Overall:

If you like totes, hair on hide cowhide, silver, and a little ye-haw, you\'ll love this bag.\r\n\r\nI tend to prefer a detachable shoulder strap in addition to handles but even without that, this is my new favorite bag.

A very nice handbag with a great kitschy look. Ample space and pockets, well designed and executed. This is one of several American West handbags I own and they are all quite nice.

This handbag is sassy, tooling is nice, design is fun. Yes, this is not a scrunchy soft bag, if it were you couldn't do the the hand tooling. Size is good, very open inside with no organizational pockets. So if you need the pockets, this is not the bag for you.

Very nice bag, roomy and stylish and a great add to my American West collection. Has a top zipper so nothing falls out if you are clumsy like me. Leather is quite nice. Highly recommend.

I ordered the black body with brown trim handbag. It is beautifully tooled and stitched. The handles could be a bit more substantial (like double thickness instead of single), but I don't really foresee a problem at this point, it might take a few years before they seem really flimsy and worn. I am looking at getting one of the other colors. I think that this handbag is a good price considering the size and the beautiful tooling.

I agree with the other reviewer. The quality was not good and the bag not very well made. The leather was very stiff and it didn't not look as expensive as it was. Back it goes, too bad because I really wanted to like this bag.

This is a cute bag but the quality is disappointing. It is very light weight and the stamped tooling is cheap looking. Some leather conditioner might help, but I was not willing to risk it. Therefore, I am returning the bag. Thanks anyway, Zappos.

Lots of room, it’s not a heavy bag to begin with, but construction is great. I love the tooling and the color is so cool. Bring more American West styles. I also like the 2 side pockets for cell phone and camera - just the right size.

This is a great wallet for all of my credit cards, gift cards, medical cards... and cash. I do not use a check book and just carry some checks with me, but there is a pocket big enough to accommodate a check book if you wanted. The wallet is well crafted and would suit any "hippie" or "cowgirl" wanting a leather wallet.

I purchased the American West Zip Top Fashion Tote. The picture doesn't do it justice. When it arrived I was so pleased and couldn't wait to see what all I could fit inside. And much to my surprise was quite a lot. With room to spare. My friends couldn't wait to purchase one for themselves. The colors are rich and beautiful. I will be adding the turquoise one next. You can't go wrong with this purse. Purchase one or more, you will definitely be pleased.

Perfect bag - This is exactly the bag I have been looking for. The straps are just long enough to make it a shoulder bag, the bag is roomy without looking gigantic, the top zips (a must!), and the quality is very very nice. Western without being overdone.

Just Beautiful - Everything about this purse is just beautiful--the leather, the detail, the style and the quality. Great product - This is just what I was looking for! It's a great size and holds lots of odds and ends. It holds my checkbook, my credit cards (has slots on both sides), a place for bills and change, my driver's license and then zips up and holds everything in a compact, attractive, wallet! It's easy to find in my purse and I can carry it by itself if I don't feel like carrying my entire purse (or just running into the store!). Love it.
