, it's such a unique design.
I tried many shoes for an outfit that I bought. These blended the best and when I put them on my feet, the comfort factor told me that I was finished looking. They fit true to size. I wear a 9M and they fit perfectly.
I was so pumped to find a shoe to wear as a bridesmaid in a wedding. The reviews spoke highly of the comfort of this shoe, but I started to get blisters only minutes after test running them in the house. They are cute, but maybe a bit high for me (I'm 5'8"). The top of the foot is where I started getting a blister and near the toes by the peep toe part. Bummer. I loved how they looked.
Not only did I get these a day early than expected...they exceeded my expectation of a shoe. I have never ordered shoes online because i have the most complicated feet ever. I am a 10 wide but even some wides to work for me, so I really took a chance. I read all the reviews and watched the vidoe and took a chance. I am glad I did because they are so awesome I have worn them every day to work since they arrived on my doorstep. I am back on Zappos to find another pair so I don't wear these out so quickly. They are the perfect height and width. I absolutely love the style, great with work clothes and I have gotten plenty of compliments. Although I probally wont wear them with skirts or dresses because they look more like a bootie than a heel but that's just my style...
This is a very cute and very comfortable shoe in person. I am moving to a city that still has cobbled streets and sidewalks, so the thick soles are perfect. The only thing I would ding it on is size - I am a true size 5 (due to vanity sizing) and this is just a little too big, not quite a half-size. Thicker socks help, so I'm not returning them just for this. Very cute for a staple black shoe without being just a black shoe.
Nice pant shoe - I have a wider foot with high instep and this shoe is very comfortable.

Love the shoe! I have a very wide foot, so when I can find a fun shoe in a extra wide width I'll try them out. I was not disappointed. True to width, true to size and very comfy. Love 'em!
