Love these shoes! Believe me, I really looked but these do the job. easy to slip on & off at the airport. Room for my feet to swell (always do when traveling) and can look dressy or not. Thanks Zappo for making shopping fun once again!

The elastic band really hurts. Other than that the shoes are perfect. They are comfortable, have good arch support are light weight and pretty. I did not want to return them but had to.

Runs short. I am an 8.5-9 and, in these, clearly need a 40. I have to return but will consider ordering a larger size. Soft, well, made. One person said these type of shoes look like a baby's first shoe. That is fairly correct. The shoe comes up high on the instep and sides, and is very round-toed. If you have the right outfit, the look could be artsy. With the wrong clothes, frumpy. Also, for all-day Europe walking there might not be enough support or cushion in the instep. Maybe light-weight gals would love them more.

These shoes are absolutely wonderful. I wear a 9 AA width and tried these in a European size 40 which fits like a glove. I am deciding what color to order next. They are just the most comfy shoes ever and very cute.

I bought this shoe because I have the same pair in green and I love them. But even though this is the same model and size, the heel of the shoe is about an inch taller in the back - cutting into my ankle - very uncomfortable. I don't know if it's a fluke. but I had to return them!

Very comfortable shoes, this is the third Arcopedico for me. And Zappos: incredible service - ordered yesterday, arrived today. Thanks!

Bedroom slipper? No support, big, boxy. I ordered 39 (8.5-9), so it was probably true to size. I fancy myself an 8W, and go up a size, because maybe it's time. These were boats on me. Weighs nothing. Did I say no support? Cute style and what I'm looking for in that department.

The shoe is extremely padded through the heel and arch; the toe has almost no padding. It's a very flexible shoe, but I think you will feel the ground (at the toe) when you walk.

These are very cute without being over the top. They have a great rounded toe, flexible, squishy sole, and best of all for me, a strap to keep it on your foot. I ended up between a 10 and an 11, and since the 11 was a bit too wide, kept the ten. Boy, do I wish there was a 10┬Ż!

This shoe was 100% comfortable straight out of the box. Good arch support, elastic straps that hold the shoe in place without feeling binding, soft edges, etc. They're adorable, too. I've found them a great alternative to sandals this summer, and they get plenty of compliments. I'm strongly considering buying them in a second color - and if they someday go on sale, I might get a third!

I've been wearing these for about 15 years. First had the pair with the larger toe area and then got these. These have a little dressier look and are so light and comfortable I wear every day. I have bilateral knee replacement and DVT and these make walking much easier. The non-slip surface is also a BIG plus. You can actually dress them up a little with a clip. On the beige ones I made a seashell clip with a clip on earring which makes them even more event friendly should you feel they are too plain. LOVE THEM. Wish they made one in a wool or warmer knit for winter, but I do wear socks with them then.

Right-out-of-the-box! No rubbing, no breaking in, just comfortable wearing from the start. My feet are wide and flat and I usually have to get a wide width for a good fit. I usually wear 8.5 or 9 W and the 40 fits great. Elastic strap is a bit snug and wish they had made it adjustable. I'm now ordering more of this brand as they are well-made with real leather uppers inside and out. The base is lightweight and sturdy at the same time. Green color is totally hip. Worth the price.

I've owned several pairs of the Shawna over the years. I have serious bunions on both feet and high arches, and these are a good mix of comfort and style (work well with dress pants and look decent with skirts). True to size. Sleeker than many comfort brands I own, with good arch support; plus, I can walk a mile or two in them comfortably. That said, they do not have much padding inside so if you need cushy consider adding an insole (in which case, size up) or foregoing this shoe.

These are strange, magical shoes, like AGLs from Nordstrom. They fit narrow feet like mine. They fit wide feet. They're stretchy and flexible on top and cushioned and rubbery on the bottom. I've walked a few miles in mine and they fit just fine. I get lots of compliments about the color (mine are bright orange). Something to note: I usually wear a 10.5 in US manufacturers, so I initially ordered the 41. They fit...kind of. While the length seemed right, there was something about them that rubbed the toenails on my big toes. I returned for the 42 which is usually my boot size -- worn with socks. They fit me more comfortably, yet there is plenty of room. Choose your size based on your desired roominess.

I got these because I thought my orthotics would work in them. However, they already have an arch built into the shoe, and not in the insert, so my insoles did not work. Also, they felt smaller than usual, and I wondered if they were meant to fit like socks? My gut is that they will result in pain so I am sending them back.

The first pair had a manufacturing defect, a distinct ridge in the right insole. The shoes were unwearable like that (especially for the price). The second pair had exactly the same defect in exactly the same place, a ridge where the right insole was improperly glued. I'm sad; I've worn out two pairs of these shoes - it took a long time - and was eager to enjoy and wear out a third pair. On a scale of 1 - 10: zero for the shoes and 10+ for Zappos' customer service.

Do not use shoe stretch on these shoes - the burgundy wash, at least. I did, and the liquid stained the leather a dark red. The dye is alcohol soluble, it seems. (Water has no permanent effect on the color.) I have no choice now but to try to even out the color by saturating the entire shoe with shoe stretch, but I am afraid that that is not going to work, and I will have to dye them. Next pair of Archipedicos I buy, I will stretch without the liquid. The shoes themselves are adorable, the leather is soft and beautifully colored.

A shoe that went on my foot and toured Paris and Madrid with no other break in period. Super comfortable, good arch support, cute with skirts, jeans and, etc. wish they would bring back the red!

Great! I love the look and comfort of these shoes. I did have to put an insole in as the ball of my foot needed more cushioning than the shoe provided.

I bought these for my 90 year old, still groovin' mom. She says: The shoes feel wonderful! They are so lightweight and feel wonderful on my arch. I have bad feet and I am so happy for good shoes.

I don't think that these shoes were true to size and I had to order one size larger and those just fit! Very comfy though. Like walking on marshmallows!
