Overall:

They are the best for trails with loose dirt or decomposed granite. Traction is excellent, the sole of the foot is protected from rocks, roots, or other objects that previously would bruise my feet after 4-8 miles walking over them. This is my second pair of this exact shoe and I will not stop buying them from now on. A+. \r\n\r\n

I got these for tennis. I like them a lot. I had a pair of Prince shoes that were very bulky. These are sleeker and are very cushy in the heel. I have high arches and these seem to have good support. I have a wide foot and have ample room. They are very athletic looking; might psych out the competition.

These running shoes were recommended by a friend and I am very happy with them! I ordered them a half-size bigger than my normal shoe size, to allow for extra room while running. They fit very well and look stylish, too! Zappos' service is amazing and the shoes were at my door within 48 hours of ordering them. Wonderful!

After reading all the amazing reviews of this shoe, despite the price, I ordered these shoes expecting great things. After I wore them once, my knees and back hurt so bad I had to take a week off from working out. To say the least, I was devastated. But I thought maybe it was just a fluke. So I waited until I felt better, and tried again. This time the balls of my feet burned to the extent, that once again, I had to take time off from working out. I seriously contemplated returning the shoes and moving on. But I persevered. I have since "broken in" the shoes, but am still disappointed in them. I think I'll keep them, but prefer Nikes. Good luck to those who buy these; hope they work out better for you!

Have had several Asics over the years. Will only buy Asics or Saucony, both excellent brands for quality and comfort. Love these shoes; great support, comfortable even after several hours. May run a bit narrow which is perfect for my foot, nice secure fit. Zappos is always my first stop when shopping: lightning speed when it comes to shipping, excellent customer service, and huge selection of products. Thanks Zappos!

Asics are my co-favorite brand of shoes. These are stylish, supportive, and warm. They are also incredibly comfortable. I haven't been out in ice, yet. These shoes are water-resistant, but not waterproof.

I like them over all, but they have too much cushion for my taste. I compare them to my other running shoes. I feel like I am too disconnected from the ground in this shoes.

I have read other reviews where people choose the Nimbus 10s over these. For me, these fit better. I wear a runners orthotic in my shoes and even with the insert my foot feels low in the shoe and my heel doesn't feel like it is coming out of the shoe. I would recommend these shoes to others.

Great shoe - If you like the fit of Asics shoes then you'll be good with this one! Run in the GT-2140 series and picked these up primarily for gym duty. Noticed the heel is a bit still underfoot, but am sure that will loosen up a bit the more I wear them. Shoes are very comfortable and a good fit right out of the box!

This is my third pair of Asics that I have bought. Before using Asics I used to switch brands every time I needed to buy new tennis shoes. I have tried all type of brands (Nike, New Balance, Under Armo, Adidas, etc.) and found out that once you go Asics you will ever go back. I bought this pair for several reasons. It is soft and very light weighted, perfect for running. It holds your feet not to strong but no to soft, essential for those who like practicing heavy weights. Also, its design is pretty attractive, facilitating visibility at night. These are the reasons why I bought these tennis shoes; therefore after using them for some time, I have found that Asics is your perfect shoe for price/quality.

Great shoes! Was looking for shoes for Zumba. Was a little skeptical before buying how it would work because I only found one review that said it worked well. Decided to buy anyway and wear as regular tennis shoes in case they don't work for Zumba; they are so cute. I got them, tried them and found they work wonderful! Perfect turning ability, lightweight and so stylish! I also have Nike Musique IV but like Asics Sakura Diva much better!

I have owned the Asics Gel Trabuco 12 WP size 12 1/2 for two days now. The first time I put them on they felt really tight (I also own a pair of Asics Gel Nimbus 9s for running size 12 1/2). I put them on again today to see if maybe they would stretch a little, but for some reason they just aren't fitting my foot right. I am going to try a half size larger to see if that helps. I am 6'3", 205 lbs if that helps.

Unlike previous versions of the Gel-Kayano, this one does not offer good support. I should have stopped running in it when I realized my ankles hurt, but I continued, and got a bad stress fracture. Unfortunately, I already threw out my receipt, otherwise I would do whatever I could to return these.

Like the reviews indicate, this is a great shoe. My flat feet don\'t bother me at all while they are on, and I have been very comfortable during my runs. \r\n\r\nThey support my feet so well that I notice the difference once I take them off and put on less supportive footwear. \r\n\r\nI read reviews in many places for many shoes, and this is what I ended up with. I\'m glad I decided to spend a little more for such great quality.

I have worn the gel cumulus model for the last 3 years consecutively for running. I have never had any problems with them. These shoes are for people that have a neutral stride, or don't pronate in our out. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone that runs and wants shoes that will perform.

Great shoe. True to size and comfortable. Podiatrist recommended this brand for my plantar fasciitis. I like the black color too - the shoes will look clean for a long time.

These shoes are wonderful. They arrived extremely quickly and were the correct size and color. They fit a little snug but I really like the support they offer for running. I ran a 5K after having the shoes for about a week and I did not get any sores or blisters. The padding is wonderful!

I ordered the Asics Gel-Resolutions 2 Tennis Shoe from Zappos, mainly because they were one of the only places I could find this shoe. Working with someone at Zappos was an easy and pleasant process and the correct shoes arrived the next day, which truly amazed me. Of course, I will consider Zappos for my future shopping needs.

I love these shoes. They are the only kind I ever buy; I just replace them whenever my old ones wear out. I run about 3 miles, 3 times a week, and when these shoes are new, they keep my knees from hurting and protect my extra-long second toe. Once they get older, like any other shoe, the padding doesn't work as well so they have to be replaced. I think they last longer than other street shoes I've worn. I often get lots of comments on the color combinations of the different brands I've had over the years. They are a little flashy for running shoes; the combo that got the most attention was the silver/grape. This year, silver/grape was not in stock when I needed the new shoes, so I ordered a different color, not as flashy, but still attractive. The shoes have great arch support, they don't give me blisters, the mesh upper is wonderfully stretchy and very nice for people with wide feet. Nice heel support if you happen to be one of those people whose feet roll in or out when you run. As long as Asics keeps making this model, I will never buy a different kind of running shoe.

These shoes are great! I am an Asics lover, however, I had never tried Nimbus before. I will not wear anything else. I do have to add Arch inserts because I have found that without the inserts the tendonitis in my knees flares. \r\n\r\nI would highly recommend the Nimbus-11!!!!

I've used Asics for a number of years, and then switched to Saucony seeking some better arch support. I switched back mainly because the Sauconys would wear out way too quickly. I saw a couple of reviews that complained about blister on the foot (near the arch) and I had the same problem the first couple of times I ran in them. But once the shoes were broken in, they worked out great. I just wouldn't run long runs in them until you've run in them 2-3 times. We'll see how they hold up to the wear and tear.

My husband loves these shoes. He tried them out for 2 weeks during the 2 week trial. He had no blisters on his feet after running 13 miles. Usually, he complains and has ugly blisters from his Nike's. Only problem, the colors. He wants solid colors or black, so they do not get dirty while jogging for miles.

These are the best athletic shoes I have ever worn. They are light. They are comfortable. And they are half the cost of the major brand of athletic shoes I was previously using for years. I wear them to go on long walks (5 to 15 miles). I wear them to work out (cross training). And I wear them to work. I like them so much that I bought 4 pair. And my wife bought 2 pair.
