I have very wide flat feet, and I have special orthotic inserts that I put in my shoes, and I therefore need a shoe with a relatively high back. While this shoe had that advantage, their was a different problem with it. I first ordered a 9XW, and I found that the leather strip on top of the toe box rubbed the tops of my toes, similar to the problem encountered by the guy in the amusement park. When I ordered the 8.5XW, that problem went away, but the sides my toes were squished by the shoe. Besides for that, it seemed like a pretty good shoe.

Like previously listed, the shoes run a bit small. Luckily, I ordered half a size bigger and the shoes fit great! Overall I am very happy with these shoes! Thanks, Zappos!

This shoe started falling apart after only wearing it for a two weeks! I work in retail so yes I work alot, but its all inside on marble flooring so its not like im outside climbing mountains and the shoes still fell apart. I ordered them because of the comfort reviews seeing as I walk all day long. First the velcro started coming off and now is completely gone and the bottom of the shoe is seperating. Cheap cheap cheap.

After years of long searches online and in stores, I bought these on Zappos because of the reviews. I LOVE THESE SHOES! They are sensibly priced! They fit perfectly to size! They are very comfortable, soft and stable! They look good and modern on my feet! I thought I would never find shoes like these. I owe it to all of those who reviewed these shoes and I believed you, to write one of my own.

A bit tight when I first wore them but they are broken in and comfy! I can't wait to continue to wear them. I think I'll have to buy another pair soon so I have a back up when these need to be replaced. Great arch support too. Love the price as well.

These are the best sneakers I've ever owned - they are very comfortable and fairly lightweight. They appear to be of good quality material and workmanship.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Lightweight, good looking, no break in, just put them on and go. I am on my third pair and don't know what I will do if they quit making them. Zappos service is amazing. I ordered around 3pm on Tuesday, and UPS delivered them around 4pm the next day. Unbeatable service!

All in all, great shoes. They are just a little bit bulkier than I thought they would be, but they're still light, comfortable, and I got used to the "bulkiness" the first time I wore them. Love them!

I love these shoes. They're comfortable and have great arch support. Because of the mesh outside, they don't get too hot. I participate in dog agility which requires a lot of quick foot movement-forward, backwards, and sideways. These shoes allow for me to move easily.

I bought these for my husband mid January. He wears them regularly, however he has never had a pair last only 3 months. They have fallen apart & the sole has pulled away from the rest of the shoe. I know they didn't cost a lot but I would like more then 3 months of use. Sadly disappointed in this purchase.

These shoes in size EE are perfect for my slightly wide and flat feet. :) The arches were a little high at first, but they broke in after one or two runs.

I love Avia sneakers that is all I buy! I have to have wide and these sneakers are the best! I work on my feet all day and they are so comfortable.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever had! It makes me forget that I am wearing shoes. I wear it daily. I went on a 9-day trip and wore it 15 hours a day. Since I have heel pain, I put a heel support inside the shoes, and they fit like gloves. I don't have heel pain anymore after long walks. I am definitely hooked on it.

I love these sneakers. They are very comfortable and the color I got them in (black and purple) looks so cool. They have mesh at the toe allowing air to flow in and the sole is squishy/bouncy, so my feet don't hurt when I go for a run. When I first tried them on, I thought that they were too big because they felt airy or spacey, but that was just because of their "ventilation" system. One thing I think is sort of funny about them is that you can see your socks through the toe due to the mesh.

These shoes fit my 6.5 size foot just fine, however, when I started to walk around in them I felt the top of the shoe pressing into the top of my foot near my toes. The look cute and liked the price, but I don't think I could comfortably walk around in these for a few minutes. Thanks to great customer service from Zappos returns are easy.

Ordered on Monday, received on Friday! These shoes are a nice walking shoe. I use them all the time, very comfortable, fits my feet well. Not as much arch support as other shoes I've purchased in the past, but enough to be comfortable for long periods of time.

Great looking shoe. True to size, but doesn't offer much arch support as the Avia shoes I have purchased in the past.

Bought these for my brother. He loves them and it was so easy since we live in different states. They came as promised and it was the easiest shoe shopping trip I ever took!
