Hi, ladies. I must say that I had searched high and low for a wallet I liked that is attractive and functional with a zippered change pocket on the back. I have returned three previously as being too long, too heavy, poorly made (kinda like Goldilocks). The actual wallet is much more beautiful in person as the tool work does not show up well on the ad. There's plenty of room for everything comfortably. It's a little pricey, but once again, I realized that you get what you pay for. You will love it.

This is a gorgeous purse. The workmanship is fantastic, the leather is soft and the hardware isn't too shiny. It is stunning. It's one of my favorite purses. It's a great value.

The concept of the bag was beautiful; however, the execution was poor. For a bag this costly made from leather, it would never last - leather was very thin seams did not appear strong, it would never hold up to travel and carrying anything other than a wallet and a phone. Very disappointing.

I bought this bag in October 2010 and just loved the bag - for its design and workmanship. Unfortunately, one of the medallions on the end of the bag came off, unknown to me, and is lost. Now I must contact American West for a repair or replacement under their lifetime guarantee. Needless to say, I am not happy. The bag is not even a year old and was not heavily used.

I was a little disappointed when I first looked at this bag, but it slowly grew on me. In my mind, I had a shiny leather bag in mind, and this turned out a dull finish. Now I love this bag - it's spacious (doubles as a diaper bag!), has scarves you can swap and the "dull" look actually makes it look classy!

I love this bag. I use it for teaching, and it's big enough for my laptop and notebooks, but still small enough to keep it from being cumbersome.

Looks beautiful, well made, soft leather, lots of compartments and credit card slots. Great wallet, even better than expected!

Coming from a designer purse addict, this may be the most beautiful bag I've ever bought! The leather is amazing, as soft as butter. I received it 24 hours after ordering, as usual; Zappos continues to have the most excellent service on the planet. I'm not even a "western" gal, but I love this bag!

This purse was so easy to buy. My only trouble was picking one from the many I had to choose from. Zappos is one of the easiest online retailers I have ever dealt with. And to top it off, my wife loves her new purse.

They back all their products and offer a great range of products for an excellent price. You can purchase without any fear of return hassles. The tote I bought is excellent quality and I wear it everyday. Great detail to the leather and a business run by women.

This has become my favorite purse. I like the structure -- it holds a lot, but doesn't look really large. Three outside pockets -- great! I also have an American West tri-fold wallet that I really like. Hurray for Zappos, especially the superfast delivery.

Roomy and stylish and a bit heavy due to the size and durable leather with the studs, however, the style of the bag makes up for it. The unique detailing of the bag draws compliments. Not your everyday bag, unless, you want to make a statement.

I got this purse for Christmas and I love it! I have gotten many compliments on it, and it is tough! I work around horses all day and the horse like to chew on everything I have in my hand, including when I am wearing this purse. I think Kandy, my mare, loves it as much as I do! I think it a little heavy though. All around good purse!
