I’m generally between a 12 and 13 in sneakers, but I have wide feet. Size 13 Vans Eras are my go-to shoes. I’d read these run a half to full size big, so I figured a 12 wide would be perfect. Though I’m very satisfied with my pair, if (when!) I buy these again, I’ll probably go with a 11.5 wide. Not sure if the width of my feet led to the sizing confusion, but figured I’d share...

Overall:

These sandals are very comfortable! The sole is padded and cushy and the arch support is really good. Probably not great for long treks, but a day at the beach or half day of shopping was perfect. The price is unbeatable and they are very versatile.

I loved the look and leather color of this shoe. Unfortunately, the shoe was a little long and gapped on the sides due to lack of arch support. I had to return them.

I love these shoes. They’re nice enough to wear to the office, but also look cute with jeans. They take a little while to break in, but are extremely comfortable once the leather softens up a bit. They are very well-made. Excellent quality, especially for the price.

My experience with Zappos was great! This group treats customers very well. I called in to return the shoes for a different size and within a couple of days the new ones arrived! I am only waiting for the return label to send the other shoes back. I would work with Zappos again in a minute!

These are very comfortable and nicely made. I have a thin and narrow foot and this sandal feels a little roomy but it's narrow enough to work. The padding on the inner sole is great and the outer sole is sturdy and formed for sure footing. I appreciate your great service. It is outstanding as always.

I bought these for my mom for Christmas, they had a bit of a non traditional penny loafer look that I liked. They were true to size and she loved them. The color is that of burnt caramel and they have a wonderful funky, sort of a bit different look. I am sure that people will ask her, "Where did you get those loafers?"

I was looking for the other color combination that is beige suede and since they didn't have them in my size chose Hemp/Cocoa instead. They came (next day, of course). I put them on and wore them for the next two days straight. They are very comfortable, true to size and well made. They are a nice leather, too. I am glad for the leather which is more all weather than suede. I love them.

I love this shoe! It is very comfortable and not too bulky.I plan to wear them with black pants and a white tailored shirt maybe a plaid tie. I have slightly narrow feet and they fit perfectly. 1960 look and school girl goth.

Very comfortable sole and the leather straps are very sturdy. They are sporty but yet dressy enough to wear with dressy casual outfits.

Time to buy another brown pair for vacation. I guess I have "normal" feet and do wear these all summer long. This decades old style needs more break in time and leather oil to help in the process. I'm waiting for the black color, too. Go Sharon!

I am loving these shoes. I get compliments every time I wear them. They are true to size, but a little stiff. Having had Bass penny loafers in the past, I expect them to be more comfortable after I have broken them in a little.

After several pairs of Marshalls Rockport loafers which squeak, I was ready to pay more and thought Bass would be a good, traditional loafer. These are beautifully made shoes, nice mixed composition sole, thick leather on upper. They look much more expensive than they are and my husband was pleased too and said they fit true to size. They look like they will wear well and hold up. I highly recommend!

he boots felt almost a full size larger than the size labeled and the toe curled up slightly. I felt like they were winter boots for elves. I'm returning them because they were too big but they were comfortable if that is what you are looking for!

I was very disappointed at how narrow these shoes are. I am a true 8.5M and I could barely get this show on my foot. The length felt very short as well. The shoes look beautiful, but I am returning them.

I originally wanted this pair in the Brown, but only the blue was available. They are much prettier in person and very comfortable. I have a very wide foot and ordered in the wide width and they were a very good fit with or without socks. And of course Zappos rock as usual with their excellent customer service and delivery.

When I received these shoes, I really liked the looks, but the heel was too big. I placed cushions in the back of the heel and they work if I wear socks.

I recently visited New York City and had my shoes sent to my hotel. I have worn Bass loafers since high school and am so happy that Zappos carries this brand. My shoes fit perfectly! I normally take size 7, but in Bass loafers I take a 1/2 size smaller. The fit is great and I love this new style, the plaid lining is too sweet. Nothing replaces the original Bass loafer style; you just have to have both! Zappos is I think one of the most excellent customer service oriented companies I have dealt with in many years. Their attention to detail and understanding of consumer satisfaction is remarkable in this day and age. Thank you Zappos for all you do to make online shopping a pleasure. I hope one day you will ship to the Middle East!

This is my umpteenth pair of these sandals. I absolutely love them. I have a narrow foot and cannot always find sandals narrow enough.
