I have a great pair of running shoes, but needed a pair for cardio classes at the gym. These are definitely much lighter than my running shoes. I never had any trouble with blisters. They felt true to size. Arch support isn't as much as my running sneakers, but maybe they aren't supposed to be quite as solid. They have held up great in a class with a lot of impact.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. I thought they looked really cute and most of the reviews were good. Unfortunately, when I took them out for a run, I discovered that they're about as supportive as bedroom slippers. After running less than a half-mile I started having severe ankle pain due to the lack of support and the odd way they held my foot. If you're one of those fortunate people who doesn't need a very supportive shoe, these might work for you. But if you have any issues with your ankles or knees, beware! You'll be better off spending your money on a good shoe.

Sharp looking shoe. Easy to keep clean. Not the greatest support as other Avia shoes purchased in the past, but still comfy. Runs wide.

This shoe is a great fit for a wide foot. The only 'con' for me is the how high the back area with the pull-ribbon is - just seems a little high. Lower would be more comfortable. Other than that - great shoe!

Cute enough shoe...but no support and no cushion.

I'm a size 10 but ordered a 10.5 as suggested by many reviewers. They were right on. Felt great out of the box. No break in needed. I use them for cycling shoes. Lots of support and comfort.

I really like the great air flow, extreme light weight, and soft, comfortable fit. I use full-length custom orthotics, which fit perfectly, leaving plenty of height in the toe box. The Avia shoes I've bought recently have worked really well with my orthotic inserts. I would definitely buy these again.

The pink salmon color of these gets a ton of compliments, it is very cool looking, and they are super comfortable! I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable for walking a long distance, but these have not yet hurt my feet. I am not a runner, but I love to walk, sometimes walk/jog, and these are great. I have wide feet and these fit!

I bought these for my husband. He is a 13 4E and always complains his feet hurt. These shoes have become his go-to shoes. He says they fit great and are very comfortable. Thanks Zappos for carrying hard to find sizes!

I love these Avia shoes. I own several pairs, mostly studio shoes. Avia always fits me correctly. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the Avia A5020W.

Love these shoes, however found them to run small. Normally buy 9W, ordered 9M, and even though width is fine, my toes touch the front of the shoe. Had to order a 9.5M which fit perfectly. Great value for the money!

I was actually surprised at how light these are. Nice arch support and they run a bit wide which is great for my feet. They actually seem to have more support than my older Asics. At first glance the only cons I could see about this shoe is the padding is a little stiff (may change with break in) and the sole of the shoe seems a little delicate; I'm not sure how well they'd hold up to lots of gravel or dirt running. I would say these are great for daily wearing, walking, low impact (cross trainer, weight lifting, biking). If you're running a half marathon, I'd go with a little more cushion.

I love Zappos, ordered these shoes for my husband, had to return the shoes for a half size bigger. Not a problem since shipping is complimentary. I have ordered so many shoes and even some clothing. Love Zappos!

Great sneaker for the price! I can feel this will be a great all around walking shoe this summer! A fairly lightweight shoe with meshy top for ventilation. Nice cushioning.

Great shoes for the price. You don't need that darn Nike swoosh logo on your shoes. These are good shoes.

These are the best running shoes that I have ever bought. So I continue to buy this Avia model. I am suspecting, though, that it has been discontinued, which is why I snapped up the last pair in my size. They offer stability, cushioning and flexibility, are lightweight, has generously placed reflectors all around the shoe, not just on the heel, and offers great traction.

I a m a first time customer. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size-when I called for label to return staff was very helpful-I reordered the correct size and received them before I even returned the other pair-and was not charged. Process was simple and fast. Plan to shop at Zappos more often!!!

Inexpensive but not cheap. Does fit smaller than expected. I had to order a full size up from what is typical for me.

The shoes are wonderful- very light, good support, and a great price! Zappos once again has great and speedy service too. Very pleased with both!
