Tough boots, good fit. As usual, these boots came in a heartbeat after ordering - I don't know how Zappos does it. But I wore them on an impromptu 2.5 mile hike (brand new - out of the box!) in the Great Smokey Mountains with nary a blister or discomfort! Later wore them on horseback, and I have to say - one of the best pair of work boots I have ever owned. Comfortable and solid.

Awesome! These are great boots - super comfortable. I do think they run a bit big - maybe a 1/2 size, especially as they start to break in. But there also seems to be some variability in sizes. I tried some 9 1/2 that I couldn't even get my foot into, finally got some 9s that fit, but after breaking in, think that 8 1/2s would have a been a better fit in length. At any rate, they're super comfortable from the start. Highly recommended.

Defective Poor Leather Quality Ariat Heritage Boots - This is a very nice boot design; however, the pair I received suffered from poor quality, porous/cracked leather that should have never left the factory to be sold. I have several pair of other Ariat Heritage boots I previously purchased , in which I can wear a size 8 (snug) or 8 1/2 (a little loose). Unfortunately, the subject boots were too tight to get on without one boot trying to tear itself apart due to poor quality/cracked leather on the side of one boot. OVERALL RATING: DEFECTIVE Poor Quality Leather!!

As a guy I find it hard to get shoes. I am not a black leather wing tip kind of guy. I do get tired of showing up in my sneaker everywhere. Work boots are too heavy and clunky. In addition to all of that I have wide feet and can never fit anything I find in a store. (I wear a New Balance 11 4E though I could probably get away with a 2E). So I was Zappo-ing around and I came across these boots. I may have had one other pair when I was 16 but not since then, which is probably why I didn't think about it. Once I saw they came in wide I knew I needed to give it a try. I looked at all the styles and picked the one I thought would be the best. If you have wide feet you know you can tell if the shoe is even a possibility by looking down from above and seeing if the toe box is square or triangle. Anyway, they fit great. Love them, have something to wear that looks great and feels great and is easy on/off. Whenever I wear these I get comments and compliments from people around me. I love these boots; my only issue is that it is snowing now so I am not wearing them so I don't trash them! Great boot, great fit. A pleasure to wear!

These are amazing boots! Very comfortable, true to fit, superior quality & they look sharp! I can't get over how comfortable they are! I will only wear this brand of boot now! I have a pair of Luchesse classics (800.00); I sold them and will only wear these! These truly are that comfortable to me! A great, fine, super nice boot! I'm gonna buy a pair in black now!

These boots are great. They feel broken in right out of the box and wear extremely well. Only complaint is they seem to be a half size too large.

I have nothing but good things to say about these boots - after 3-4 days of walking in them (to break them in and loosen the leather around the instep), they are extremely comfortable and keep your feet cool in warm weather and warm in cold weather.

Great Boot replacing my Harley boots. Well made, heavy and should hold up for years. Fit true to size unlike my other lariats. Love the boots and great service from Zappos. they are awesome.

Outstanding boots! I have wide feet and the wide size fits me perfectly. These boots look fantastic, slip on easily, protect your feet and can be worn all day because they are comfortable and support your feet.

These boots are pretty comfortable after you break them in, but breaking them in took longer than I expected and several applications of leather conditioner. They look sharp, and get better as you wear them; just be patient while they form to your feet. The main discomfort I had was the boots wanted to "cave in" right under my ankle bone on the outside of my foot, but that may be due to the way I walk. I am still undecided on whether I would buy another pair or not.
