Overall:

I had to return these boots. They fit kind of loose above the ankle and when I walked, they hit (and dug into) the back of my leg. Cute boot though. I wish they would have fit.

I love the look of this shoe/boot; it really has a quality look. That being said, I have worn it about four times now and it still is a little uncomfortable. I thought it might be the stiffness of the new leather, so I am giving it more time. It was a great price, and like I said the look is great. So hopefully the comfort will kick in soon and this will be a perfect shoe!

Overall:

These boots are incredibly well made. Even though they\'re a lot higher than what I\'m used to, they still feel comfortable because they\'re well-engineered. I got the red, and they go with everything! They\'re a very beautiful color, a bit darker and more purple than in the pictures. I recommend these!

These shoes are stylish, the leather is soft, and the shoes are very comfortable. I have a hard foot to fit; long toes, a bunion, and feet that are on the wide side, and I can wear these shoes all day without discomfort.

The shoe is very comfortable. The heel height is low but still dressy. Can easily be worn all day at work with slacks or a skirt. I think the shoe runs a little larger than smaller.

Too tight! I bought the patent version and there is no give! I gave it 5 stars for look because they are really great looking, but they are very tight. I usually wear a Medium, but with these shoes I would suggest going to Wide because between the small toe box and the patent material there is no give. So unless they fit out of the box just return them because there will not be much give.

I love these boots. They are perfect for jeans or slacks. Very comfortable right out of the box. I have a narrow foot so these are a bit wide for me, but with socks they are just fine. Nice leather. Just a great "go to" boot. The size and width are true. Grab these. They are a great price for what you get!

I was expecting a classic black pump, but these are a cheap looking sloppy mess. What doesn't show up in the picture is that the sides of the shoe have no structure to them; instead they just have loose, bunched-up crinkly fabric. The fit of the shoe is really poor as well. The toebox especially is extremely tight and pinching. And while I wanted a low heel, this one is just too low to be flattering. These shoes are going straight back!

I really wanted to like these shoes. I love the look of them, but they are extremely uncomfortable and squish my toes despite the square toe. I plan on returning them.

The shoes are as they appear online: simple, low heeled but have a dressy look. I made the mistake of ordering a wide size 7 1/2 (my usual) and they practically fall off my feet. So order your true size or a wee smaller/narrower. I would have returned them for a B width, but had already worn them outside. I would say that if ordered in the correct size, they provide an extremely comfortable dressy shoe.

Love my new Bandolino Susie Q shoes. They are high quality leather and very dressy, while having lots of room for my long toes. I have a fairly wide toe and somewhat narrow heel, so most shoes slip at the heel. These don't. Amazing comfort in a ladies' dress shoe. Thanks also go to Zappos for quick delivery!

I love the style of this shoe and the heel height, but the material is stiff and tight around the toe area. I'm keeping it though. I'll wear it with a pair of sock for a few weeks; it should be worn in by then.

Very happy with these boots. I'm a size 7.5, fairly narrow feet and ankles, but slightly large calves. These boots work perfectly for me because they are adjustable at both the calf and the ankle. They work with pants or a skirt; they're a little slouchy, but not so much that they can't be dressed up. I absolutely love the cognac color. And they are super comfortable. The leather is incredibly soft right out of the box. I haven't worn them much yet, but they seem very high quality, especially for the price. I wish they were a little taller, I think they'd look a little bit more stylish. But I have a hard time finding boots, and these look great and feel great, so I'm not complaining.

I love these boots! They were exactly what I was looking for: low heel, fashionable for everyday use. They are super comfortable. No break-in time whatsoever. They are perfect to tuck pants into, or not. These will be my go to boots all fall and winter long.

Beautiful boot, but does not fit true to size. They are very tight across the arch and pad of the foot and I got 1/2 size larger on purpose because of the pointy toe. They felt like a narrow. I wear an 8 in all shoes except running shoes, but an 8 1/2 felt too small and pinched my toes. I returned them.

First of all, the Zappos shopping experience was fabulous. Love the website, super easy to use. They shipped my order promptly and I had no issues. Love these boots! I'm usually a size 10, but sometimes a 10 feels tight, while a 10.5 is too big (or non-existent). I ordered these in a 10 and they fit great both in the foot and on the calf. So very happy with my shopping experience. I don't think I'll ever go to a shoe store again!

I bought these shoes in black patent leather and I love them! They work well with both skirts and slacks. Usually a 9, I bought them in a 9 1/2 and have not regreted it! They are very comfortable and for the price, I thought a great purchase!

These Bandolinos are everything I was looking for in a great boot! The leather is beautiful, they fit comfortably and the buckle detail at the top is just the thing to give these boots a special touch. I found them to be true to size, including how they fit around my calf. I couldn't be happier.

These are good looking boots, especially worn with jeans. The suede is really nice. Normally I wear a 10M but I wanted to wear with socks so I got the 10.5. Unfortunately there is not enough arch support without my custom orthotic. With the orthotic I would need the 10.5W but this boot is not available in wide. I hate to send them back because I\'m having such a hard time finding a reasonably priced boot with low heels that fit my difficult feet and orthotic.
