These are my third Ariat cowboy boots that I purchased from Zappos. I like the comfy feeling when I'm wearing these boots. The weathered brown finish is excellent and greatly pairs my washed-out denim pants. I used these in my everyday activities and I am extremely satisfied with these. I will surely buy another pair by Ariat in the very near future.

Love these boots! Well made, good quality. Purchased them to replace other Ariat boots used for horseback riding, but these are just too cool to wear around a muddy barn. They're in my closet instead, and I wear them with pants and skirts. Found the fit to be a little wide and a little long, even with the thick socks I usually wear with boots. Nevertheless, they're comfortable and I'm quite pleased with the purchase.

These Shasta Mules are the BEST SHOES I've ever owned!! I work in a restaurant where I am on my feet 9 hours a day 5 days a week...One day I forget to change into my "work" shoes and wore these!!! The Ariat's became my "work" shoes...great support...and they are not "slippery" in the kitchen...wet floors...greasy floors...doesn't matter...as a matter of fact the club brown is my second pair, I first bought a pair of the black. I wear these all day every day and my feet do not hurt. Great investment...worth every penny of the purchase. I feel they run about a 1/2 size small so if you were like a 7 1/2 order an 8...although could be because I wear heavier socks for work...either way BUY THESE!!!!

Very cool looking boots! I had to go up half a size from the Ariat Legend Phoenix and Ropers. The heels are around 1/8" higher than the Legend Phoenix boots so you may notice a difference when you first wear them. The insole is the 4LR, not the ATS but you can replace them since the ATS insoles are available separately. I haven't bothered yet.

Great fit and comfort. No break-in period. I'm a between size person and the smaller size is fine. It always seems to work that way for Ariat. I've never purchased an uncomfortable shoe from them.

They are beautiful sandals and seem true to size. They are comfortable for limited wear but I would not recommend them if you are looking for a walking sandal. I wore them to a graduation where we unexpectedly had to walk about a half mile to get there and by the time we were back to the car, it hurt between my toes where the thong strap is because of the angle of the shoes. However, if you want an attractive sandal to wear when you are going to do limited walking, these are nice. I have had Ariat shoes before and they are always high quality and long lasting.

These shoes are very simple yet comfortable and true to size. They compare to Dansko which is what I originally tried but I did not like my heel coming out and the size felt too big. I am on my feet up to 12 hrs at work and these provide long lasting comfort. You can also use a shoe insert for extra cushion if needed.

Great for walking - I am wild about these shoes and suspect that the next seven pair of shoes I buy will be Ariats. I have plantar fasciitis and after five days of constant walking around in NYC I had no pain! The arch support is great but it's the stability of the shoe that does the trick. Cute to boot. I get lots of compliments.

Love these cute boots! I use them for scootering on my Vespa and it is all about style! But these good looking boots are very stable and have excellent sole and support for scootering. No slipping and tough. Very comfy off the bike also. I think I have to have them in black along with the brown pair I own. Size was true.

Great Shoe. Nice quality. Love the style and the fit, but did NOT like the "Burgundy Lus" color. Looks very different in person. It's almost a bronze, very shiny and pearlized tone. Not at all what I expected. I sent them back to exchange for black. Zappos "free shipping both ways" definitely comes in handy.

Pure Heaven! Oh my goodness: I think I just had a little foot-gasm! This is quite possibly the most comfortable thing that has ever been on my foot (and I'm hardcore about buying good-quality, foot-friendly shoes), and it's stinkin' cute to boot (ha!). Very nice quality leather (rivals Frye, for those of you in-the-know), has beautiful stitching, and the footbed is incredibly supportive & well-cushioned (it's almost like wearing a pair of running shoes). I typically am somewhere between an 8.5 and 9, but decided to order the 8.5 after reading the other reviews -- and it fits like a dream -- had no problems slipping them on, either. The style is awesome with jeans & is cute enough to wear with a skirt. I love the toe -- it's pointy enough to feel modern & sleek, without being painful -- and the overall design has great western attitude without feeling like garish clown shoes (like some designs are just too over-the-top -- if you're not at a rodeo or in Las Vegas, some designs would look pretty silly). I don't think I want to take them off, ever -- even at the beach :) I highly recommend!!

