Beautiful boot, but does not fit true to size. They are very tight across the arch and pad of the foot and I got 1/2 size larger on purpose because of the pointy toe. They felt like a narrow. I wear an 8 in all shoes except running shoes, but an 8 1/2 felt too small and pinched my toes. I returned them.

First of all, the Zappos shopping experience was fabulous. Love the website, super easy to use. They shipped my order promptly and I had no issues. Love these boots! I'm usually a size 10, but sometimes a 10 feels tight, while a 10.5 is too big (or non-existent). I ordered these in a 10 and they fit great both in the foot and on the calf. So very happy with my shopping experience. I don't think I'll ever go to a shoe store again!

I bought these shoes in black patent leather and I love them! They work well with both skirts and slacks. Usually a 9, I bought them in a 9 1/2 and have not regreted it! They are very comfortable and for the price, I thought a great purchase!

This is a beautiful boot and great price! I usually wear Pliner or Paul Green and I have to say this is just as comfortable and stylish for 1/3 the price.

These Bandolinos are everything I was looking for in a great boot! The leather is beautiful, they fit comfortably and the buckle detail at the top is just the thing to give these boots a special touch. I found them to be true to size, including how they fit around my calf. I couldn't be happier.

These are good looking boots, especially worn with jeans. The suede is really nice. Normally I wear a 10M but I wanted to wear with socks so I got the 10.5. Unfortunately there is not enough arch support without my custom orthotic. With the orthotic I would need the 10.5W but this boot is not available in wide. I hate to send them back because I\'m having such a hard time finding a reasonably priced boot with low heels that fit my difficult feet and orthotic.

The shoes were simply wonderful. Perfect fit, great style, and the Zappos shopping experience was superior. I phoned in my order and I didn't have to listen to that stupid menu of choices most companies subject you to when you call them. An actual person answered the phone, was very polite and helpful. My shoes arrived the next day as promised and I plan to do quite a bit of my holiday shopping with Zappos.

Good, serviceable shoe. Not too dressy, not too plain; works for many occasions when you need a shoe that blends, but isn't a focal point. True to size. Comfortable, but not notably so. Zappos service, of course, is perfect!

Nice looking shoe, but very narrow toe box! I bought these because of the reviews. They must all have very narrow feet. My feet are not even wide! Had to send back. Bandolino has always been true to size, not this time!

Snake skin is really pretty, flattering on a size 11 foot. Seems very roomy to me, almost think I could go down a 1/2 size, but would rather try an insert than risk it being too tight. Looks great with jeans and gray slacks.

I love these shoes! They fit true to size and are actually comfortable for the heel height. I do not usually wear a heel over 3 inches, but these shoes surprised me. I danced in them all night at a wedding and they still were comfortable. Very pretty, too!

I bought the Bandolino Berry in Light Brown Multi Fabric. My feet are somewhere between a medium and narrow width so I especially love these since the 8.5M fit. I have pins and plates in my left foot and high heels are out of the question, but these satisfy my need for style and comfort. I teach art so it's not my daily work shoe so I cannot attest to the 9-to-5 routine, but I have worn them to socialize in on the weekends and my feet didn't 'scream' at the end of 4-to-5 hours.

Bandolino's Carlessa - These boots were exactly what I expected. Very classic look, works great with pants. They are a bit narrow for my foot although I typically order a regular width and am generally okay. They initially rubbed against the side of my heel, but now that I've broken them in, they are quite comfortable.

These are the most comfortable higher heel shoes I own, and I absolutely love them. I have a very high instep, but the vamp does not come up too high, and they are very soft inside. No break in time, tried and true shoe for the office. Very Cute, too!!!

I love my Bandolinos! Have 3 pair of their pumps and they are the only heels I can enjoy; teach all day in them. I always get a full size larger than I wear to accommodate the pointy toe. I've read that some people don't like shoes with "toe-cleavage", but I like a little and these have a little! It makes the toe of the shoe less prominent (important, since I wear 10.5!). My super long toes have room to relax and not be squished looking. I'm not as crazy about Bandolino flats, boots, etc., but heels, great! As always, Zappos service and ease of ordering, swapping, etc. are amazing!

The green multi reptile shoes are the most beautiful shoes I have ever seen. Even more beautiful in person! They are comfortable and with the low heel, will be a great everyday shoe for work. I have always loved Bandolino. They are quality shoes at a good price, and stylish yet timeless. I may have to get another pair just for fun!

I bought these sandals; at first wear were a little tight/uncomfortable, but after like third or fourth wear really felt better. So now they are my favorite pair. Not bad on price. Overall, good buy in my standards.
