Pretty shoe for a dressy occasion, however, I may return them because the heel is very uncomfortable. It feels as though your heel is resting on a block of wood. They would be much better if there were just a little padding in the shoe.

I love the shoes. I got them for my son\'s wedding and they fit perfectly and look very feminine. I have very wide feet, so pretty shoes are hard to find. There isn\'t a lot of padding on the sole or heel which is the only drawback.

I was so pleased with my purchase of Annie Ericka shoes. First of all, my daughter has wears extra wide shoes. It was only a week until prom and we had been to all of the local stores to find shoes. All of the ones that she loved were not in her size. I happened across Zappos while surfing the web. We found the perfect pair in her size! I had nothing to loose by ordering them, as postage would be free both ways. Unbelievably, they arrived in three days and were just as described. I am a very satisfied customer.

I wanted a pair of shoes for my sons wedding. I wanted a low heel, black strappy sandals, dressy enough for full length dress, comfortable, does not look like an old lady! Believe it or not these shoes came through! I have a hard time feeling comfortable in heels so I was worried because I had tried on numerous pairs in local stores and none seemed to work. My future daughter in law suggested Zappos, she also had purchased her wedding shoes here. I found so many pairs that I really liked on the website. But these were perfect, went with my dress so well, I did not feel clumsy, did not look like old lady shoes and I was able to dance all night and never took them off! Thank you so much!

I was really disappointed when these shoes arrived. I thought they were really poorly made. The sole is cheap plastic and has huge bumps in it where the straps are attached. The insole on both shoes was beginning to peel and I just felt if they were shabby coming out of the box, they'd most likely fall apart after a few hours of wear. The fit was poor, there were gaps and bulges in the straps once they were buckled. Oh well, the search continues for a nice dressy sandal that would do well for an outside wedding.

Zappos is the best! Excellent customer service! Fastest delivery with kind, personal exchange/return service ever, and I shop web 95% of time. Love this shoe and prettier than picture! Ordered wide width which is hard to find in dress shoes, and low heel, comfortable enough for a night out at a wedding socializing and dancing!

I bought them the day before the wedding, something I never do, anyway, put them on and loved them. They brighten up my outfit, wore them for over ten hours, very comfortable, true to size, great pair of shoes.

Shoes are beautiful and worth the money, but if you have really wide feet like I do, they are going to be tight. I wore them for several hours at a wedding, and had deep dark marks in my poor feet where the straps were. Someday maybe some company will make a nice pretty dressy shoe/sandal for the lady with really wide feet.

These shoes are lovely. I bought them to wear at my daughter's wedding, and the fabric and "bling" are perfect for the occasion. I also ordered 2 other styles from different companies. Though the other shoes were more comfortable, they were not as wide and most importantly, not as pretty for the occasion, so I returned them. I have a very wide foot, and though I always order a WW, not all fit the width of my foot. These do. I will be needing to make an additional hole in the ankle strap to keep the shoe from sliding when I dance. Unfortunately, there is little to no arch support, but these are not shoes I will be wearing very long or often. The best compliment I have is when I modeled them for my husband his eyes bugged out and he said, wow! He rarely reacts to anything in that manner, and has never to a pair of shoes.