Cuter than the pic! I just received this shirt, and it's super-cute on! The scrollie yoke detailing really adds style, and the pearl snaps give it a nice vintage-y vibe. The fabric is a lighter-weight yet still substantial woven cotton, and seems like it will really hold up well for many washes. For sizing, I bought the XXL (typically wear a 16-18 due to being quite chesty), and the fit was spot-on perfect: feminine fit, well-proportioned sleeves & armholes (I hate it when some designers cut the armhole so big that it's halfway down your ribcage -- not flattering at all!), and is still loose enough in the right areas to be comfortable for an active day. I couldn't be more pleased! Wait, I take that back: I'd be more pleased if they offered the shirt in even more fabric designs, so I could have multiples of this shirt -- love it! Thanks, Zappos!

Fantastic, truly. They're exactly what I wanted for a quick, cute shoe to pop on and off for errands and especially for travel, which is so hard on my feet. The slight curl at the toe is subtle and interesting--not elfy at all. They do seem lighter than most clogs I've had on, and they're supremely supportive. A little extra height, too! A new favorite, and hope Zappos will continue to offer them.

These are excellent shoes. Fit is impeccable. Have had foot surgery and these fit like a glove. Can walk all day with no issues, even with arthritis in my feet. They look heavy, but they are not. I will gladly buy more of these. True to size. Look great with dress pants or jeans.

I ordered this boot and it arrived the next day which was a nice surprise. However, the color was completely different from what was shown on the website. You call it distressed brown which looked to be a medium brown but it was actually very dark. I'm keeping the boot because I need it for the weekend but the photo should have more closely matched what I received. Very disappointing.

I love this shoe! It is very comfortable while still being stylish. I rated comfort a 4 only because it takes a little while to break them in; they pinched a little bit at the top of the foot, but once broken in, they're very comfortable. I plan on buying them in black too!

I could not be more pleased with these boots, with Zappos, with the reviewers who told me to order a half-size smaller than usual. Why would anyone be surprised at the shininess of the patent leather (unless they don't understand what 'patent' means)? I would happily pay twice this price for these boots. They are supremely comfortable right out of the box, much lighter weight than I expected. Great arch support too. Now I have to go buy some skirts that will show off these boots to their best advantage!

This is a great shirt. It arrived exactly as pictured. I personally would have enjoyed if it was a little more fitted. I like the detailing on the shirt, but it is a little hard to notice amidst the design. I bought it for an event, but like it enough to wear it around town too.

I ordered these wonderful boots on Thursday morning at about 1:00am for my husband's birthday present. They arrived on Friday morning!! These are great work boots, with a comfortable sole. However, they do not run true to size. I exchanged them (assisted by Zappos' wonderful customer assistance) for a pair that was 1 1/2 sizes larger and 1 size wider which fit perfectly. I spoke to customer service on Friday evening and I received the exchange on Monday morning. Zappos is amazing!!!

What you see is what you get - I just received these boots from Zappos in short order. They are exactly what is shown on line. ALL the reviewers' opinions are pretty much on the mark. I have a long narrow foot and when I put the boots on they felt great. I walked around the house and kept the boots on for several hours going up and down our stairs. I am a walker and normally wear shoes like New Balances and these boots are very comfortable in comparison and very good looking. Based on other shoes and boots I owned, these boots are going to wear very well. They are well built. They are not made for a wide foot. If you want to wear thick socks I would purchase a size larger or purchase a wicking sock. I will be wearing these boots at work, play and at the office. Zappos is a very good company. I won't hesitate to order from them again.

I have difficult feet: size 10, narrow, and high-arched. (Ever try to find light-weight, non-ugly hiking shoes in a narrow size?) I HATE shopping for shoes, and when I finally convince myself to buy some, I sit around staring at them for weeks, unwilling to try something that will probably prove to be too wide or take months to break in. I had none of these problems with the Ariat Heritage Lacers that my husband kindly bought me on Zappos so that I would have something rugged and waterproof for travel. They are slightly too wide, so I needed two pairs of socks. I was also put off at first by how long my feet looked in a paddock boot. On the other hand, when I finally made myself wear them, the AHLs went on my feet and stayed there for 30 hours while I traveled from California to Britain. They didn’t pinch, my very narrow heels didn’t shift and blister, and my feet stayed warm and dry. I wore them up steep Welsh hills, in various airports, and around miles and miles of London pavement. My horse-riding daughter was right: these Ariats are keepers.

I bought these boots for gardening work as I am a professional gardener. Do buy the next size down. The boots have a good arch support. I do wish they were offered in a narrower width though. I have had them for a month or so and they are no longer waterproof, which was one of the reasons I bought them. As for style hey they're work boots

I ordered a 36" and it is just right for me, my waist is 33.5 or so. I really love the belt. It's definitely western, but I can get away with it at work because it's just that funky with a suit. The quote on the inside says "Opportunities multiply as they are seized." I'm back to see what else Ariat makes!
