Overall:

Very pleased with my new pair of Bass boots. They fit well, look good and broke in quickly. Unlike some other boots, there\'s no chafing on my legs. One slight regret is that they don\'t have replaceable soles/heels.

I have wide, flat feet and finding sandals that fit has always been a challenge for me. In fact, I had given up looking altogether for years now until I tried Zappos. Because the shipping is free, I ordered many styles figuring that maybe one would be comfortable. These sandals are nice and wide, provide some support for my non-existent arches, and still have plenty of cushioning. Plus, they have a light, pretty look to them that's perfect for summer weather.

I like these shoes very much. The only negative is that although my true size is 10 1/2, I always have to get an 11. But these shoes fit me (with a fairly thick sock) in a 10! So don't order larger, go down a size instead. My husband says they make my feet look small! I don't hear that too often.

Overall:

Super cute shoe. Took a couple wearings to break in and they\'re still a little stiff (I think that may just be the materials they\'re made of). Probably not good for walking days. More run-to-brunch/the store/casual-friday shoes. Don\'t regret my purchase!

This style of shoe is great for work; however, if you usually don't wear this style be ready for some discomfort. I suggest you get a gel insole for these as the padding is ultra thin. It will take a couple of days for you to get them stretched out as they are leather. I have a wider foot and ordered the double wide. Fantastic except if you have a slimmer heel they fall off constantly; you must wear thick socks.

I originally ordered these shoes, then ordered a different style. I ended up keeping these because they are so comfortable. A little retro, too. That\'s why I love them!

The Bass Exeter is a good pair of shoes, looks and feels comfortable. They are fine for dress or somewhat casual. I must say that Zappos' service was unbelievably fast and accurate. Thank you.

Boot freak. The look is okay, comfort is superb, quality seems good. I haven't worn them outside as yet. After reading reviews I ordered 1/2 size down, width is good but they are long in the toe box. I normally wear a 9 - 9.5 and ordered a 9; it's long enough to be a 10, otherwise very comfy, but I'm afraid I'll trip over the extra inches extending from the toe. Otherwise, I think these are nice & just what I wanted, but am re-ordering in an 8.5 just to be sure.

I absolutely love these shoes! Very comfortable once they are broken in. They are a very classic look and look great with jeans or pants. Bass says these shoes run a little big and to order a 1/2 size smaller than you usually wear. I chose to get my true size (9) and feel that if I had gotten an 8 1/2, they would be too tight; however, my feet are a little wide.

\r\nI was unable to find the Bass shoes I wanted in any store. I decided to look online and found a great surprise. Zappos had 2 pair of Bass shoes that I had been looking for, in my size and color preference. I ordered 2 pair of shoes through the mail and had both pair within a few days. The shoes fit perfectly and look great. I will only order shoes through Zappos. Thanks!

The shoes are wonderful, very classic and very comfortable. I have a terrible bunion on one foot and there are very few shoes that don't hurt. These are one of them that doesn't hurt. I highly recommend.

I am not very happy with these shoes. The finish on them looks cheap and plastic- like. The sides bow out as though someone with a really fat foot has been wearing them.

Well constructed, sturdy (yet stylish!) shoe. Definitely runs big. I wear an 8 and ordered 7 1/2 and while I first thought it was still a little big at the back of the shoe, after wearing them a day, find that they are fine. The leather sole is a nice touch. I am pretty tough on my shoes (travel a lot) and think these will endure. Thank you Zappos!

I ordered a pair of Bass loafers from Zappos, in my regular size. When I received them, they were marked correctly, but they were too small! After a short but very pleasant conversation with the customer service department, I sent the shoes back, and was sent another pair, but in one size smaller (I wear a size 14, but the Bass fit perfectly, in a size 13). All of the shipping, and handling was taken care of by Zappos, and dealing with them was out of this world, super nice, very friendly, and most helpful. I will buy all of my shoes henceforth from these folks; they definitely know how to treat a customer, a rare commodity these days for sure! Great job, Zappos!

I ordered these shoes because I am a teacher and need dressy shoes that are COMFORTABLE and won't look weird if I want to wear socks. These shoes perfectly fit the bill. They are extremely comfortable!!! I had a tiny bit of rubbing on one side of my foot the first day, but really they didn't need to be broken in at all. They are sturdy and give great support, and they feel like they will last for a long time. Plus I get compliments...I got the Herringbone, and I like that they are black shoes, but don't look like everything else.

This is a really cute shoe. I read reviews about sizing and ordered it in size 10 and size 11. (I usually wear a 10 1/2). The size 10 was a good width, but my big toe pressed against the toe of the shoe and the size 11 was too wide and too long. So while I really liked the cute low cut loafer shoe, I had to return both sizes. I do think, however, that if the shoe came in a size 10 1/2, it would be a fairly good fit. Zappos shipped the shoes immediately when ordered and when I requested return authorization, that confirmation was provided immediately as well. I never hesitate to order shoes that I need to try on for fit as it is never a problem to return or exchange for correct fit. I love Zappos!

Great pair of shoes. I have trouble finding quality shoes that fit and these fit like a glove. Most stores do not keep extra wide sizes in stock, but Zappos has hundreds of them. No store could ever provide the amount of choice that Zappos does, that is why I have bought several pair.

Great shoes. I have them on as I write. They are an update of the Bass Weejuns of my youth. The leather lining is soft and feels broke in as soon as the shoes come out of the box.

The shoes are very comfortable due to their cushioned interior. Seem to be wider than a normal medium width. Other than that, it seems to run true to size.

Perfect shoes for pants and walking. I couldn't believe how comfortable these shoes were, right out of the box! I stand all day doing seminars and I was so happy to find a comfortable shoe for pants. I'm very fussy about fit and these are perfect. Probably will consider other colors as well.
